I hope they get hot yoga, soon! I love their proprietary spray tan formula and the products that go with it. I'm so happy they have the spa services included in an affordable monthly package because doing a hydration stream with aloe before I spray makes a HUGE difference in my skin. One thing I don't like is the hydrafacial promos everywhere. Hydrafacial uses unethical human EGF sources and tests on animals. This place would be better without hydrafacial and the salt room thing- they could put cryo, body wrap, or hot yoga in those barely used rooms.

Also, I have never been before and the place is hidden behind the buildings. I called after searching for the sign, and I was told I couldn't be seen or only have "layer" and the lady was very rude about it. I asked if I could wait until after the next appointment and she continued to say we do appointments in 15 minute intervals and there's 3 , also I would be charged a $25 rescheduling fee. Extremely disappointed , as I am excited to have my first time away from my kid to an event . Horrible service. I get we all need to make money, but empathy and understanding would go a long way. I was still charged for the spray tan, saying that's the policy. She doesn't care about people unfortunately.

I've been to many tanning facilities that are far more upscale than this one and have never encountered this. I'm not a teenager. I've owned my own bed and have never heard such. She said that products purchased off site could be counterfeit and likely have had alcohol added to the bottle to increase the column. I order my lotions directly from the manufacturer. Furthermore, can you imagine rubbing down with a heavily alcohol laden product and getting into a level 4 tanning bed. Does not sound like fun to me. This, in my opinion is a way to make additional money. I do not recommend this place.
