However I had no problems locating the building as I had been there before for service from a hairstylist. Nicole was very pleasant from beginning to end. Her suite is neat and clean. I scheduled a bikini full at 5pm, she moved my appointment to 4:45, 2.5hrs before my appointment time. When I showed up at 5:05 she accepted me in and began my wax. Midway through she realized she was waxing the wrong person because she scheduled someone else during my time. She told me I had booked for 4:45 and that I was late. Then she rushed through my wax and asked me to leave without my service being completed.
