I would strongly advise anyone considering this office to look elsewhere. My experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Not only was I unhappy with my surgical results, but when I raised my concerns, I was met with dismissal rather than accountability or compassion. To make matters worse, I never received a proper post-operative follow-up, and I was not given clear post-surgery instructions on how to care for myself or what to expect during recovery. That lack of communication and aftercare was both frustrating and concerning. During my last visit, I was left waiting alone in an exam room for 90 minutes because the doctor completely forgot I was there--an unacceptable level of disorganization and disregard for a patient's time. What was even more upsetting was being made to feel as though the poor outcome was somehow my fault, instead of being met with professionalism, empathy, or a genuine effort to address the issue. In my experience, this office seemed far more concerned with collecting payment than providing quality care, providing appropriate post-operative support, or standing behind their work. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. If there were 10 stars I would give 10 stars! I had a ruptured breast implant which was put in 13 years ago. I went to see Dr Hua and he was extremely informative and was able to ease my nerves, by slowly and patiently explaining what steps to take next. He gave me all of my options and I opted for replacing both of my breast implants. Dr Hua did my surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results. I remember the pain I was in 13 years ago with my first surgery, and anticipated the same. That was not the case, Dr Hua did everything possible to avoid me having pain. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Hua for breast surgery. My replacement was a bit complicated because of the implant rupture but that did not stop Dr Hua from doing an amazing job! I love my results.
