The tan actually lasted longer than other spray tans I've had in the past (well over a week!!!!) and it was a very natural looking color! I followed the instructions she sends, dried a lot afterwards, and used a gentle soap for "necessary areas" (with hands only ) when I showered the next day. I also used a lot of lotion each day to keep the skin hydrated. Thank you so much!!! You'll be my go-to person from here forward!!!

I knew I wanted to do something to make me more tan for my wedding but it was really at the bottom of my priority list. Michele was available for a last minute house visit and my husband and I used her services. She was so fun, sweet, and really made us comfortable for our first experience getting a spray tan. Fast forward to July, we reached out to her again because we were going on a vacation and we were interested in getting another spray tan. Yet again, we reached out to her *last minute* and she was available and ready to go for us! She is truly such a professional & friendly woman and we are so happy to support her and use her services again!!

I was TOTALLY taken aback by the amount of time, energy, and thought they put into making the experience one to remember!!!!! They surprised us with champagne, bachelorette sunglasses, a pink boa for the bride, and loads of fun picture props!! While Sadie was doing the spray tans, Ebony was in the room with us making us laugh and taking pictures of us having a blast. They reserved the entire salon for us and made us feel SO special!!! The facility was clean and beautifully decorated. All of the staff members were very professional and made those of us who had never had a spray tan before feel comfortable. Sadie did a fantastic job on our tans and made us all look beautiful for the big day. It has been one week and my tan is still perfectly intact with no streaking, skin irritation, or blotchiness. I highly recommend using Radiant Skin and Health for your next spray tan! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

The Hardy Toll road was so bad, I almost pulled over since I felt continuing to drive was not safe all the while thinking that I booked an appointment that I need to honor no matter what. It's too late for the spa to book another client in my time slot, so I will do my best to show up.! Surprisingly, I arrived 8 minutes early only to see the front staff employees trying to cool off with brochures. My response was please tell me you have air conditioning?!? I instantly felt uncomfortable and sweaty. I then told them I drove through a bad storm to make my appointment time but if there was no air, why was I not called so that I had the choice to reschedule? Absolutely no response to my question. You can only imagine how irritated I was to be hauled off for the sales pitch on membership pricing and pictures that took forever. Who in their right mind would jump on the chance to sign up for monthly autopay membership after such an unwelcoming, unprofessional experience?!? I did say that they should call clients who have not arrived yet so they can have the opportunity to reschedule. So after listening to them call clients to confirm their appointment, not once did they mention that they were experiencing issues with their central air unit. Needless to say, my facial expression said it all when my session concluded and they asked if I would like to book my next appointment. Honestly, I would not recommend this place. I myself will continue the search for service that matches the price I'm expected to pay.

This is hands down the worst experience I've had with any salon. Their lack of communication and professionalism is shocking. Don't waste your time or money here! I had did a 3 trial treatment somewhere else and of course I saw results but I didn't get it all and hair was still growing. I have HARDLY any hair growing, I mean I have gone months without shaving. I've added my upper lip and it took a while for me to see results (I'm on my 6th one now) and I'm starting to see some results, not as good as I would like but I'm seeing results. I've always had REALLY coarse dark hair so I've noticed how much it's gotten lighter and how it isn't growing as much or has stopped growing. I'm really astonished at all the bad yelps I've seen. I've always had an amazing experience there and they have ALWAYS worked with me on my appointments (single mom of three isn't easy with appointments). They even let me kids wait in the waiting room while I do my treatments quickly. A+ from me and I am hoping to purchase their Brazilian treatment package and lower legs. Now I've never heard anything about spot treatments offered.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I cannot recommend this business…read more I observed practices that left me deeply concerned about client safety, sanitation, and professionalism. In my experience, infection control and cleanliness did not appear to be taken seriously. I observed treatment beds not being changed between clients, HydraFacial and DiamondGlow tips being reused rather than replaced after each client, and the office itself appeared unclean. I also had serious concerns about whether everyone performing aesthetic treatments had the appropriate licensing or qualifications. Another thing potential clients should be aware of is that many of the recent positive reviews appear to have been posted by employees, which gives what I believe is a misleading impression of the business. Please do your own research before booking. Ask who will be performing your treatment, verify their credentials if that's important to you, and don't let heavily discounted specials be the only reason you choose this place. Your skin, your health, and your safety are worth far more than saving a few dollars.

The appointment was easy to make - I went to their website and booked two time slots for each of the Groupons I purchased. I received a text within an hour or two of making the online reservation, asking for my Groupon voucher. That's all it took! The facial actually began with a foot soak, a pleasant and unexpected surprise. They gave us half robes and a headband for our hair, which was way more comfortable than the usual disposable headbands. The tables were heated and they had soft, relaxing music playing in the background. Katie explained each of the steps to me and after doing a preliminary examination of my skin told me what she wanted to focus on (for me, it was dry skin, and for my mom, Donna recommended a chemical peel). They were both fantastic with post facial skincare. It was such a relaxing facial! Katie also gave me hand and scalp massages, and the facial finished with a warm towel on my back.
