There was no customer service support from the team. The only response was send us a picture and we will use it for training. Ok fine. I never heard from them again. By the end of Wednesday, I started getting itchy and broke out in rashes. The big one is on my ribs and the smaller one is on my back. Truly a terrible experience because I'm still orange (it's Sunday), splotchy, and I want to peel my skin off. It's not their fault that I had a reaction, but the lack of support during this ordeal (especially considering I'm the bride and have huge hives on my body during my wedding) is why I give it a 1 star. Being from Seattle, we don't typically get "custom spray tans." We just go to salons and use automated machines, such as the VersaSpa or MysticTan, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Jessica came with all of her equipment and set up everything right in my living room within a matter of minutes. I was worried about being self-conscious, but she made me feel completely comfortable! As a first-timer, I obviously had lots of questions and she was more than happy to answer them for me. All of the colors that she uses are custom-mixed to suit your desired shade, so you aren't limited to anything. She also uses vegan products that don't have that strong smell afterwards, which I have always hated but just learned to tolerate as a part of the process. However, the odor is no longer an issue, since her products are 100% organic! I never actually realized how bad the chemicals were for you until I read up on it. Do your research, people! My tan turned out flawlessly. She is super detail-oriented and even gets down to the cuticles on your nails. I got tons of compliments from my friends on how natural my tan looked! Unfortunately, my experience today, August 9, 2026, with the front desk associate, whom I believe is named Kim, was extremely disappointing. This is not my first interaction with her, and I have consistently found her demeanor, communication style, and overall approach to customer service to be noticeably less welcoming and professional than the other team members I have encountered at this location. During today's visit, I inquired about the five-day touch-up policy. I was told that I could not receive a touch-up and that doing so would be considered an "abuse" of the policy. I found both the statement and the manner in which it was delivered inappropriate and unnecessarily accusatory. If a five-day touch-up is an established company policy, a customer attempting to utilize that policy should not be characterized as abusing it. If there are limitations or additional conditions associated with the policy, those should be communicated clearly and respectfully. Having worked in customer service for more than 15 years, I understand that policies sometimes require explanation or clarification. However, how that information is communicated matters tremendously. Customers should feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable asking questions not as though they are doing something wrong for inquiring about a service or policy available to them. I want to emphasize that this feedback is not a reflection of the entire location. Yemi and Abigail have both provided exceptional service, and their professionalism is a large part of why I have continued returning. However, today's interaction was disappointing enough that I am now considering taking my business elsewhere. I am sharing this feedback because I believe management should be aware of the experience being created at the front desk. For a business centered around personal care and repeat clientele, professionalism, courtesy, and respectful communication should be consistent from the moment a client walks through the door.

I was hesitant about going because it had been so long since I had a spray tan and I didn't want to look orange or abnormal during my friend's special day. When arriving, I completely missed my turn, GloGirl is kind of hard to get to. It's in between a gas station and a brand new strip center but the directions I received definitely did help. Stacey was so helpful. Very professional and friendly. I went with one friend and the bride in the bridal party. When it was my turn for my tan, she gave me her recommendations and walked me through each pose. It was like my first spray tan all over again but this time it was the best experience I ever had!
