I scheduled a bridal trial on Tuesday. I followed all the rules about skin prep and post spray care. Immediately the next day (Wednesday) I called to cancel my follow up appointment because I looked orange and was splotchy... mind you I asked for light-medium because I wanted to look sun-kissed. There was no customer service support from the team. The only response was send us a picture and we will use it for training. Ok fine. I never heard from them again. By the end of Wednesday, I started getting itchy and broke out in rashes. The big one is on my ribs and the smaller one is on my back. Truly a terrible experience because I'm still orange (it's Sunday), splotchy, and I want to peel my skin off. It's not their fault that I had a reaction, but the lack of support during this ordeal (especially considering I'm the bride and have huge hives on my body during my wedding) is why I give it a 1 star. I've had to purchase tan remover and go to urgent care for steroids. Unfortunately I will be walking down the aisle with this rash/ hives all over my body. read more

They have a completely covered entryway from the parking garage so you don't have to worry if the rain will ruin your tan. The inside is amazing and they have great merchandise and products. Tanning gone wrong! , I'm flying out today and was hoping to dress into comfy clothes but my body is so spotty with tan lines and I have to wear pants and a long sleeve and hope this goes away soon. I have really uneven lines specially my legs, I tried baking soda and exfoliating my legs, nothing is helping.. they just look worse and now my skin is burning. This is so embarrassing, I was so excited for my trip and now I'm embossed to wear a bathing suit. Had my first ever spray tan here! As someone who had no idea what to expect the woman at the front (I don't remember her name) and my tanner, Kelsey, were very sweet and welcoming. Also when I initially booked my appointment online they sent lots of emails with information like prep before the appointment and also instructions on how to park in montrose collective with pictures (much appreciated). Since it was my first one ever I went with a medium color just to be safe. As someone who is not a skinny mini and a bit on the thicker side I felt very comfortable with Kelsey. I did the rapid and the spray tan was pretty quick probably 15-20 minutes max. After I was done They both explained the process to me and tips to help keep my tan. They also validated my parking for the garage. After my first initial rinse I came out with a really nice natural color! Which lasted maybe 3 days and then I started to notice it fade more as I showered. I feel like the tan in total wore off maybe after 4-5 days. I felt at least on my skin that it was evenly distributed and I had no issues with splotches or anything. I would go back and definitely go darker next time lol read more

I'm so dissatisfied... they try to gas light you and say oh well just wait 48 hours you'll see the tan "develop" ... I literally have no tan left and I've only used water . Then they say they will call and follow up and I haven't received a call at all. I literally told them I was looking to cover blemishes on my face and couple scars and I can literally see every mark I wanted to cover and back pale. 75$ down the drain and Don't even have a tan line. Superior spray tanning experience! Beautiful facility with a strong emphasis on customer care. Getting a spray tan is so awkward, but Celena talked to me the entire time, made great conversation, and provided clear instructions. Two things to note: the studio is in a chic new development with lots of restaurants and shops, so walking around without a bra/makeup is kind of cringe, but I would do it all over again for this experience. Also, their solution is a little more intense than other studios I've been to, I really needed two rinses to see my final look. The color is seamless and beautiful! The Sunless Chateau is the BEST spray tan experience. I've had my tan done by a few of the ladies who work here, and each time it is consistent. They do a great job and will make you feel very comfortable! I have very fair skin and often get worried about going too dark or not dark enough, and I come out looking perfect every time. One time in the summer I got a tan and, unfortunately, sweated a bit on the way home and appeared to have some unevenness in the chest area.
