They will work with you and find you a treatment plan according to your budget. You can also purchase their products which I highly recommend as I no longer use store bought products. They provide an old school personalized service. The facials are relaxing and the environment is as well. I love when I get to the point during the facial of the lavender aromatherapy. Highly recommend them!

The experience was actually a gift from my mother-in-law (clearly she loves me and my pores) , Chara was super knowledgeable that I felt like I just obtained a master's degree in estheticianology (if that's even a thing!) She walked me through every step of the process, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The service (I forgot what it's called, it's their signature cleansing facial, I think?) left my skin feeling refreshed and smooth. The tech (I forgot her name) said my skin was already in good shape, which was a surprise considering I don't use anything on it. She was hella knowledgeable too and had awesome customer service. They did recommend some products, which I didn't end up using, but I appreciated the info. This was a dope experience. I'll definitely be back every so often to keep the skin cleansed! Tap in!

She has been AMAZING ! she was very knowledgeable in what was happening under my skin and was able to clear all my ingrowns. She has been a blessing for sure! Would never go back to waxing again! It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I was in & out in less than 20mins. Highly recommend, especially for avid waxers. ENTER FREELY, they've been Approved:)

I've honestly learned a lot about my skin from the results of her technique and recommendations. I've had noticeable improvements on my skin from her facials. I have a history of eczema. Used to get dry patches of skin above my eyelids from when I was younger, and it left scaring that made my skin appear like it was dehydrated or 'aging' because the skin is thin. It's practically gone now. It would also crease my eye makeup. I've also dealt with acne around my cheeks for about two years, so there was some scarring. After getting microdermabrasion after a few sessions, they've been reduced significantly. Adora is also very nice and professional. I've enjoyed my experience at Hi Skin because of their service. I would say the only downside to my experience was that I had to attend one more session (to fulfill three total sessions) before quitting my membership due to moving states. I think it's important to do research or read anything before making a commitment. It is a pricy and upscale experience, so be sure to be knowledgeable about what you are getting into. I still use the skincare line recommended by Dana, because the product itself has delivered désirable results. The facials are in the same room as other clients, so it's not exactly a private service, however, each client has their own esthetician.

The customer service here gets this place 5 stars. The facial itself? 2 stars. Here is why (for…read moreboth) I have been getting facials regularly for about 20 years. There was a time in there where I got a facial every month, so I know what I like and what I think is best for my skin. And I'd like to think I know what makes for a great facial. The baseline facial here is 45 minutes (not even 50 or 60 minutes). I was not told this when I called to reserve. Additionally, I got the extraction add on and was told it was 30 minutes. It is only 20 minutes. I immediately told the manager this and she was apologetic. So that's how my appointment started. Okay, onto the facial. The young lady walks me to the room, asked me about my skin and steps out to get the products. Immediately I think "you haven't even looked at my skin. How do you know what products you'll need?" Also (and this is a small thing, but details matter). I believe all of her fingernails had chipped or fading polish. My preference is that, if I am having my face worked on, the aesthetician's nails should be clean, nails cut short, and tidy. (That's just what I am used to) Anyway, I hop on the bed (super wide and comfortable bed). She returns and starts with cleansing, followed by exfoliating, followed by toner. I would say about 30 minutes in is the first time she gets the magnifier/lamp out to look at my skin. She starts extractions (I know my skin and I have congested pores all over), but after about 5 minutes on my nose, I can't really say she did much more extracting. A couple here and there, but my chin, for example, is packed with stuff that needs to be extracted and all she extracted were like 1 or 2? I wear MAC make up, and though not wearing make up most days these days, for those of you who know, MAC camps out in your pores. She just kept tapping and rubbing her fingertips on my skin, and not extracting. On the cleansing, etc, she kept missing my upper lip? ‍. Not sure why. After extractions, she applied like 3 additional things. One was a peptide something or other, finished by a moisturizer with SPF and an eye serum. Steam towels in between to wipe stuff off and that's it. No steam and no high frequency were used in this facial. The store is pretty cavernous so I kept hearing people outside in the front desk area talking, and the music was not instrumental like you would find at most spas. It had words, and I think at one point, I heard lyrics that might have included bad words? ‍‍ Anyway, if you're looking for a place where someone is just gonna cleanse your skin and rub on it for a bit, this is fine (think of this as a "big box" style facial). If you're like me and want a more focused and customized facial, this place doesn't appear to be it. So...why the 5 stars? Because when I came out, and after I paid for the facial, the manager asked me for feedback and seemed GENUINELY interested in what I had to say. I didn't even tell her everything I have written here. She OFFERED ON HER OWN to refund the facial. That is INCREDIBLE customer service. I actually had to ask her to make sure the young lady's tip was not refunded. So I was blown away by that. I won't be coming back here, but I have to commend customer service where it goes above and beyond.

I was a Skoah founding member going back to when the spa/salon first opened in 2019. When I signed…read moreup it was my first time joining a membership based spa/salon for anything and I am aware that quite a few of them have existed and come and gone over the years. In the beginning I had a top-notch experience. Member treats, including more lip balm than I ever needed, and many product samples, a few of which I have yet to use. Today, the member treats seem to be a thing of the past and the prices (for new members) have gone up significantly. The experience was still very good, just not quite up to the top-notch label anymore. Despite this, if you are looking for a membership based spa/salon for facials, Skoah is still one of the better deals out there. The non-member prices are higher but still somewhat competitive. The products are good quality, though to me they do seem a bit high-priced compared to others I have found that seem to work just as well. I will concede I may be a bit more budget-sensitive than the type of customer Skoah is really aiming for. The two main reasons I cancelled my membership are because I felt I was ready for a change regarding my skin care routine and the membership model didn't work for me anymore at this point in time. Those are reasons specific to me personally and probably will not apply to most people reading this.

My aesthetician told the front desk but they never came over so I had to ask her if she could hang up her call because it was ruining my experience. She then proceeded to take it off speakerphone but I could still hear the whole conversation. There were only three or four total people in the place, so there was no reason for me to be seated right next to her. The front desk staff treated me like I was the crazy person when I asked to be moved to a chair farther away from her. The facial itself was fine. I know businesses can't prevent rude customers from being their customers, but they also can do something to prevent the rude customers from ruining the experience for others, and this place did not do that. I won't be back.
