Koya took wonderful care of us and offered amazing recommendations based on our interests and her professional knowledge! She was very informative of what the process would be like, exactly what she was doing, and made us very comfortable and excited to see the results! She made sure we knew exactly what to do post procedure for the best results, healing and what to expect. Hello Y'all! I had a Botox Consult with TAKOYA right before Christmas at their little Christmas party gathering and she was really helpful in letting me know exactly what I would need. I had a very deep line in between my brows, many lines on my forehead and crows feet badly. I scheduled my appointment with her the day after Christmas and was a little nervous. She made me feel very comfortable and I was at ease with her doing my procedure. The results took a few days in which she shared with me, but WOW, why have I waited so long?? Having had Botox and fillers prior to my visit with It's A Secret Med Spa, this was a very good experience. I was able to get an appointment for the day following my phone call. My past appointments have been with the #1 plastic surgeon in Houston (#3 in the country). I found this medical spa in complete order with exceptional services and standards. The offered and promised advertised specials/promotional were issue and guaranteed. It was too good to not accept. Yes, like most medical offices you may have a delay for your set appointment time: I, myself, am a healthcare provider and IT happens...all day. That's just how it is. The RN, Sabrina (beautiful lady) performed my procedures and she did an awesome job! I will definitely be back for future treatments. There is simply no reason to pay the outrageous fees for the #1 surgeon. Personally, I think Sabrina did a better job. read more

very unethical business practices, their membership is deceitful. My wife and I went in there a few months back they said sign up for our membership. It's a better way and it's month to month. well now we're leaving out of the country for four months and I got a new job, so I'm moving when I called them to cancel and take advantage of their month to month as promised, they referred me to corporate or corporate informed me I was stuck for 12 months so I called the location that promised month to month spoke to the manager and her answer was 00 I'm sorry we didn't mean to word it. That way I could see how you thought it was month-to-month my bad you're still stuck. . Laughable customer service. Never have a heard such a thing. I'm pretty sure it's illegal and I've already reported them to the medical board. I'm currently looking for more state agencies to report them to read more

My experience at this Med Spa was great thanks to De'Asya and Chelsey. My hydra facial was done by Chelsey. She was very thorough and explained every step of the process. She definitely knows skin and how to make the necessary adjustments based on the client's skin condition. My skin was super glowy afterwards. I received Dysport injections from De'Asya. I will never go anywhere after coming here. The place is adorable. When I first came in I told De'Asya I wanted my lips, jaw, chin & Botox done. A full glam makeover. She said she wouldn't do my lips unless I first went through the migration process. She didnt want them to look overdone or like duck lips. I alternated the sauna (you can adjust temperature) and cold plunge 10min and 10-20sec. The plunge was VERY cold. The staff member there wasn't sure on the temperature, but I think it's lower than 60F for sure. It's in a bathtub, so I felt excruciating pain to the feet and shin bones whenever I stepped in. I had to keep my torso submerged and legs and arms out of the water to avoid extreme pain. To get out of the tub, I had to set one foot down to exit, and that would result in extreme pain as well. Perhaps I am extra sensitive to cold water. I went through this cycle 4 times. There is a private shower, but it did not have any hot water, so I went home after that. There is parking - a bit inconspicuous if you are coming from the the south and make a u-turn right before the garage.

I was greeted immediately by Sam once I came in the door, he handed me some paper to fill out, and then explained to me the Micro-needling procedure and chemical peel. He was super informative! Since it's my first time doing both, I am very appreciative of the information. Sam is also the NP for the office. When the room was ready, they called me in and started the procedure. I was started off with a cleanse on my face, then a quick microdermabrasion, and numbing cream. She then used a type of red/blue light therapy. After 15 minutes, Sam came in and started the Micro-needling with HA. He explained every step of the procedure. The Micro-needling had a mild tingly feeling, but nothing unbearable. When it got to my nose, it got kinda ticklish. After the Micro-needling session, Sam started the chemical peel. That stung! Good thing he had the fan blowing at my face, haha. I came in at 9:45 and it's now about 11. So the whole procedure wasn't too long but you definitely don't feel rushed at all! After everything was done, I was given a tube of serum to put on my face for the next two days. I will have to wait for my results before I book my next appointment, but I do recommend their business! Make sure to bring cash! They have an extra charge of 5% for credit card transactions.

The experience was absolutely wonderful! Tonya is an awesome esthetician, very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. I wasn't sure what to expect, but she ensured it will be fine, which it was. The only slight discomfort I had was the removal of the white heads from my nose, which is understandable. My nose tends to be a sensitive spot for me. After the whole process my skin was a bit red but looked freaking awesome! SO SMOOTH! I was really amazed by the outcome and look forward to scheduling my second session. Being a content creator, the inability to make videos was challenging. The most frustrating aspect is that I paid a significant amount, only to be told no refunds are offered, but I could receive 25% off other services. This treatment of clients is unacceptable. I have numerous photos showing no change except for the bruising. I strongly advise against choosing this place. Look for a facility that prioritizes proper client care.
