I really love this nail spa. It's not crazy busy. Very clean and the team here is very helpful. Their English is very good as well so I feel like communication is easy when getting exactly what you want. The spa chairs are super comfortable and their color choices are great. Made an appointment last week for Friday at 2pm. I decided to come in early since I had time, they ladies explained that they only had one person and could not take an early appointments. Came back at my time, which by the way, no one called to confirm my appointments for the next day. Continuing into the future, came back at 2pm, just to wait 20 minutes for my scheduled last appointment. She took down my lashes from lash set. She was apologetic. Took 1hour and 30 minutes, and i found out she does individual lashes so that's why it take so long, she does not use clusters of lashes. Overall, can work on people who have appointment. Overall spent $95 on new set. Vibe is I believe they are understaff tremendously! Liked my lashes, very natural. read more

I'm so skeptical about trying new nail salons but I'm glad I chose this one! Probably the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. I called ahead of time to see if they could take me and Victoria told me to come on. The salon was quite empty so I didn't have to wait at all. Victoria did a great job on my nails! I got my eyebrows waxed as well. They have a variety of drinks to offer with your services. This will be my new spot! I'm looking forward to trying their eyelash extension services. read more

Honestly was a wonderful experience. I live like two minutes down the road and I decided to check this place out. I'm so glad I did. Cheap full sets, I'd recommend making an appointment only in the morning because they're always understaffed. I don't like how they don't clean your lashes even if you have previous extensions on .. they just immediately start applying the new lashes. I only go because it's cheap but i'm sure there's plenty of other places in the area around the same price who offer a full experience read more

I drive 30 mins to get my nail and lashes here by far the best place ever. Ask for Victoria! If anything happens to your nails before 3 weeks she will fix it at no charge but honestly I've never had any issues. My nails last 3 to 4 weeks and sometimes longer but I like to change my color alot. read more

The service was great, offered drinks and what not. I had a appointment after closing so my cousin and I were the only two there while I got a full set and a pedicure & it was nice and relaxing. The atmosphere of the place was also nice. Since I was a first time customer, I received a 20% discount which I thought was amazing. Not sure why they even make appointments. Made an appointment for two people at 12:00pm and had one start on time, while the other had to wait AN ENTIRE HOUR. No apologies for the wait. No type of customer service. The lady who appears to be the owner seemed to have an attitude. Nail polish colors aren't on display like usual, but they never give you the color swatches either.First and last time coming here. I've been getting my nails done here for a couple of years, not counting the COVID break. Victoria and her staff have always provided such a wonderful experience. I always get powder nails and a pedicure. My nails normally last at least 3 weeks. They guarantee their work as well and I've never had any issues. Lyn did my set this time and I was a bit hesitant since she's never done mine before but after this set I'm definitely going to be loyal to her! I went to this salon with my husband and we both have a mani pedi, the salon was very clean , friendly staffs , we were sat on the private side of the salon for a "couple pedicure" which is excellent. the hot stone massage was awesome very relaxing, I got a gel manicure with the mood change color and i love it They also doing eyelashes extension so I decided to get it done and it came out gorgeous the way I wanted. Love this place! I've gotten my lashes done and eyebrows microbladed here. Victoria made my lashes look amazing and my eyebrows on fleek. Most lash places will take about 2.5-3 hrs for a full set, Victoria did my full set in less than an hour and half. Efficiency is key. This will be my place to go back for follow ups. It was so easy to book an appt the day of. The place was very clean and executed covid rules which was good, since people are little hesitant to go. My mom has been a loyal customer to this place right when they opened up. Yes I'm going to be that person to vent, but do not do not make an appointment as it has been proven to be worthless. My mom made an appointment three days prior for noon as we were both working and wanted to go during our lunch break. We get there and they honestly don't care. Extremely disappointed. I came here after having a terrible polish job at another nail salon. This place had 4.5 stars so I assumed I'd finally get a good polish job! The ladies were extremely nice, and they did a decent job with my daughter's nails and feet, but mine was - very disappointing. Many nails aren't fully painted to the edges, part of the nails were left unpolished. The edges are uneven. The cuticles aren't trimmed and soft like they should be (I had a manicure as well, not just polish). There's paint on my skin and cuticles. See the pictures. After one bad experience at a salon, I'm close to crying after spending more money just to have another sub-par manicure. read more

I went here before with my mom and we received horrible, rude service. I went back today because, per reviews and customer photos, it seemed like this was the only nail shop around that can do designs. I asked before we started if my nail tech could do the design and showed her the picture and she insisted she could. I told her if she couldn't I had a backup color I was fine with. However, she told me she could do my design. She absolutely couldn't and I didn't want to waste any more of either of our time (she tried about 5 times). I was left stuck with a very unflattering base color and was charged for probably the worst manicure of my life. Still tipped her for effort but...this place just isn't it. Recommend maybe quadruple checking they can do your design before even sitting down. read more

This salon is in the same shopping strip as my ob/gyn Dr. Chu. I desperately needed to get my eyebrows cleaned up and I decided to give them a try.. my brows are thin to begin with but the growth was over a month so there was plenty hair to be waxed with a nice shape.. There were 2 Vietnamese ladies eating their breakfast when I walked in. I'm Viet so the fish sauce smell is very familiar to me, I just feel certain foods should not be eaten in places of business especially in the beauty industry.. they asked what I needed I said eyebrows waxed. The one who serviced me went to wash her hands.. the other one said in Vietnamese this pregnant lady needs to be careful we don't need her to trip (kind of in a rude manner if you ask me) then she said it in English to me directly.. little do most Viet nail places think I am Vietnamese but I speak it pretty fluently as well.. I told her in Vietnamese thank you for the warning & I will be careful.. she felt kind of awkward from what I can sense since she then became chummy with me asking me how far along I was and what the gender the baby was etc.. my eyebrows came out very thin and they didn't have a nice shape whatsoever.. thankfully I am good with my Anatasia brow wiz to fill my brows in for the next few weeks for them to grow back out for my normal lady to do them.. I will never be back here for any services.. $10 bucks was what it cost for her to give me super thin no shaped brows.. I didn't complain and I said thank you , paid and walked out.. read more

Fantastic place now that it is under NEW MANAGEMENT. Victoria (owner) is wonderful. My favorite part is how long my pedicures and shellac or powder dip color lasts. I am VERY rough with my hands, but I never need repairs. Great facial waxing (eyebrows/ lips). Nicole is the esthetician who runs her business inside of the Reserve Salon & Spa, which is what you will find when you pull up the address in google maps. This business is within the Towne Lake Shopping center square and Cypress Wax Spa is located on the second floor in Room # 4. There is a very friendly receptionist when you enter from the 2nd floor, and numbers are posted outside of the Rooms/Suites. I was 10 minutes late because it was a bit unclear where the actual spa was located , but it was not a stressful experience because everyone was so friendly and helpful. Anyway, the entire experience was better than I actually anticipated. Nicole's station is immaculate, organized, and clean, and she is clearly well educated in her field, utilizing first class products. It was the most painless experience I've ever had, and she employs a plethora of organic and natural oils throughout the entire process. For my wax she did a quick refresh over my bikini area using jasmine cleansers and lavender oils, and then she communicated ingredients in what she was using when as she applied the product. She used both soft and hard wax, and walked me through her process every step of the way. What I really appreciated was her telling me when I would expect a more intense sensation during the waxing and when to breathe out since it had been a while due to being traumatized a few months back. Thank you all for NOT taking advantage of us hard working ladies I had even forgot my Oakley sunglasses, went craZy looking for them and finally gave up. Went back 3 weeks later, and Tran had kept them for me. I was really happy and it was a nice surprise. I will continue to visit this salon. --- AND for keeping the place cool. For the design they wanted to charge me $20, French tips $30 (on their website it says $15), $10 for length, and $5 for coffin shape (do my nails look coffin?). Anyways they quoted me over $90 for a medium full set and I ended up telling them just don't do the designs since they already started. I was still charged for the nail shape even though my nails are not coffin.
