Instead of resolving things smoothly, I was met with a staff member who was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a condescending way. What's frustrating is this isn't consistent--her attitude is completely hit or miss depending on the day, which makes the experience unpredictable and uncomfortable. The situation escalated unnecessarily when it could have been handled calmly and professionally from the start. If you come here, double-check your billing and be prepared for inconsistent service. Management needs to step in and fix this.

By the end of Wednesday, I started getting itchy and broke out in rashes. The big one is on my ribs and the smaller one is on my back. Truly a terrible experience because I'm still orange (it's Sunday), splotchy, and I want to peel my skin off. It's not their fault that I had a reaction, but the lack of support during this ordeal (especially considering I'm the bride and have huge hives on my body during my wedding) is why I give it a 1 star. I've had to purchase tan remover and go to urgent care for steroids. Unfortunately I will be walking down the aisle with this rash/ hives all over my body.

Also, I ended up with blotchy and uneven palms, knuckles, and toes, but that was just a result of user error. I should have used much more barrier cream than I thought I needed. Even taking all necessary steps to make the tan last, like great prep (exfoliation, etc.), and moisturizing religiously after getting sprayed, it still only lasted me about four days before it started to fade and look uneven. I think that for $35, it is a good enough deal. If I spray tanned more often, I would probably get the membership, so my tan would always look fresh. The facilities were clean, and the front desk employees were very friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend them!

I waited the suggested amount of time and showered, etc. (this is not my first rodeo) My end result, an orange tan. I later found out this location does not use the Glo Sun Spa proprietary formula and tries to save money using a cheaper formula. I really wish I was notified of this sooner so I would not cringe every time I see myself in photos of a dear friends wedding. At the minimum, customers should expect the same quality across the board at all locations. Highly disappointed.
