Instead of providing the color I asked for, the technician repeatedly tried to substitute multiple different shades and insisted they were "clear pink" when they clearly were not. I even looked at the bottles myself and knew they were different colors. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, another employee came over to assist. They disappeared for a while and eventually returned with a bottle labeled "DND Clear Pink," but it looked completely different from the actual product I have used before. The bottle itself didn't even match the standard DND packaging, which raised even more concerns. What frustrated me most was feeling like my concerns were being dismissed. I knew exactly what color I wanted, yet I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Throughout the interaction, the employees continued speaking among themselves in their language and would occasionally say "clear pink," which made the entire situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after all of the confusion and after I decided not to proceed with gel polish, I was still charged an additional fee to remove the existing polish. So not only did I not receive the service I specifically requested, but I ended up paying extra as well. There are far too many nail salons with excellent customer service to deal with this kind of experience. If a client tells you exactly what they want, listen to them instead of trying to convince them they don't know the difference. Very disappointing experience.

My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...

Impressive Dedication to Customer Service! My very first visit to this salon was on May 16,2018. I arrived just after 6:PM that Wednesday evening or maybe it was more like 6:30ish. I wanted to get several services (full set nails, spa pedi, eyebrow wax and tint). I expected that they would set me an appointment for the following day. To my surprise and delight, Lynn a very pleasant lady introduced herself to me and said she would be happy to provide all of these services for me right then and there! For my nails, she used the colored powder as I requested. However, rather than the old brush technique, she did a dip powder technique (a first for me). Then when it was time for the nail shape, she actually listened and shaped them perfectly! Not like a lot of places where they try to rush through and give everyone squared nails. I prefer mine in between square and round. Which certainly takes more time. Also I don't like it when they put a top coat on colored powders (which later dulls and defeats the purpose). Lynn took the extra time to buff my nails. While my nails were being done by Lynn, Nancy was giving me a pedicure. I must let everyone reading this know that she is also a TRUE PROFESSIONAL! She put in the extra effort to file my toenails so that the edges weren't sharp. NOT ONLY DID LYNN AND NANCY STAY LATE ALL OF THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TOP QUALITY!! This is most definitely my new salon!! Thanks again Lynn and Nancy!! read more

I was the only client in the salon. THEY WERE TRYING TO PUT ME TO SLEEP to do God knows what to me. I actually called 911 and the ambulance came. My mother also came and said she went in the store where there was about 12 people when originally there was only 3 when I was sitting in the chair. Please be aware of your surroundings! My discernment saved my life. Houston is the biggest Traffiking city. I thank God every day that I was able to run to my car before I passed out.
