Today was my first time here! I saw their business from Groupon but decided not to purchase from Groupon. Their service is already affordable! Make sure you check their Facebook page for their specials! I was greeted immediately by Sam once I came in the door, he handed me some paper to fill out, and then explained to me the Micro-needling procedure and chemical peel. He was super informative! Since it's my first time doing both, I am very appreciative of the information. Sam is also the NP for the office. When the room was ready, they called me in and started the procedure. I was started off with a cleanse on my face, then a quick microdermabrasion, and numbing cream. She then used a type of red/blue light therapy. After 15 minutes, Sam came in and started the Micro-needling with HA. He explained every step of the procedure. The Micro-needling had a mild tingly feeling, but nothing unbearable. When it got to my nose, it got kinda ticklish. After the Micro-needling session, Sam started the chemical peel. That stung! Good thing he had the fan blowing at my face, haha. I came in at 9:45 and it's now about 11. So the whole procedure wasn't too long but you definitely don't feel rushed at all! After everything was done, I was given a tube of serum to put on my face for the next two days. I will have to wait for my results before I book my next appointment, but I do recommend their business! Make sure to bring cash! He refused to honor what the Groupon said although it was confirmed while making appointment what areas would be treated so I was hoping there wont be any surprises. Stay away! Overall a good experience. I purchased the microdermabrasion with collagen activation through Groupon. When I arrived they offered me two options for add-ons. They weren't pushy about this so that made me more inclined to try one, and I was feeling like pampering myself. The add-on I chose included a facial, oxygen and light therapy, time in the massage chair, and also a vial of the serum that was applied to my face prior to the microderm. During the process itself she explained every step, and it did leave my skin incredibly smooth. Worth every penny of the groupon, however if I go back, I would stick to the basic microdermabrasion without the add ons. They only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was for the facial. It was one of those cut out sheets that lay over your face...this is NOT a facial that I would expect from a spa, this I could've bought at Walmart for $3 read more

I come in for a Lazer hair removal treatment. I really didn't know what to expect but was explained everything throughly. The pain was about an 8 out of 10 but there was no pain after the treatment just during the process. It's worth it. It's nothing like waxing. Sam was absolutely amazing. I have never had a procedure so detailed, explained and thorough. Every single step that was done from removing the needling out of packaging (microneedling) to placing the mask on was explained and done right in front of me, which was really appreciated, especially coming from a medical professional. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed you lay on has built in massagers and amethyst crystals with red light therapy. Seriously? Who even does that!? I've had microneedling done before and l can honestly say that it was nowhere near as comfortable as Sam's was. I made my 2nd appointment before l even left and can't wait. Very good customer services, Claudia is very good at what she does. This is my third time trying laser hair removal treatment and the two previous spa's I went to did not meet my expectation in reducing my hair growth. Even with getting the complete six treatments my hair was still growing, and I wasn't happy. When I went to Claudia she took her time to explain Everything she was doing which made me feel at ease. Since getting treatments here I have noticed a tremendous reduce in hair growth I barely use the razors anymore and I am only on the third laser hair treatment!! She is great! read more

Anyway, my experience with the staff at ACS has been nothing but positive (including Sam and especially Claudia). I'm halfway complete with my laser hair removal treatments and I'm already pleased with the results. Their equipment for laser hair removal is effective. The sessions are quick and to the point. I'm in-and-out in no time. They are great at remind me of upcoming appointments and I've had no issues with rescheduling. I have rescheduled twice. Apart from professional, the staff at here are genuinely friendly. The office is always clean. No complaints at all. Here's my detailed experience from beginning to end. The office wasn't dirty or messy per se, but I definitely didn't look at it and think "wow this place is pretty clean." There was just a lot of stuff around. My microneedling experience was great. The staff was warm and friendly. It was my first time getting microneedling done and they talked me through the procedure the entire time. They took their time with everything. Before beginning, they make sure to open a new pack of needles in front of you To assure you that they don't reuse old needles and always use new ones. The needling isn't painful at all just a little uncomfortable. And if you have new pimples are open wounds or broken skin it'll hurt a little but not much. Here are the small complaints I have. For the last couple steps of the treatment, you have to get up and go to the office next door and lay down there to get your oxygen therapy. And then you have to get up again for the last step and sit in a different chair to get your face mask. It's just a lot of getting up in my opinion. Additionally, there was a small child that was there who I think is the son of one of the staff members. He was kind of interrupting the check in and check out process and it made things a little less professional. Also, the office is quite small and I believe someone started eating their lunch while I was doing my treatment and the whole place started to smell like food. These things aren't enough to ruin any relationships though so I hope this feedback is taken into consideration on improvement. I'll be back for my next treatment! read more
