Nice, quiet little place that I'm assuming not many people know about which makes it better for the clients because it's not over run with people and stylists trying to hurry up and complete your service! He was so easy going, and very kind, and most importantly took his time!! My hair looked alive for once! He did wonderful! Love love loved it! He's definitely a jewel to that place! I believe my stylists name was Jose? I feel bad if that's not his name. But that's the name the next client used when she came in. He was very thorough about explaining all the products he was using to shampoo and condition my hair and all the products he used while styling my hair. He was easy to talk to and he enjoyed what he was doing. I gave 4 stars because my hair seemed to fall flat by the end of the night. My hair is poker straight and this is always a problem with my hair. Most places in the area charge more than $30 for a blow dry and style so this is worth the try. Finding a person to trust your face to is a challenge. I am delighted to have met Samantha at Blissful indulgence Spa. The time I went was last Friday after being in desperate need of a facial. a congested and tired face, I just stepped of a plane just a few hours before and went to test my luck at this spot I have seen before. I was greeted by Samantha and was presented a questionnaire to fill out as a new client. Once completed, I was taken back to the dark tranquil treatment rooms to proceed with changing as soothing music floods the room to help melt away the stress of the week as soon as you lie down. Samantha decided to do a personalized analysis along with microdermabrasion. She explained the process at the stages when asked however didn't push to have a conversation. I love this part as I was ready to take a nap. She worked on my face and décolleté, and also massaged my arms as my mask was setting.The products are all natural and smell amazing. Once complete she provided me with a detail of the products used, why, and the benefits. We proceeded to plan the next visits. (If it's not on my calendar, it won't happen!) We set up a second visit for the next Friday since I was in need of a therapeutic followup facial (again after just stepping off a plane...being a road warrior is brutal on your skin!) and was just as happy with the second facial experience that was moisturizing based without microdermabrasion. Owner, Lavi. has named her establishment "Blissful Indulgence" and rightly so! This is no, run 'em through kind of place but rather, a positive & relaxing environment, I felt very comfortable in. This day I had the cleansing facial, taking probably more than an hr. long. Your not just sitted in a reclining chair but rather a heated table that was very comfortable, after changing into the terry robe. I was most impressed with Lavi ' s soothing massage techniques in applying the different ingredients, alternating with warm steam. Blissful indulgence indeed, sigh. Along with the cleansing, neck and arms were massaged. Complete joy. If your like me, facials are filed under "luxury items", but it's such a wonderful experience, whatever the cost is, you'll be mumbling... "Worth.every.penny." BTW...She's no longer in the front. I experienced a wonderful facial here today! Leyvi was a lovely woman and had a serene and calming vibe to her. She helped me with some problems with my skin (namely a breakout and sun damage) and was a wonderful resource! She kept me informed throughout the facial so I felt comfortable and handled the extractions expertly. I was open to buying several products from her although she only recommended one for me today as she said she didn't want to confuse and overwhelm my skin with a huge change in routine. I appreciated that she didn't try to up-sell me a bunch of product that ultimately wouldn't have been right for my skin at this time. I completely trust her with my face and look forward to my next facial with her. She is professional and lovely! The cost was $89 for a custom facial plus the $39 for an organic Eminence product which I'm very excited to try out.
