I called after searching for the sign, and I was told I couldn't be seen or only have "layer" and the lady was very rude about it. I asked if I could wait until after the next appointment and she continued to say we do appointments in 15 minute intervals and there's 3 , also I would be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
