Very nice place I loved it. Service was great and friendly, will definitely come back again. The design was in point :) Thank you

Coming in I understand being a walk in appointment you will sometimes have to wait or your appointment might take a little bit longer however, four hours is excessive when I was the only other person in there with one other person for almost two of those . During my my appointment, when I was already about 45- 1 hour in, another individual walked in with a little girl. The lady who was in the middle of doing my nails, stopped to do services to the new person who walked. I thought no problem is probably an appointment. A gentleman came over, tore up every single finger with the Dremel. I actually bled on three of my nailbeds'. I attached pictures, my thumb is the worst. They then changed him with the the lady who had done my pedicure, who she did amazing work on my pedicure. Unfortunately she was a little rough with the nail file and tore my thumb where he had already hit it with the Dremel. This is when I should have left , but I didn't, my nails hadn't even been painted and it was a good 2 1/2 hours into my appointment. I just wanted to get it done. I was just getting a gel with airbrush tips and a flower on my ring fingers. The girl who originally started with my nails came over and was in the middle of working on finishing the gel and airbrushing. She apologized for what happened with my hand, she offered a discount, I said I didn't need a discount, I would just like to get my nails done and I would like to wrap this up. She finishes my left hand with the airbrushing, stops goes over and started airbrush the young girls nails. I didn't realize it at first and then I realize that my nail tech is gone , nobody is helping me it's 3 1/2 hours into my appointment. Now, at that point, I lost my patience, I started packing up my stuff to leave, with just the left being airbrushed. Stood up and said I will go elsewhere-can I just pay. - they talked me into staying to at least let them put the topcoat on - she finished actually doing the airbrushing on my right hand. Mind you I didn't even get the requested design on my nails that I had asked for originally. I just wanted to go ahead and be done with it. I could tell that the mom was upset because her daughter started crying and basically made it seem like I was in the wrong for asking for my services to be finished when I got there well before she did. It became very awkward in the salon, the little girl crying very loudly because she had to wait. I saw that the airbrushing was darker on my left compared to the right but i did not care, i just wanted to get out of the salon and be done with my services. Once i paid and tipped the ladies that did the services, i stopped and I said to the mom I apologize that your daughter started crying when I asked her to come over and finish the services that they had started with me. She says "I don't wanna be disrespectful in front of my daughter so we don't even need to have this conversation." I was shocked, she acted as if I had done something wrong -standing up for the fact that I was asking for my services to be finished was not disrespectful to anyone in that salon. I'm sorry that her daughter cried because she had to wait, instead of being told, wait your turn. To me removing someone not once, not twice but a 3rd time, when they are already providing a service to another client was disrespectful. If it had been me with there with my daughter that came in after somebody else was already being serviced- I would've told them to finish the services that they were already doing, so it was very disrespectful towards me that they in fact, stop working on me. We're both regulars there but that doesn't even matter. It's about the fact that there was a service already being provided and getting upset at me for me asking for my services to be finished was very disrespectful on your behalf. I feel really bad for the young lady that's running around, taking care of all of the services in that location. She does an amazing job and I'm not gonna give her a bad review- the gentleman is another story- he needs to not be working on nails.

Highly recommend! Everybody was super sweet I had a really good experience and it's been almost a month since I got my nails done and I still get compliments because they look good still ! 10/10 recommend !

I've never started a review like this before, so bear with me while I really express myself…read more.. So boom. I decided to bring my husband to this nail shop because I had been here before for a pedicure and had a good experience. I thought it would be the perfect place for him to feel comfortable getting his pedicure while also receiving great service. When we walked in, we were greeted by a woman with the biggest smile. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. I honestly thought she was going to be my nail technician, but she ended up taking care of my husband which actually worked out because I wanted him to have the best experience possible. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment my technician started working on me, she was rough. Every movement felt harsh pulling, tugging, and handling my feet with absolutely no gentleness. It wasn't just her technique; her attitude was just as cold. I believe everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn't have to be on the receiving end of them. Then came the polish. She asked me what color I wanted, and I gave her the exact number because I had already picked it out. She couldn't find it, and that's when her frustration became obvious. She started speaking in another language, tossing bottles around on the table, and visibly showing how irritated she was. I looked over at my husband and quietly said, "I don't think she's having a good day because she's been rough with me ever since she started." He began paying closer attention and noticed it too. When she came back, I even asked her, "Are you okay?" She quickly replied, "Yeah, yeah, I'm okay." She applied the first coat, then came back with a completely different polish than the one I requested. I stopped her and politely said, "Excuse me, that's not the color I asked for. Can you please get the one I requested?" Instead of simply correcting the mistake, she stormed off visibly upset. At that point, I had enough. I refused to let someone with that kind of attitude finish my service. I told them I would pay for what had already been done, but I would not be returning. I came in respectful, spent my hard-earned money, and did absolutely nothing to deserve being treated that way. Thankfully, my husband had already finished his pedicure and had a much better experience than I did. Somewhere in the middle of all this, we even had margaritas (ha!) which honestly may have given me the courage to stand up for myself because, if you know me, I'm usually the person who stays quiet just to avoid conflict. Not this time. I'm about to be 45, and I've reached a place in life where I refuse to pay people to mistreat me. If you're having a bad day, I truly hope it gets better--but don't (ever) take it out on your customers. Customer service matters just as much as the service you're providing. Sadly, because of this experience, I won't be returning. Respect goes both ways, and my money will be spent where kindness and professionalism are just as important as a good pedicure. I'm out.

Soooo, let me tell you about this little gem! The owner's name is My... get it?! MY Spa Lounge,…read morehahaha. I thought that was so clever. The ladies here are extremely talented. I usually see Astrid; I honestly think she is obsessed with free-styling but I don't let her free style my nails cause I'll walk out with a $300 bill. Everyone here (My, Astrid and Gabby) take their time and does an amazing job. I'd highly recommend to book your appointments immediately following your service, they get BOOKED. So don't expect a last minute appointment, even on a Monday, hunnay! I even follow them on Instagram, and they keep you updated on any salon closings, last minute bookings, etc. I've honestly only had one less than pleasant experience here, but I didn't allow that to keep me from the best of the best. I no longer live across the street so it's harder for me to get here, but when I know I'll be in the area, I try to plan accordingly. This spa is reasonably priced, $42 for a powder set, but nails aren't the only services they offer. With an early booking, they offer full body massage services as well, or at least they used too; I'd call to double check. I personally haven't received one, but I don't doubt they are anything short of amazing!

Today I got a new nail tech who was absolutely horrible. She ignored my request for no cutting of the cuticles (even after my usual lady let her know), filed my nails AND SKIN so hard it hurt, and ended up clipping my skin too close and leaving nail polish on the side of my nails! The color she applied was not the one I picked but similar enough I just let it go. This experience reminded me why I hate going to get my nails done. When I went to pay I found out she had upcharged me for a hand massage I didn't ask for or want and then an attitude when I asked why the price was different than all my other visits. I regret not requesting my usual nail tech but she was busy with another client. Unfortunately this experience was enough to deter me from returning.
