Came here to get a microdermabrasion and the rooms seem a bit cluttered. I was not all the way comfortable with the way my face was cleansed or how some of the practices for using items were stored, of course my OCD might be talking but I would rather try another location to see if I have a more refreshing experience. Service was decent but I felt like it was rushed through with the constant up and down movement from the service provider that was working on my face. I tried RD Laser Solutions out for the first time, using a Groupon deal for microdermabrasion. Before purchasing, I read other reviews that said the practice had scheduling issues and treatment rooms were cluttered, so I was actually a bit reticent to buy the Groupon. The deal was so good though that I went ahead and took the chance. I am glad that I did! The practice is in an office building so the setting is more clinical than spa like. I arrived maybe 5 minutes early for my appointment, filled out some new client paperwork and I was seen pretty much right on time. I didn't experience any issue with scheduling or anything else and I didn't find the rooms to be cluttered. This place is great for so many reasons. I came for the Vanquish fat melting laser. I researched it at length before I decided to spend the money. There are a couple other places in town with the laser bit they are literally 10x the cost of RD Laser. I thought maybe RD disnt have the same laser but they do! Ive had 4 sessions on my abs, back, and inner thighs and omg the difference. I am a size down in my pants already. Im in my 40s and work out alot and have found I just cant lose the fat in those areas as easily as I used to. The Vanquish laser does not hurt at all and it works. Same issue as two of the other reviewers... I bought a Groupon for 2 visits. The first visit was fine. It was a medical atmosphere rather than a spa like atmosphere. The microdermabrasion was very thorough and Rosilena (the esthetician) was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is no ambience and they play Michael Bolton on repeat, may not be an issue for others, but I prefer a more relaxing spa type environment. After my first visit I received numerous marketing emails and texts, so make sure to opt out if you do not want that. The second visit was a disaster. I show up for my appointment and they are closed! I call to see what is going on. They answer immediately (unsure who it was), and say there were no appointments for 5 pm that day, so they left. I told them my appointment was for 430. The lady said my appointment was with an employee named Daniella, and she didn't come into work today (not explaining why no one contacted me today to let me know Daniella didn't come in). However, my appointment confirmation showed it was with Rosilena again, so the Daniella excuse is irrelevant. Then the lady on the phone proceeds to tell me my appointment was for the following Wednesday, however I have both the appointment card Rosilena gave me, as well as the email directly from the business confirming the date of my appointment and the individual who will be taking care of it. I confirmed the appointment as requested in the email from the company, although they state they never received the confirmation. Still not a good excuse. As a professional business, you should assume your client is coming if they haven't called to cancel. Why would you assume otherwise!? If I haven't called to cancel, and we agreed on a date a month ago, then I am coming and you have no reason to believe otherwise. In summary, first she blamed another esthetician, then she blamed me, then she blamed a "scheduling mistake", and finally she blamed her own system. I will obviously not be going back, cannot recommend this place to anyone, and will be getting in touch with Groupon for a refund. read more

They need to sort out scheduling. I was given an appointment for 11am. The guy at the front desk said there were 2 people before me so looked like I would have to wait for 40 minutes or so. They were non apologetic and did not care on how their horrible scheduling and time management was going to have on my own schedule. I had 6 Vanquish treatments of 45 minutes each in my abdomen area and other 6 treatments of 45 minutes each in my arms. By the time I started the treatment I was wearing size 12 and now I'm size 10. I started noticing a remarkable fat/inch reducing after the third treatment. During all these weeks I had to constantly drink at least 8 bottles of water on daily basis to keep my body well hydrated and to help to flush the fat away.
