I tried this nail salon for the first time because my usual place was closed. Chelsea did my pedicure. She was very kind and took her time with everything. I almost fell asleep during the massage.. Very pleasant experience. Evelyn did my manicure and I was not a fan. She was noticeably rushing and a little too forceful for me. She didn't file my nails (only cut them so they're not even and smooth. She also left all this residue all over my hands. I had to request her presence again for that to be removed. And instead of just waiting for my nails to dry, she ended the manicure by quickly rubbing lotion on my arms. I'm not sure if this is the new standard or if my original place has spoiled me, but I don't think I will return. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but that's not an excuse when I'm spending my money.
Blake did that!! Loved my birthday nails!! Blake definitely took care of me and my nails real good. He executed my nails perfectly. They're always playing good tunes but honey this day they wee jamminggggggggg. Love a good nail experience.
BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT GO. Terrible customer service, they refused to fix my nail free of charge, and it's their fault, I regret it going there, waist of time and money. I got my nails done on 7/15, and my nail fell out on 7/23, it's even less than 10 days?!!! I paid $95 for it?!!!! And this is Gel-X, which it should last between 4-5 weeks. It's cheaper for me to buy press on nails. The customer service was horrible for my nails, she didn't do what I wanted. On top of the bad service, my nail fall off?! The place and workers vibes were so negative Thai, The Gelx should last for 4 weeks not few days, plus I was out of town, do you think it's worth I change my flight to go back and do my nails?! Regardless your useless policy , this type of service should last for 4 weeks if not more
Y'all, this place is SO good. Shape and color perfection every single time. I drive from Austin to Houston to see them. There is never a wait--they have so many nail techs and they are all top notch. They have so many colors and they're all trendy colors. I haven't done any designs with them yet, but want to try that next time. I usually do a fill and pedi. They get the shape right and it makes me so happy. Place is always clean and they do such a great job! Fill this time was done by Kevin.

The salon is super cute. Rich in aesthetic as well. There is a smaller parking lot then expected because I'm sure they stay booked My new favorite nail salon. This review is strictly based on my past two experiences with Alex. She is an angel from above, super talented, very friendly and always makes sure to care for my cuticles. Now, if you read this review and get inspired don't be booking up all of Alex's spots. Thanks lol
Every time I show up, they show out I love this place my favorite nail shop in Houston. Keep it up you guys and the owner is always so welcoming and then they give you wine to get you tipsy while they take good care of your toes and your fingers I love it my little secret spot. Got an appt right away on my trip into Houston-looking to turn those ovals into coffins and Kevin did an excellent job! He listened and did exactly as I asked-thin and flat!

I decided to get a basic pedicure, the interior was decorated nicely and the employees are hard working and kind. My nail technician, Hailey, had an eye for detail and made sure my nails were shaped just how I wanted them.
I love my nails every time I visit this salon! I've had the pleasure of getting manicures/full set with Kevin and Lillie. I do suggest making an appointment so you don't have to wait or guess about walkins. They are really nice on the phone and scheduling is always a breeze. They are located in the same plaza as Target along Westheimer next door to the daiquiri spot.
I started coming here in June when I first moved to the city. Honestly I do not have a single complaint. They have always been on time for my appointment, even on the weekends. I like that they take care of my pedicure and refill at the same time because it minimizes the time I spend doing it. Overall, the quality of service I've gotten has always been great as well. Artistically, I enjoy a complex design every now and again and that seems to be a slight shortcoming for me here, but I don't think that warrants diminishing the experience. Plus they always have tried their best to accommodate what I want. It is always clean, and they clean the chairs in between clients as well.

I have been coming to this nail studio for eight months now, and I want to give a shout out to Daisy, who is one of the best nail techs I have ever had! I highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting to up their nail game, and I also highly recommend Daisy. She always has great ideas for nail designs and works with me when I have a theme or inspiration, and comes up with something amazing! read more

When I say Nails Life Studio don't miss!!!!!! I mean it. I recently switched up my nail techs and ELAINE is amazing!!!! I gave her a photo inspiration and she executed flawlessly. Not only is she amazing at her craft but her vibe is on another level. So nice, helpful and attentive. No matter what tech I have been with over the last 4 years of going to Nails life studio I have never been dissatisfied. This salon holds a variety of talent within their doors. The owner TT is the absolute best. I urge you to make Nails life your permanent home. They are the best! read more
I love going here to get my nails done. I get dipped for my nails and shellac for my toes. The service is great, I'm always happy with how everything looks. I recommend setting up an appointment, so that you and the business know what time and they know what services you need done in advance. read more

I've been to this place twice now and both times the service and the atmosphere were immaculate. Would highly recommend. I went three weeks between fills (probably could have lasted another week if had to). Got so many compliments. I have had the fire and ice pedicure and the grapefruit one. Both left my feet looking and feeling fantastic. read more

To say that I'm happy would be an understatement!! I just moved to Houston in January, and the first nail shop I went to was good the first time, and then I hated it after that. I came to an Nails Life Studio having just taken off my acrylics, which meant I had paper thin nails. I asked them what to do, and based on previous experiences I was very concerned about getting shellac. One of the ladies in the front assured me that she knew what to do, called one of the girls over and told her, and I trusted them. I have now been there 3 times, and each time my nails hold up for the full two weeks. No chipping, no peeling, NOTHING!!! I got a pedicure and LOVED it! My nail tech was super nice and did an amazing job! I'm embarrassed to admit I hadn't had a pedicure in about 7 months I had SO much dead skin build up! My feet came out looking and feeling like baby feet, they were so soft! And she did it the correct way! She filed the callouses rather than use that cheese grater tool other places use. It's much better for your skin. She really took care of me and I will definitely be returning and asking for her! Her name was Leanne thank you so much for taking care of me! See you soon! read more

I've been here a couple times today I went for a manicure I requested dip and today was a complete different experience from the past times. I have see Tracy and coco and they were amazing and did a good job. Today I was very disappointed with the service. For starters I always get a type of manicure she never gave me a pamphlet asking which I would like so she started by drilling my nails and then somewhat got my cuticles not all of them. She didn't trim my nails I know they were uneven. I felt like my nails looked worse than what I had originally came in. My appointment was @4pm I was in my car by 4:35 that's how rushed the service was just messed up the rest of my day. *Clients* look at the owners response it tells you a lot about their "management style very dismissive" just be careful where you go you can see my pictures I've never had a problem before until now and when it's addressed to them it's just dismissed... read more

Came in with my friends for a farewell party and I decided to have some gel on my nails for a change. I got Tracy for my nails and Hy for my pedicure. It was such an experience - they both had done such a phenomenal job. Tracy cleaned my cuticles spotless and customized my designs for me and I absolutely adored it, while Hy lured me to sleep with her Orange Pedi and Mimosa. Welp, my friend may be leaving for a different state but I know for sure I'll be coming back. The salon does seem to be a popular one, so I would recommend making appointments for functions. read more
First time at Nails Life Studio and it was cute. Ms. Tracy and Ms. Mia did great honey! Got me prepped for my spring break travels. I appreciated the customer service and I did not get the gentlemans name who assisted me when I first walked in. But I was greeted and I told them I had an appointment, I believe I waited for about 4 minutes and then I was taken to a chair to sit. I love my mani/pedi and I appreciated the mimosa. Nice touch! Great service, cost effective, and clean environment. My nail tech, Tommy, was very meticulous and took his time. 45 minutes to do my gel manicure from start to finish and cost was $35 before tip. They didn't offer refreshments here. read more

So, I'm giving them a 3-star rating because the place is very clean, doesn't smell like a nail salon, and the better part of their services are done very well. It's the final touches of painting nails that they just can't do. This is the third time (no, not in a row) where I truly enjoyed the massage and shaping of nails, but then when I get home and see how my polish has dried, I just get so disappointed. This last time, I've just removed the polish myself and will repaint my nails this evening. But to have paid $58 for a mani/pedi only to have my nails look like this...just not worth it. And I had to repaint my big toes because there was too much clear coat that then stuck to the inner part of my nail/skin and I was then left with an "edge" of paint. If you want a good pedi massage, I would recommend them, but don't go for a clean polish. read more

Finally found a nail home after 2 years of moving around! This shop is super clean, beautiful, modern, and fabulous. Ethan is my foreverrrrrrrrrr person! I went once to try him out and almost idk how many months later I'm stuck here. Management is so sweet! They take care of you. Everyone here is absolutely amazing. Ethan ALWAYS executessss. I show him a picture and it's exactly what I ask for! He's the sweets, most down to earth nail techs I've ever had! Trust me..... when it comes to my nails I'm the pickiest of the pickiest. And not ONCE have I ever had a complaint about any of my sets from Ethan !!! read more

Who would be the best tech for a pedicure? I recently got my nails done somewhere else and the tech i got was too rough and seemed rushed. She also did not buff the soles of my feet so i still have some dead skin and need to redo the pedicure.

How much for a basic manicure and pedicure?
I think their prices are on their website, I know for sure a basic pedicure is 30 because I do the lavender one above it which is 38. Not sure on Manis though
How much would a almond set with art would be?
I always get almond nails with a design and it varies based on full set/refill and the design I get. I pay anywhere from $60-$80
How much for a full set refill?
