If the location isn't open then ppl shouldn't be able to call beforehand to reserve beds. The location isn't technically open. Reserving a bed turns into a radio call in competition. Other locations like cypress have an online option which is WAY more fair to all the paying clients.

I'm not sure if it is new ownership, better employees or just a timing thing but my experience for the month was nothing less than stellar. So glad I gave it another chance.
