Everytime I am told a manager will call me and not once has that happened. I live in Montgomery so I sometimes visit Markwt Street and sometimes Magnolia. Three weeks ago I went in thy sold me a package they sold me on and told me I was next. I waited 45 minutes to ask when and they said sorry we forgot about you. I had to wait more. The next time I went in they sold me 3 tans then told me the prices went up and it's cheaper to pay for a Month. I was assured a manager would call to fix it the next day. No one called . After I called them they added a free spray tan. I go to Market street they mixed me and another lady up. I have an event so wanted the 4 hour spray. They put me in 7 hours at 4:00 so couldn't shower until 11. They told me I could come back. So I call Magnolia ask to freeze my account due to issues. they tell me a manager will reach out to me and of course they didn't. Magnolia tells me I can come there after explaining everything. I show up at Magnolia for my 4 hour spray and guess what they don't even have one. The girl says Market street isn't connected they don't know what we have. I then explained it was Magnolia I spoke to the day before. So more waisted gas and time because I leave at 5:00 and can't wait 7 hours to shower. It's been just terrible customer service like they would rather eat, talk, or read a book than help you.

I walked into this location at 5:51 pm, knowing they closed at 6 pm. I had already applied my tanning lotion at home, was wearing a dress to make undressing and redressing quick, and was only planning on tanning for 8 minutes. I was immediately told, without being asked how long I wanted to tan for, that I could only do "about 5 minutes because we close at 6." I tanned and walked out of the door at 5:59 pm. I have never been told this or felt rushed at any of the other nearby locations. I will not be returning to this location.
