Mmm.... I shouldn't have to squeeze out my own black heads after a facial or do any extractions after a hydro facial. Gotten a few done before and had been left with pretty clean skin and fresh clean pores. I got to my car and noticed I had a BUNCH of them still on my nose and chin that I had to squeeze out and a few on my forehead and cheeks. Feels like I just got a machine ran over my face and that's about it. No attention to detail on clearing out those pores so that it is a long lasting facial. Also noticed this place doesn't do the blue light on your face compared to other places. This is probably something they don't focus on well. read more

I have been wanting to get laser hair removal for a very long time due to my very thick hair and the fact that is grows back so fast. I have not been able to wear shorts for most of my adult life. I just finished my third treatment and I am so excited about how the process is going. I bought a Groupon about a year ago for one year of treatment. I've been coming to most of the treatments I schedule worth good success. I decided to do underarms, because that is my most irritating area to shave. Even after one treatment I noticed very good results with less coarse hair and less hair in general. I admit that I did slack off on coming to treatments in the later months, but I did come to 6 consecutive treatments and I have little to no hair growth (any that does grow is very thin and very light). The first time I got it done my skin was irritated for the day and I was very aware of that gnarly burnt hair smell, but that's nothing a good shower and balm can't fix. It's the same technician every time- Carrie (very nice). Carrie did mention that clients of Asian descent usually have very good results due to the texture and thickness of hair that we grow (lol. Don't know how else to word that), so your mileage my vary depending on your type of hair, skin color, etc. I recommend this place! read more
