What drew me in was the first time wax promo they had if I'm being honest. However, I was very happy with my experience. I forget the name of the girl who did my Brazilian (Asia?), but she made the entire experience comfortable and she even helped share some Houston tips for a newbie like me. They told me moving forward if I want all hair removed from the front they will charge me for a brazilian ($65) which in my opinion is "cutting corners" with pricing and service. Reason being is that I do NOT want a butt strip. At European Wax Center they only charge me ($56) for a FULL bikini up to my standards. I also came by today wanting to purchase their "clarifying" spray because I do enjoy their line of products. The front desk lady had no interest on helping me look for the product and I walked out without my purchase I wanted. I'am disappointed with the company and will no longer be giving my business here. So here I am back on Thursday morning. The lady who did my pedicure and painted my nail is here and denies she did my pedicure. The person attending to me is extremely rude and aggressive with my feet and yelling. She's asking what color I did (remember the nail technician chose the color plus who goes around remembering 3-4 digit numbers of shellac colors). I definitely will not be returning here. Tina did such a tacky job on my nails that I want to cry each and every time I look at them. I am being forced to have them corrected or I'll lose my insanity because I'm very articulate about my nails. SAve yourself time and money. Yes, they are cheaper, you absolutely do get what you pay for. Tina, with all that negative energy causing bad experiences with customers and it shows in your work, you will lose more clients if you don't fix that. Start off by greeting your customers, and not making them fee like a burden. Small steps matter.
