This girl was 100% drunk when she came into the shop, was told the wait would be over 35 minutes, she and he's drunk friend decided to wait. After that they voice there problems quite loudly, commenting on how the restaurant they left up-ed the salad price from $13 to $20 and how they where just gonna lose her business if they didn't baby her every need. (And would want to lose that) then she just kept demanding that she had called ahead 10 mins before she got there to make sure they had 'snow bunny' (not a color offered there) and when the gentleman who was working on me stopped to explain to her that they did not carry this and showed her the white they did she agreed it was fine then her and her friend went back and forth about what they wanted and weather or not she was gonna pay for her friend or her friend pay for her self. After she declares that she wants basic peti (which does not include scrub. ) she decides that her friend will have shellac. One they started on her toes she interested in a drunken huff and exclaims that's she dissatisfied with the service, and there's no need to continue. She then declares she will still pay for herself claiming that she's doing this in spite of the service not being finished and then gives then throws the Towle down knocks both her glass water bottle and a bottle of shellac nail polish on the ground and both shatter. At this point I'm fully ready to kick her out myself but the owner not only cleaned up her mess but also did not make her pay for the polish. She give them $25 for her petition, and give the one who cleaned the mess $10 and goes to sit in her car. The friend gets hers finished and goes to the car. The owner had to go out to them and remind them they had not paid for the friends peti, and because hers was shellac, it was $45 that was missing. She threw the money at them and then came charging in 5 mins later demanding $20 back to make her leave still drunk and still sluring her words, after it's made clear she's not being refunded she then sits in the cair again and demands them to paint her toes then. The owner still trying to be nice says to just paint them the lady literally gets 2 toes done and has another melt down, this time taking those from the foot rest, wiping the polish off and throws the Towle at the technician. At this point the owner is no longer nice and tells her she is not welcome back, and needs to leave she refused, so police where called in her drunkness she starts saying she will leave a bad review and the police give her money back you could smell the alcohol on her from 2 chairs away. Once this is pointed out she grass her bag and leaves but does try to come back but they didn't let her in the door this time and she officially leaves cops are told not to come out any more and a drunk driver goes home.

My toes were a very pale pink, almost a sheer white. The color the Coco Nails tech wound up applying to my fingernails was a bubblegum pink and not at all close to the color on my toes. Two days later, after trying the color and deciding I really didn't like it, I came back to have my nails redone. The second technician did an excellent job and found a shade that was very close to my toes. When I checked out, I asked if they could give me a discount on the second manicure. My reason was pretty straightforward: I was back just two days later paying to have my nails done again because they had done such a poor job matching the color the first time. They declined to offer any discount at all. What made the interaction especially disappointing was how I was treated compared to the woman ahead of me. When asked how her visit had been, she responded that it was "okay," with some hesitation. The employee immediately went out of her way to ask multiple times if there was anything she could do and encouraged the customer to let her know how she could make things better. I was the very next customer, and the response to my concern was completely different. Not only was no discount offered but no significant effort or concern for my experience was expressed. Even though the second technician did a beautiful job, unfortunately, the way the salon handled the situation left me disappointed with the overall customer service. I did not feel valued or welcomed and will probably not be returning. It's a shame too because I just moved to the area and my house is walking distance to this salon. I selected unhappy face and copied, pasted the above review and submitted it. Today I wake up to a text supposedly from Coco Nails apologizing and asking me to call the store to discuss. I half suspected it was AI but I figured Coco Nails was at least monitoring their AI surveys for complaints. Nope. I call Coco Nails, a woman picks up who says her name is Ross. Rose has no idea what I am talking about, not the incident, not even the negative survey. After three explanations, she reluctantly offers me 15% off. I start to ask whether i may apply this discount to any service (or just nails, as I needed my eyebrows done) and she interrupts me complaining that she has other calls and is busy and abruptly hands the phone to a young man. After getting over my shock, I explain the situation to the young man who says his name is Andy. Andy says he will call me back. That was 9 hours ago. Business owners, please listen. If you do not know how to treat your customers right, AI will not save you. I do not recommend this company. There are plenty of other nail shops in the area. I will be going elsewhere for my nails and eyebrows. The two stars are for Chau, the second tech who did a phenomenal job on my nails.

I was looking for somewhere open later on Sundays (hard to find!) and this spot was perfect right in the Kroger parking lot, super easy to get to, clean, and has such a calm vibe the moment you walk in. Cindy did my nails and Skye did my pedicure, and both of them were amazing. Cindy really took her time with the shape and color PERFECTION and Skye gave me one of the most relaxing pedicures I've had in a long time (massage, hot towel, the whole experience). You can tell they both care about their work and their clients. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt upscale but still down-to-earth, no rush, no chaos, just chill energy and attention to detail.
