My dad knew of Kim and recommended I try talking with her. Kim listened and asked questions about everything going on in my life and with my body. She then prepared me ahead of time and let me know that some of what she did would involve heavy pressure and I might feel soreness for a couple days afterward. She worked on my whole body and even helped stretch out my hamstrings, hips, chest, etc. I felt sore for about three days after the massage but when I stopped feeling sore, the aches in my back were far less noticeable.
