If I could give no stars, I would. Let me first say, I broke protocol. I happened to be in the area running errands and thought I could kill two birds one stone. I found this place, briefly checked them out and stopped by. I needed a gel pedicure. A young lady serviced me, did not get the name. I was not offered what types of pedicures were available, my feet weren't even in the water for 5 mins, she cut my toenails dry, filed them after they were cured, and handled my feet very roughly. I waited until I paid to voice my concerns and as I was speaking she literally turns away and starts speaking to the only other employee. Extremely rude and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. This was a hole in the wall and I got hole in the wall service. This place may be my new go to place! It's close by and they are very affordable. Andy did my nails (color - bubble bath) - i originally wanted gold flakes but they didn't have any so i asked Andy for a simple design and this is what he did. I love them! I didn't quite get the lady who did my toes but everyone here is very attentive and detailed. And they will keep fixing any spot or anything you want fixed. I would recommend coming here if you're in the area! Also, if you're looking for a hard design, hand drawn, or 3D design definitely come here and ask for Andy! He showed me some of his previous works and it's amazing!! They do stamp cards after you visit 5 times you get 20% off on your next visit. Found this place on a whim as I was in town for a mtg and so glad I did because this will be my go-to place for shellac mani and pedi. I called ahead to see if they had any openings and Johnny was able to squeeze me in within the same day. Totally in love with how Johnny does my cuticles and polish. This is my second review, 2 years later, and I still think this place is great! The customer service is great, the salon is clean, and they work moderately quickly without messing up your nails. The staff here is wonderful, and very welcoming. I recommend coming here! I made an appointment with Johnny same-day (he is very accommodating!) and I was not disappointed. He uses KIARA SKY polishes which I hadn't heard of before but love. Everything is gratefully decorated and well-organized. I walked in and totally felt welcomed. I only had 30 minutes to get my nails (fingers and toes) simply cut and clean, and my eyebrows waxed. Jonny and Andy did a great job in a very short time. Just like you blink your eyes and everything is done. Highly recommended. Please call either one of them (I guess they take appointments only) and they are almost available all the times. Jonny did a great job after the other guy had some mishaps. But let's rewind.. I walked in & all the lights were off because only the employees were there.. I came here to get a color powder on my natural nails & to get a pedicure.. they started doing my nails at the same time as my pedicure, at 4:35pm. Sarah did a good job on my pedicure.. the guy doing my nails literally had no clue what he was doing.. he wasted acetone in my lap, all over my Tory Burch bag.. Whatever. Then he got acrylic all over my hands.. his hands were super sticky so because he was doing my nails, my hands ended up being super sticky.. he shaped my nails wrong at first and filed one hand all the way down while the other hand still had long nails (my natural nails that I wanted to keep long at that)... he made so many mistakes that after two hours of him playing on my hands (literally two hours), Jonny took over and had to fix what he did.. Jonny did a great job considering all the other mistakes the previous guy did.. but still, I was the only customer there (not counting a lady who came for a polish change & was gone within 20 minutes) and I still was there for 3+ hours just to get my real nails and toes done.. my real nails are now mangled.. literally cut in half with only the color powder holding it together.. horrible horrible job. I take pride in my natural nails & in 3 long hours, they were ruined.. they messed up so bad that I was given a 30% discount on my services. The only reason why I paid is because my pedicure came out nice.. the price I paid for my messed up service would've been what I paid for just for a pedicure somewhere else.. I asked Jonny was the other guy new? Jonny said "nooo, he's just only good at doing square nails so he was practicing doing your coffin shape.. you have high nail beds and he's just not experienced in your nail shape." If that's the case, why let him play on my nails??? I told them what I wanted when I walked it.. it was four employees working & I was the only customer. If he was the least experienced, why let him practice at my expense... this is ridiculous. I walked out of the salon at 7:48pm.. 3 hours and 13 minutes after I walked in... if Jonny would've stepped up and did my nails in the first place, this review would've been totally different, because he actually does really good work.. cuz honestly, if y'all would've saw how the other guy left my nails before Jonny flew in with his cape, y'all would've thought he was a magician. Johnny and Andy take real pride in their work and make you feel right at home in their shop. Don't expect to be rushed during your stay just relax and allow yourself to be pampered. Johnny did SNS with shellac and while I was completely thrilled with the SNS job my shellac chipped on day 2 which was why I've not given the shop 5 stars. Color options are limitless and Andy has some amazing skills when it comes to designs. Pricing is a bit on the higher side but for the one on one experience you get what you pay for. Also I thought it was really cool that the shop is 24 hrs by appointment they've taken clients as late at 230 in the morning. I will most definitely be returning read more
