She ignored my request for no cutting of the cuticles (even after my usual lady let her know), filed my nails AND SKIN so hard it hurt, and ended up clipping my skin too close and leaving nail polish on the side of my nails! The color she applied was not the one I picked but similar enough I just let it go. This experience reminded me why I hate going to get my nails done. When I went to pay I found out she had upcharged me for a hand massage I didn't ask for or want and then an attitude when I asked why the price was different than all my other visits.
