The pedicure was quite good. She really took her time around the nail beds, and the polish job is nice. The powder gel manicure, though...4 days later...five of my fingers still are painful. She WAY OVER FILED the tips and the emory board tore up my fingers. Plus she drew blood on my ring finger with the dremel while removing the prior polish. She really didn't ace the shaping of my fingernails, either. Even though I showed her a picture. They're the wrong shape, and are not all cut down to the same length. read more

I been visiting Upscale Nails & Spa religiously! I highly recommend this salon. Some notable features: Cleanliness: I have never seen a salon so spotless! They use a new plastic liner for every client and clean the chairs/tub right after. The manicure stations did not have any collective dust/powder like most places. The tables and floors are basically cleaned after every service. I am impressed! Service: The salon offers multiple services to fit your needs and budget. They have ladies who been in the nail industry for years! I asked a billion questions about my thin/fragile nails, and they were happy to answer it all. I have been working with Michelle to repair my natural nails (I had acrylic nails all last year with no breaks). My nails are getting stronger and longer with every appointment! Most places use a file machine to remove gel polish, but they use a hand file - the proper way to remove it! read more

Only came for a pedi. Upon walking in, I found it to be dark and gloomy- instead of calming and relaxing. I went to pick my color and they all looked old! Bottles were half empty with dry polish on the tops of some. I did not see her open a new package of tools; however they have a lovely sign to let you know they use new tools on each client. My massage was set on a timer, which I found awkward. She wanted to make sure I knew I received my full time. The cut and polish did look great. But for a basic pedi to cost $25 and feel awkward- no thanks. read more

This place is by far the worst nail salon I've been to. It was the worst experience. The nail tech literally took 20 min on each nail. I got to the salon @ 3pm and didn't leave until 8 pm... and left with no nails. The acrylic they put on was dip powder that never dried. So inevitably they had to soak them off. I still paid them $40 for a shellac pedicure that chipped off 2 days later. This place sucks and the whole time the lady kept saying they were short staffed because most of the staff went to Vietnam for vacation... yet it still took 5 hours and there were 2 nail techs and 2 clients. I went to go get my eyebrows and face wax and the owner of that place was in such a hurry she burned my face in 3 spots my face is in so much pain I can't even wear makeup. She also put wax on my eyelash extensions that disappointed me so much at the moment I told her she needed to fix it so she did but basically ruined my extensions. I love this place! My mom and I try to go at least once a month and it never disappoints. The ladies that do our pedis are amazing and kind. They always spark conversation and give the best!!!! massages I've ever gotten from a nail salon. I've gone to many places and this is by far the best nail salon for pedicures. We always get the deluxe for $35 but recently got the $45 one and it was incredibly amazing. Definitely recommend. Our feet are always super smooth! Thank you ladies! I'm looking for a nail salon close to home and based off of reviews I decided to check this place out. There was no wait when I arrived which I always like. I got a manicure and pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure but didn't get the warm neck wrap or the soaking in natural flowers that's included. There was a 20% on the package that's always a plus. The water was never warm enough and didn't stay warm long enough. I mentioned it and she re ran hot water but it didn't last. Overall not too bad of a pedicure. Now the manicure, she pulled out the fake nails and I'm like no I didn't request nails to be put on I just want the powder instead of polish. She said my nails were too short (I've gotten my natural nails dipped before) I said if she couldn't do it that's fine I'll just go with the polish that's going on my toes; long story short she ended up dipping my nails as I requested, which made me feel like she could do it but just didn't want to based on the length of my nails. My $36 manicure consisted of: nail dip and shaping of nails. I've never received a manicure that didn't include my hand soaking in warm soapy water, cuticle push back & cut, cleaning under the nail and mini massage of hands. (I went to cosmetology school and we did all of the above except cutting cuticles). I've even had a manicure package that included all of that plus a hot stone massage for my arms and paid about the same price I did here. Total price including tip: $78. I've spent less than that and received more at other salons. I like that they were able to find a polish to match the dip color I selected as well. Not sure who the ladies were that did the work but the one that did my pedicure didn't do too bad. Overall: My search will continue. ‍ read more

Highest price pedicure was mediocre at best, and they don't know how to use Dip, only acrylic and try to push acrylic on you, and used it anyway WITH dip which made a huge mess. So rough when using the filing buff rectangular cube shape they scraped my cuticles and made a few bleed and sore for days. Have given them several tries and just gave up, will be going somewhere else. Not sure they are even "licensed" as you do not see licenses on the wall, and they don't seem to know what they are doing when you ask for certain things that all the other spas do. After roughing up cuticles while trimming and buffing and scraping them, the liquid brush on used before the dip powder really burns, and I've never had that burn before. They don't know how to use dip except for one color, can not do ombre or pink and white French tips in dip. And then in one color, they don't use the right liquid, and put it on way too thick - it comes out all lumpy and looks horrible. Every time I've stopped in, there's only one person there, sometimes 2, and no other customers the whole time I'm there, but during a pedicure she assured me they are always busy on weekends and sometimes there until late at night, Always end up with the extra hardening liquid used with acrylic or dip on the skin and sometimes extra color I have to peel off later. Either these girls are not licensed and trained properly, or they are just not any good at what they do. They play loud music, no good for a relaxing spa, plus the TV w/volume at same time. They do not act very professional and one time I was there one of them was on the phone the whole time and yelling and obviously mad/upset about something - talking to family or friend and came and sat next to the person doing my pedicure and talked loudly and angrily in their foreign language all thru my pedicure! So rude! Not a relaxing experience, or the professional results you expect and pay for. read more

Very bad experience. I paid $60 for the powder set and jewels. Jewels fell off after two days, I went back and only asked for them to fix that. they advised they couldn't take off two of the jewels out of four, and the other two had fallen off. Since all I wanted was my $10, which is fair because I paid 15 for all four jewels, five dollars for the work and $10 for the jewels. I was missing also missing the little jewels. please don't do anything extra other than nails if you're going to do that. Yes, of course I caused a scene because she told me no I was not getting my money back and they were not going to take it off or do anything additional. Another person ended up giving me the $10, which was really sad and I left with that, but please stay away from here because the customer service is terrible. You should do things to make your mistakes right, that's how I was brought up and that's how I feel it should have went. If you couldn't give me my money back at least do your due with diligence, give me another set, give me more Jewels, something! they only wanted to put it back and I was going out of town and that wasn't going to work for me. read more

Michelle, the manager of this establishment, I assume, sent me a text apologizing for the service that I received on my first visit, and asked if I would allow them to make it right. I thought why not, and made an appointment for today. Once again the mimosas were on point!! Michelle did my pedicure, while I waited for the nail tech. The massage on my legs and feet felt heavenly! The polish on my toes looked great at the shop, but even after seating for over an hour for my nails to get done, the polish on my toes still smudged. I'm just going to put that on the polish. I can always get that redone... no biggie. My nails are GOOD. The tech took the time to soak off the prior acrylic, and started fresh. This time I decided to just get a dip. Normally I get 2 fingers on each hand a different color, and telling the tech which 2 I want different. This tech listened for the right hand, but cut me off, and did the left just like the right. I have been here twice so far and both times my nails turned out great and they held up well. They even offer drinks including soda or wine while you are there. I also sometimes get ingrown toenails and they treat it miraculously and I never have issues. I only didn't rate 5 stars because sometimes they don't have their music on and it's dead quiet, and also they don't always offer something to drink. Michelle and Lee are both sweethearts and speak English. Michelle Shellacs my nails and either Lee or Michelle will do my pedicures. They listen carefully to what I want, always friendly, kind and do quality work. If ever something adverse happens to my nail polish between services, they honor and address it (even when it wasn't their workmanship - think peeling crawfish, for example) with no questions asked and no additional cost involved. Tip: I have found that calling ahead of time is best, and when they say they're available, I've not had to wait any length of time. This used to be a hidden gem. I pulled up and saw a sign that it's under new management. My experience was just ok. The massage was super quick. They used to have a timer and set it to show you that you weren't getting cut short. Polish is just ok...one toe is kind of messed up. Let me start off by saying that this shop is under new management, everything is completely new from the pedicure chairs to the nail polishes. They have the largest variety of nail polishes, most of them OPI. They actually take their time on the pedicure and give excellent massages on your feet and legs. Everyone there is so sweet and they always offer me something to drink. I went yesterday to get a refill and I absolutely love the colors, all the powder colors where new and there was a huge variety to chose from. Upscale Nails is a very nice and clean salon located on Hwy 6 between Copperfield and Bear Creek. It had recently been purchased by a new owner who renovated and added the best spa chairs. There are several choices in pedicures. My favorite it the detox with a mud mask. They have a lot of acrylic design tips to choose from as well as many choices in shellac. The lady who did my acrylics did them horribly. She put the acrylic on top of my cuticles and cut me twice, she also does not know how to do a coffin shape on your nails i left with a long square shaped nail. I came to this nail salon early June to get a refill on my first ever powder set. I called ahead to get price quote and drove by after work. I came in hour before they closed and Don worked on my nails and another lady helped shaped and file them because they really were trying to leave on time and I had to get new tips. I didn't like this because I felt rushed and the quality of work showed after. $35 (after coupon) for a refill and they charged me more because of the length I wanted. Wasn't that long but okay. I loved the pink powder I chose and the way my nail was filed down on both sides into the shape I wanted. Only thing that wasn't the best was there were some parts on the side of my nail that didn't get powder-but that is probably due to them trying to go home right at 7pm. Price is a little more than I would spend on the quality of nail I received. I would go back in the morning so I don't feel rushed.
