The day before my appointment, I received a call saying their system had made a mistake and should not have allowed me to book the lymphatic drainage special at 50% off. It was only about a $20-$25 difference, so honestly, as a new customer, I would have expected them to honor the price their own system allowed me to book. There was really no flexibility or effort to make it right. I still came in for the massage, and the massage itself was fine. However, since the lymphatic add-on was removed, I would have had to wait about 30 minutes to use the salt room. I decided not to sit around and wait, so I just left after my massage. Overall, my issue was less with the massage and more with the customer service. Would I return? No. Would I recommend it? Probably not. Most spas at this price point are beautiful, but what really makes a spa experience special is the customer service, the guest experience, and the business thinking behind it. In this case, it felt like they chose saving $20 over creating a positive first impression with a new customer.

I wouldn't pass on the facials, they are beyond refreshing and I always leave with a wonderful glow. My facial scar revisions are wonderfully blurred away with Dr Sophie's treatments. It's quite amazing actually how each treatment has helped my facial scar tissue significantly. I've also had traptox and underarm Botox done, both of which made a noticeable difference in my upper body comfort and confidence. It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures.
