Michelle finishing up my pedicure
Patricia A.

today was my first time at this place, I had my nails done by Paul who puts all his talent and effort to make you happy. Michelle did my pedicure and was very happy with her work. Had a great massage and paraffin treatment. Highly recommend it!

Paul does an amazing job on my nail. The staff here have great customer service. Very patient with my 6 year old daughter who gets a medi/pedi. They are open 7 days a week! Open early close late. Love this place!

Making sure you know they use new tools.. weird.

Only came for a pedi. Upon walking in, I found it to be dark and gloomy- instead of calming and relaxing. I went to pick my color and they all looked old! Bottles were half empty with dry polish on the tops of some. I did not see her open a new package of tools; however they have a lovely sign to let you know they use new tools on each client. My massage was set on a timer, which I found awkward. She wanted to make sure I knew I received my full time. The cut and polish did look great. But for a basic pedi to cost $25 and feel awkward- no thanks.

Okay pedicure, although my feet feel a little rough... Had a full set with shellac and they look so rushed and unfinished. I had shellac all over my cuticles when I left and it looks horrible. I was so excited to try a new place but unfortunately I won't be back.

Wax burned from the owner of this place!

Please don't go to this place!!! I went to go get my eyebrows and face wax and the owner of that place was in such a hurry she burned my face in 3 spots my face is in so much pain I can't even wear makeup. She also put wax on my eyelash extensions that disappointed me so much at the moment I told her she needed to fix it so she did but basically ruined my extensions. I had such a horrible experience there I would never go back. I never leave bad reviews on any business especially during these times but this lady really did such a horrible job.

I'm looking for a nail salon close to home and based off of reviews I decided to check this place out. There was no wait when I arrived which I always like. I got a manicure and pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure but didn't get the warm neck wrap or the soaking in natural flowers that's included. There was a 20% on the package that's always a plus. The water was never warm enough and didn't stay warm long enough. I mentioned it and she re ran hot water but it didn't last. Overall not too bad of a pedicure. Now the manicure, she pulled out the fake nails and I'm like no I didn't request nails to be put on I just want the powder instead of polish. She said my nails were too short (I've gotten my natural nails dipped before) I said if she couldn't do it that's fine I'll just go with the polish that's going on my toes; long story short she ended up dipping my nails as I requested, which made me feel like she could do it but just didn't want to based on the length of my nails. My $36 manicure consisted of: nail dip and shaping of nails. I've never received a manicure that didn't include my hand soaking in warm soapy water, cuticle push back & cut, cleaning under the nail and mini massage of hands. (I went to cosmetology school and we did all of the above except cutting cuticles). I've even had a manicure package that included all of that plus a hot stone massage for my arms and paid about the same price I did here. Total price including tip: $78. I've spent less than that and received more at other salons. I like that they were able to find a polish to match the dip color I selected as well. Not sure who the ladies were that did the work but the one that did my pedicure didn't do too bad. Overall: My search will continue. ‍

Hellen was great and gentle. She did a great shellac overlay and gave me a great hand massage that put me to sleep after she was done :) only $40. Other places charge me $50+. I will definitely be back!

Michelle, the manager of this establishment, I assume, sent me a text apologizing for the service that I received on my first visit, and asked if I would allow them to make it right. I thought why not, and made an appointment for today. Once again the mimosas were on point!! Michelle did my pedicure, while I waited for the nail tech. The massage on my legs and feet felt heavenly! The polish on my toes looked great at the shop, but even after seating for over an hour for my nails to get done, the polish on my toes still smudged. I'm just going to put that on the polish. I can always get that redone... no biggie. My nails are GOOD. The tech took the time to soak off the prior acrylic, and started fresh. This time I decided to just get a dip. Normally I get 2 fingers on each hand a different color, and telling the tech which 2 I want different. This tech listened for the right hand, but cut me off, and did the left just like the right. Uuuummmm...... NO. But she did a great job overall. Would I go back to them? Yes... THANK YOU MICHELLE!!!!!!

So I have been here twice and since I moved to Texas and this is my new nail shop! My first visit…read moremy nails were nice but my full set turned to a half set by the 2 week mark!! However, it has been 2 weeks since my last visit and not a nail has budged!!! Julie did a remarkable full set this time, and Cindy performed the best pedicure I have ever had 2 visits in a row. She is amazing, very patient and consistent. The tired feet pedicure/massage is the absolute best! A big plus is that they are waiting on you to arrive and they offer a complimentary drink. I chose white wine each time. This place also gives you a chance to spin the wheel for free gifts, discounts on services and more!! I will be back to see Julie and Cindy! I hope I spelled their names right!!

However, as I was leaving today, I noticed I hadn't received a receipt so I asked for one. When I got to my car and reviewed it, I saw I had been charged an extra $10 for a "nail fix." That was confusing to me because I came in for a builder gel set on my real nails and they had done my previous set as well. I went back inside to ask about it and was told by the manager that the charge was because I had partially removed the gel from two of my nails. I explained that the gel had started peeling after two weeks, so I removed part of it myself this morning knowing I was going to come get them fixed after work today. My main concern is not necessarily the $10 itself, but the lack of transparency. Three different employees assisted me today between my pedicure and gel set and at no point was I informed there would be an additional charge. When I asked why no one thought to alert me, I was told they "thought I knew." Very odd response for it only being my 3rd time. I was initially excited to find a new nail salon that provided good service and transparent pricing, but adding charges without communicating them beforehand (and then making excuses for the lack of communication) makes me reconsider returning

Ehhhhh, not impressed. Over-compensated, under-delivered…read more Quite surprising when my sister and I showed up on a late Saturday morning and the salon was empty! Technicians in the back on their phones and other techs just sitting around until we walked in. Not busy at all. Loved the interior and the huge wall of nail Polish color selections, but it stops there. We told the lady multiple times that we just wanted regular nail polish, but either she's hard of hearing or tuned is out. Maybe it was a gimmick to get us to spend more money, and pretend that she didn't hear us. Anyways, we finally sat down and got our nails painted. The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...
