I chose this place over all the salons and spa places 'cuz I wanted to go somewhere that's all they do - wax body hair. I stopped in without an appt and was seen within 5 mins. The process was explained well and the technician, I can't remember her name, did a great job. There is some discomfort, they are ripping hair from your nose, but not like I imagined. In the shopping center, it's a small location right next to the WalMart. I've come in multiple times and even when it's busy, the line moves quickly. There's usually one or two ladies working, but even if it's just one, the wait isn't too bad. Since Covid, they ask that only 3 people be seated in the waiting room at a time and require masks for entrance. They have a rewards system and give you a card to get signed after each visit. Come 10 times and on your 11th visit, it's free! Not too bad considering your paying under $10 to get your eyebrows threaded to begin with. Mine usually last for more than 3 weeks. Stop by when you need your brows done!

The washing and drying methods were a bit harsh (drying cleansers, towel rubbing rather than squeezing dry, blow dry without heat protectant, brushing from the top down) and didn't really take steps to fully restore moisture to the hair and prevent breakage or frizz. Overall, I would say the experience was okay and it was a fun new way to relax. However, if you are concerned about hair or scalp health overall, I would suggest going to a hair salon.
