I decided to bring my husband to this nail shop because I had been here before for a pedicure and had a good experience. I thought it would be the perfect place for him to feel comfortable getting his pedicure while also receiving great service. When we walked in, we were greeted by a woman with the biggest smile. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. I honestly thought she was going to be my nail technician, but she ended up taking care of my husband which actually worked out because I wanted him to have the best experience possible. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment my technician started working on me, she was rough. Every movement felt harsh pulling, tugging, and handling my feet with absolutely no gentleness. It wasn't just her technique; her attitude was just as cold. I believe everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn't have to be on the receiving end of them. Then came the polish. She asked me what color I wanted, and I gave her the exact number because I had already picked it out. She couldn't find it, and that's when her frustration became obvious. She started speaking in another language, tossing bottles around on the table, and visibly showing how irritated she was. I looked over at my husband and quietly said, "I don't think she's having a good day because she's been rough with me ever since she started." He began paying closer attention and noticed it too. When she came back, I even asked her, "Are you okay?" She quickly replied, "Yeah, yeah, I'm okay." She applied the first coat, then came back with a completely different polish than the one I requested. I stopped her and politely said, "Excuse me, that's not the color I asked for. Can you please get the one I requested?" Instead of simply correcting the mistake, she stormed off visibly upset. At that point, I had enough. I refused to let someone with that kind of attitude finish my service. I told them I would pay for what had already been done, but I would not be returning. I came in respectful, spent my hard-earned money, and did absolutely nothing to deserve being treated that way. Thankfully, my husband had already finished his pedicure and had a much better experience than I did. Somewhere in the middle of all this, we even had margaritas (ha!) which honestly may have given me the courage to stand up for myself because, if you know me, I'm usually the person who stays quiet just to avoid conflict. Not this time. I'm about to be 45, and I've reached a place in life where I refuse to pay people to mistreat me. If you're having a bad day, I truly hope it gets better--but don't (ever) take it out on your customers. Customer service matters just as much as the service you're providing. Sadly, because of this experience, I won't be returning. Respect goes both ways, and my money will be spent where kindness and professionalism are just as important as a good pedicure. I'm out.

She ignored my request for no cutting of the cuticles (even after my usual lady let her know), filed my nails AND SKIN so hard it hurt, and ended up clipping my skin too close and leaving nail polish on the side of my nails! The color she applied was not the one I picked but similar enough I just let it go. This experience reminded me why I hate going to get my nails done. When I went to pay I found out she had upcharged me for a hand massage I didn't ask for or want and then an attitude when I asked why the price was different than all my other visits. I regret not requesting my usual nail tech but she was busy with another client. Unfortunately this experience was enough to deter me from returning.

They got me in the same day, even before they officially opened, and were so kind and welcoming. The whole family was so sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. Even offering me a complimentary coffee, which was so thoughtful. Julie did my nails and absolutely killed the design. I asked for a cute fall look with pumpkins and flowers, and they came out so pretty. Nina did my toes and did such a cute job too. She also gave me a really good little foot massage, which honestly made it even better. I was so grateful they were willing to take me in last minute and were so understanding about my situation. I was simply trying to ask a few questions about their manicure and French tip services before booking. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. Before I was even finished, she hung up on me without asking if I had any other questions. I called back thinking the call had dropped and explained that I was still talking when it ended. She responded in a frustrated tone, "Yes ma'am, your appointment is booked." I understand that people can be busy, but there is absolutely no reason to treat a potential first-time customer this way. A simple "Is there anything else I can help you with?" would have taken a few seconds. Needless to say, I will be taking my business somewhere else. If this is how potential new customers are treated over the phone, I can only imagine what the in-person experience would be like.
