Perla was my esthetician, and she was absolutely incredible--knowledgeable, gentle, and so thorough in explaining every step of the process. The treatment itself was comfortable (with numbing of course) , and the results are definitely noticeable. My skin looks smoother, brighter, and more even, and it has that healthy glow I've been trying to achieve for a while. The epidermal leveling add-on made a huge difference in how well my skin absorbed products afterward. This service is truly worth it, especially in Perla's hands. You can tell she genuinely cares about results and your overall experience. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this to anyone looking to invest in their skin.

Immediately the next day (Wednesday) I called to cancel my follow up appointment because I looked orange and was splotchy... mind you I asked for light-medium because I wanted to look sun-kissed. There was no customer service support from the team. The only response was send us a picture and we will use it for training. Ok fine. I never heard from them again. By the end of Wednesday, I started getting itchy and broke out in rashes. The big one is on my ribs and the smaller one is on my back. Truly a terrible experience because I'm still orange (it's Sunday), splotchy, and I want to peel my skin off. It's not their fault that I had a reaction, but the lack of support during this ordeal (especially considering I'm the bride and have huge hives on my body during my wedding) is why I give it a 1 star. I've had to purchase tan remover and go to urgent care for steroids. Unfortunately I will be walking down the aisle with this rash/ hives all over my body.

Best spray tanning experience, ever! No exaggeration…read more I am fairly new to Houston and was looking for a good spray tanning spot. Luckily, I got referred to Jessica by someone from the hair salon I was at. It was super last minute and I knew it was a reach, because I was leaving on vacation the next morning, but she was able to make it work and actually come to me! Being from Seattle, we don't typically get "custom spray tans." We just go to salons and use automated machines, such as the VersaSpa or MysticTan, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Jessica came with all of her equipment and set up everything right in my living room within a matter of minutes. I was worried about being self-conscious, but she made me feel completely comfortable! As a first-timer, I obviously had lots of questions and she was more than happy to answer them for me. All of the colors that she uses are custom-mixed to suit your desired shade, so you aren't limited to anything. She also uses vegan products that don't have that strong smell afterwards, which I have always hated but just learned to tolerate as a part of the process. However, the odor is no longer an issue, since her products are 100% organic! I never actually realized how bad the chemicals were for you until I read up on it. Do your research, people! My tan turned out flawlessly. She is super detail-oriented and even gets down to the cuticles on your nails. I got tons of compliments from my friends on how natural my tan looked! During my first session with her, she said that she was going to change my life and she did EXACTLY that! I can't imagine getting my tans done by anyone else or other way now.

The first time I visited, instead of trying to sell me a lot of expensive products, she gave me SEVERAL samples to take home and try for myself. Of course, the samples were great, so I came back to buy full-size products to continue maintaining healthy skin at home. I've had a few skin concerns as I've entered my 30s and two different dermatologists I have visited have tried to sell me high dollar products or laughed and reminded me that my skin could be much worse and mine isn't that bad. Yes, I'm sure it could be - but I don't want it to get to that place! I've addressed these same concerns with Andrea and she has actually provided me useful information on products and care to help with my concerns.
