I really think they were one of the first few in Katy area that had luxury looking interior decor and the price is always very fair. Before I found them, I never trusted men doing my nails but Kevin here proved me wrong! They never pressure you into any additional service and everyone has always been very polite! I don't mind any one of them doing my nails but I especially like Tam because of how detail oriented she is. I'm usually pretty plan Jane but once in a while I'd want to try different designs and she would always entertain the idea. I don't understand any of negative reviews about this place but of course everyone has different opinions. However, I strongly encourage everyone to give them a try!!

Booking is really convenient through her website. She requires/prefers you to send her your nail design inspiration 1 week prior to your appointment or right at the time of booking to give her time to acquire any supplies she needs to fulfill your request. The first time I booked with her, there was a section on the website you could upload your design. I couldn't find it the second time I booked, but I just sent it to her via DM on Instagram and there were no problems. At the time of writing, her salon space is located in the Phenix Salon Suites in Katy. Parking is ample since it shares a huge lot with other businesses like Joanne's Fabrics. She has a TV with Netflix/Hulu/etc on it to keep you entertained during the appointment. My appointments with her have always been pleasant and the results have always exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I kept jumping from one place to another hoping to find a place that would stick, but no luck. Her salon has always been so welcoming and full of light, it's easy to relax and take a step back from everything. My first appointment was during the pandemic and I was extremely grateful for how clean and careful she was, and she still is to this day! It is the ambiance and her super friendly demeanor that makes every visit a comfortable and worthwhile one. I'm the kind of person who has a hard time speaking up for herself. If something isn't the way I asked for, I tend to take it and try to be content with the result. It is Vanessa's kind nature that makes it easy to speak my thoughts. If I ever have any questions, she answers them. If I ever have any concerns on my nail design, she fixes it. Above all that, what I really appreciate is that she doesn't always wait for the customer to say something. Vanessa asks if I'm comfortable with the length, design, color, step, etc because she wants to be considerate. Vanessa is not one to boast about her skills, so I will do that for her. In the amount of time I've known her, my nails have NEVER lifted, and I could go for weeks without seeing her. I have always been satisfied with the results and have naturally gotten compliments wherever I go. The one time something went awry after I saw her, I immediately messaged her and she offered to fix it. I had always been envious of those who had amazing relationships with their nail techs. But with Vanessa, I have gained more than just a skilled nail technician. She's a friend I trust and someone thoroughly enjoy to spend time with. So, do I recommend? Absolutely.

I typically go there to see my eyebrow tech, which she is so great. She makes you feel like family. Today, I decided to try a nail service. They do provide any type of drink refreshment, even a frozen margarita. The chairs are huge and spacious for a pedicure. However, I do not like the sanitation process for the tools. I'm used to them being steamed or whatever and sealed in a package. Welp, they just spray alcohol on the tools and then I see they keep It in that blue solution. I think I am going to start bringing my own tools. Otherwise, the service was great the lady was really nice who helped me. They have a bathroom with two stalls. They use hand towels instead of paper towels.

Some of the front desk girls can have a bit of an attitude, but it's never been enough to bother me. Two techs that truly stand out are Na and Ivy. I recommend them both equally! Ivy is a bit newer, so definitely give her a try, you won't regret it!

My first visit here was in February before I went on vacation. I normally do my own nails but…read morewanted to feel a little pampered. I got a pedicure and manicure (requested builder gel on my natural nails). I wanted a natural base with the polish I picked out but I was asked so many questions that felt like they were directing me to choose a white background. Fine. But when she put POLY GEL on my nails instead of builder gel, my mind was blown. These are 2 completely different products. I let it go bc again, I wanted to relax before vacation. My pedicure was okay. Before she even put the top coat on, I could see a missed spot on my toes bc there was no dry time between coats. Fresh "builder gel" set and pedicure with tip came out to ~$130. I only returned a second time out of sheer curiosity bc I wanted to see how they would do a BUILDER GEL refill on a POLY GEL set. But they used poly gel again. I wanted this simple line work design. Idk how much they charged bc I wasn't told and their receipts are not itemized. There is also no pricing list / menu available to customers. A refill with the design and tip came out to $115. I cannot bring myself to come back to this salon. There's no confirmation of pricing, I asked for a specific service and received the wrong product.
