Instead of resolving things smoothly, I was met with a staff member who was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a condescending way. What's frustrating is this isn't consistent--her attitude is completely hit or miss depending on the day, which makes the experience unpredictable and uncomfortable. The situation escalated unnecessarily when it could have been handled calmly and professionally from the start. If you come here, double-check your billing and be prepared for inconsistent service. Management needs to step in and fix this.

Being from Seattle, we don't typically get "custom spray tans." We just go to salons and use automated machines, such as the VersaSpa or MysticTan, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Jessica came with all of her equipment and set up everything right in my living room within a matter of minutes. I was worried about being self-conscious, but she made me feel completely comfortable! As a first-timer, I obviously had lots of questions and she was more than happy to answer them for me. All of the colors that she uses are custom-mixed to suit your desired shade, so you aren't limited to anything. She also uses vegan products that don't have that strong smell afterwards, which I have always hated but just learned to tolerate as a part of the process. However, the odor is no longer an issue, since her products are 100% organic! I never actually realized how bad the chemicals were for you until I read up on it. Do your research, people! Considering the pricing here is on the higher end, I was very disappointed. Also, the tan was VERY dark. Other places I've been ask what level you want- more natural looking or darker. She didn't ask me so I assume she just does one level. I wish I would have known how dark it would be because I would have gone elsewhere if I had known.
