I have been coming here primarily for Tom on my nails for about 6 years very consistently. I have had good pedicurist but they end up leaving forvone reason or another. At this moment i dont go here for pedicures only nails which are very consistently. Prices have subtly gone up but still not as much as some other salons ive tried. Overall would recommend. read more

this is one of the best salons in Houston in my opinion: quality and PRICE! Get the male tech/ owner. he is to DIE FOR. I swear he gets me right and the nails last a month.... their prices can't be beat and he just does the best job. I've been to countless upscale/ designer nail salons in Houston and nothing compares. the owners are nice and patient. been going here for years 10/10 experience every time read more

I had an amazing experience. Although they don't have a huge variety of things they do, what they deliver is always on point. I also give them my upmost respect for telling me they can't do something instead of being money hungry & messing my nails up. They constantly give you your total to ensure you're okay with the price & provide alternatives if you don't want to spend as much. I'm kinda salty because I just called & they're busy read more

Ok...so I haven't been here in over 5 years... but... my nail salon couldn't fit me in annnnnd I NEEDED my nails and feet done EXPEDITIOUSLY. lol I remembered this place and they had an opening. They don't do your feet and nails simultaneously like most salons, so you have to do your nails 1st and then your feet which makes it a very very very long visit. The guy did a wonderful job on my nails and the pedicure was really good by another guy. He takes his time. At my salon that I go to for my feet (because I have 1 salon for my feet and 1 salon for my nails... and 1 salon for my cuticles... but that's neither here nor there) I like the way they do pedicures... the one thing I don't like here is that they still use the old way of cleaning callouses. The cheese grater is such an antiquated way of cleaning calluses and actually grows back thicker what I like at the nail salon where I do my feet is how they use the type of Sandpaper equipment which keeps your calluses really really smooth even up to 3 weeks. So that's the only thing I didn't like. Other than THAT they did a terrific job and I am very pleased. If I'm ever in need of a quick fixer upper if my Salon is booked...I'll come back. read more

Really quiet nail shop on Westheimer. Seems like they get a steady flow of traffic but not too busy. I also went on a random week day so that could contribute to the fact that it wasn't packed. There are no fancy bells and whistles. No wine or sodas. They offer you a bottle of water and proceed to do your mani and pedi. Simple. I like it!! The staff are friendly and they don't push you to get services you didn't ask for. I asked for a pedi and gel manicure and that's what I got. They massaged my hands and legs for a good while which made me happy and relaxed!! They could maybe clean up a little but nothing egregious. I shall return. read more

Called ahead for a full set/pedicure seated immediately as i was the only customer. The man on my hands was rushing and hurt me multiple times trying to peel off my old acrylics with one of the pointy ended METAL nail files. After jerking and saying ouch a handful of times I told him I no longer wanted the full set and if he could just soak off the final nails because I knew my nails would be sensitive to the acrylic after having most of my nail layers ripped off. He said fine before I could even get the last word out my mouth and again rushed through wrapping my nails in foil and when he was finished forcefully pushed my hand back to me. Then sat behind another station on his phone lmaooo. The 2 stars I put are for the woman who did my pedicure it could've been neater and not as thick but it was good enough and she was polite so. Won't be returning due to the rude gentleman, obviously didn't want to work. read more

I've been here couple of times, 1st chair lady was rude but I just needed my nails done so I didn't care much, second time, rude again but somebody else helped me and the charged more $10 she was rude and bossy and said its same price and then they charge me $45 for shellac and last time only reason I came back is because I work across the street and last time she makes me wait 25minute of my lunch just to say that she doesn't have a color I asked , white and i said I'll change it and it turn out she didn't have any and come back later ! You made me wait 25 min to say that and be so rude and she said I said wait I didn't say how long and the man next to her was like come back she is busy!! Doing pedi of someone else that just walked in, obviously she was a regular and I wasn't and will never be. Don't give them a chance if they are rude! I tried 3 times an will never, read more

This place received so many good reviews.... but I cant understand why. Im not sure if the esthetician I had happened to be a crappy one. My "spa" pedicure only lasted about 30 minutes (its usually 45min-1hour everywhere else). When it came to massaging my feet, I get that a massage isnt really necessary, but sathering on lotion, wrapping a hot towel around it for 2min then wiping off the lotion is hardly soothing. Also, she decides to scrub my dried skin, so she goes to the back and brings out what looked like a cheese grater cause the holes were that big! (its only been a month since my last pedicure). I felt iffy about it because it did not come out of the sanitary bags. I didnt realize it until the next day but she did cut the bottom of my big toe and peeled the skin. No I wont be going back. It was quite disturbing to see one of the workers (maybe managers) plucking his chin hair in front of customers as well as one of their friends coming in and just gossiping and cackling in the front of the store, where my chair happened to be. Soothing experience, I think not. read more

I have to sign up with yelp to write a review about this nail salon. I'll post a picture of my nail for proof. I went here yesterday 10/21 to have my nail done preparing for my bday today. I got the basic meni, pedi, which is usually only $30 ish at other nail salon with this quality. However, I paid $45 just to have my nail french tipped, plus she didn't have to do a thorough massage on my feet since I'm very sensitive. I can't deny that the lady did a very decent service, she's very careful w my nail. On my bday party, which is not even 24hrs later, my nail polish almost fall off, all the nail tips got chipped n look like I had then done few days ago! If you care about the service, not the quality, then this is the place for you. I hate spending more w a worse quality like this. read more

So I found this place in a hurry since I couldn't get to my usual salon in time. The salon is small but we'll spaced out. They have a variety of of nail colors to choose from including brands from OPI, orlly and China glaze. They do nail designs along with color powder dips. They have different pedicures to choose from. I asked for the deluxe. It came with a parafin wax, hot stone massage and hot towel mask. Prices are great. All tools were taken out of sterilizer bags which made me feel better. They also use tub liners. I'm very excited to go back again! read more

Beaute Skin Nail - Stilleto Nails amazing Job! - Nail Salons Near Me - Houston, Texas

I was greeted, got serviced in a timely manner, the quality of my nails are just fine however the shape and color isn't what I wanted. I asked for acrylic #73 and when my nails were done they didn't look anything like 73. I've never gotten color before so I just thought they were going to dry in a lighter shade(my mistake). When I showed him he said the sample color faded from people touching it all the time so he offered to redo it free of charge but I didn't have time. I asked for my nails to be a little narrow just so they wouldn't look boxy and its a bit too narrow, but I'll live. There was also a Hispanic lady next to me who didn't speak English very well and she wanted white French acrylic but they insisted that she do pink because they said plain white would look bad. She just agreed to pink after the third time because she didn't really understand. read more

Hands down the best manicure/pedicure I've received thus far! My nail tech Lee was amazing! I'm probably the pickiest person in the world when it comes to my nails and toes so I'm extremely hard to please when it comes to my mani/pedis. Lee knew what she was doing and passionate about it! The only thing she had to ask me was what color and shape I wanted and she took it from there. She was thorough, precise, and meticulous! I didn't feel rushed or pressured to upgrade at all. Lee took her time with my services and I truly appreciated that. I'm literally obsessed with the job well done she did. I was also given water without even asking and to top it off Lee was kind and funny! I have found my new nail shop and nail tech! read more

I wanted to wait to write this review to see how my nails held up, given that it was my first shellac experience. I just went in for my second shellac experience, and I am really impressed! This salon is in yet another of Houston's many plazas, but they're great with last minute appointments during my lunch hour and are practically just around the corner from my office. Very convenient! They have one woman who does the shellac nails, and she does a hell of a job. She's very meticulous and makes sure your nails and the skin around them look perfect. I only knock off one star due to the fact that there's a bit of a language barrier, but all the employees here are incredibly friendly, remember who you are, and don't charge a fortune. Aw heck, I'll give 'em the 5th star for all that and for the fact that I only pay $30 for a shellac that looks great and lasts for weeks. Definitely my go-to spot for nails. read more

The first time I visited the salon was in August for a pedicure with a friend. I decided on this particular salon because of its location near my friend's apartment in the Westchase area, as well as the other great reviews on yelp. I don't remember too much about the pedicure other than the fact that it was such a good deal ($20 pedicure!). I decided to come back a few weeks later for my very first shellac manicure and was happy to get seated and manicured right away. I opted for a french shellac ($35 I believe) and was a bit nervous on what it would look like, but was constantly reassured by the manicurist that it would look great, and it did! I loved it. I went back for another shellac french manicure right before Thanksgiving with similarly awesome results. read more

Very quiet and clean nail shop! The staff is so nice and accommodating. For a shellac manicure it was 30$ which is reasonable and the deluxe pedicure was 30$. The pedicure was absolutely amazing, 100% recommend! Coming back to this place whenever I'm in Houston again read more

My sister and I came in after being another place quoted us an hour wait... We were able to walk right in and get in the chairs right away... (We went on a Tuesday afternoon 2:15pm). They have a nice selection of polish colors including glitter bombs, confetti, they also have a large selection of shellac colors too! Prices are reasonable... I believe we paid $20 for a basic pedicure and added the parffarin wax treatment for $5 more. They did an excellent job cleaning and making sure I was happy with the length. She got rid of my ingrown toenail. I would like to mention when I got home I realized that she nipped me because there was blood underneath my toenail. The entire pedicure was a little too long for my liking... But the massage was great! Also we asked for them not to use the cheese grater so they used a pumice stone... Overall very satisfied... I would return read more

I'm really picky when it comes to nail salons and this place makes the top of my list for cheap ones! It doesn't look like much from the outside but it is worthwhile to visit. They use CND's Shellac system which in my opinion, is the best way to go these days. I went in with, what I thought was Shellac, on my nails from another salon in the area. I come to find out that it was a hard-to-remove, off-brand that was not of the same caliber as CND's Shellac. These guys took the time to remove it and then gave me a perfect paint job in one of the new Shellac colors all for $25! They shaped my nails well and did a mistake-free job. I'll definitely return here when I'm in Houston! read more

I saw the good reviews about this place, and it's close to me, so I decided to give it a try. These Vietnamese ladies constantly speaking vietnamese to each other and laughing with each other, very rude! The worst part was she cut my toe. If they concentrate at what they do, they might avoid cutting people's toes! Very unprofessional and dirty! Will def not going back there! read more

Went here for the Shellac manicure that everyone else has been raving about. I walked right in without an appointment and was immediately seated and service started. It was finished quickly, my cuticles look fantastic (because they were in pretty bad shape), and the staff was welcoming. Another plus is that it's minutes from my home. Will definitely return here for the Shellac manicure. read more

The technicians were VERY friendly and the equipment looks very clean. I did not think they lived up to the reviews though. I take pride in having natural nails which I maintain very well. I was disappointed that instead of soaking off my nail tech used a drill to remove my shilak polish. When I mentioned my nails may get damaged she felt that was not an issue. Also I had my manicure and pedicure at the same time and she tried to do both hands from one side which put me in an awkward position the whole time. Also she only used one dryer for my shilak polish which slowed down the whole process. I think this place has a LOT of potential but they have to put customer comfort first. read more

I visited this nail shop two weeks ago to get a refill and pedicure. The gentleman who did my nails did a wonderful job. They would have gained a new regular customer until I saw extra charges on my debit card. While there I was charged $33 and left a $10 tip on top of that, but my card was charged $50. I love this place. I always have special request for my pedicures, and they are happy to accommodate me.

DO NOT COME HERE! I came here to get a mani pedi before a date and it was a nightmare. I asked for a shellac manicure and what I got looked like I gave a 5 year old a bottle of polish. It came out terrible. The polish literally outside of my cuticles, air bubbles, polish on my hands. Now, if you're familiar with shellac you understand that it is not easily removed. I asked the manicurist to fix it and told them my complaints she said that she could give me a 5 dollar discount. Which is not what I was asking for. Then she got snippy and told me that it would take 45 minuets to take it off. I then tried explaining to her that I had a date. She began to over talk me yelling that a discount is all she could do. Horrible customer service on her part. The tech looked confused the whole way through. I didn't have time to get it removed because I had somewhere to be and had already been here for an hour. read more
