**10/23/25**** For clarification: the child reported as…read morebeing abused was not a patient of this practice. The child is the sibling of the patient and accompanied us to all appointments. I'm including this detail because the owner has since emailed me demanding that I clarify it. According to the owner, no video was provided to CPS. However, the CPS officer shared information that contradicts this. This is my experience, and I have every right to share it. Because my child was not a patient, the provider had no access to the medical history or diagnosis. Their decision to report was influenced not only by a parking lot video, but also by prior judgments about the child's emotional behavior during visits over several months despite lacking any clinical context. The child's behavior is part of our daily reality, not unique to this office. A simple conversation could have clarified everything. As a parent already managing complex circumstances, I expect compassion and communication before escalation. If I receive further demands to alter or remove my review, I will post the CPS dismissal letter related to this incident.

Not only is he very meticulous with his work, I have had enough time with him now to say he is definitively a kind person who cares deeply about his patients, not the bottom line. When I needed his help, he was there for me as a true doctor. I had left an earlier review for this wonderful individual. I pray he stays on forever. I do not know what I would do without him. Also, Ms. Amanda, who is the biologic coordinator is the best. She answers her phone, follows up and listens to your concerns. She deals with quite a bit as far as the specialized medicinal carriers and its complexity. Excellent. I also want to recognize the staff. They are wonderfully courteous, practice appropriate phone etiquette (believe me, not everyone does), and practice patience with individuals who call the office. Office visits are also a pleasure. The vibe is very upbeat, positive and calm. Complete Dermatology is very fortunate to have this group of individuals. We returned to Texas four years later. My visit with the doctor went well. However, I was surprised when I received my bill and saw that I had been charged the new patient rate because it had been more than three years since my last visit with that practice. In my view, I am not a new patient simply because several years have passed. While I understand that practices have their own billing policies, this one felt like an opportunity to charge existing patients a higher fee rather than recognizing their prior relationship with the practice. Unfortunately, that experience has changed my opinion of the practice. Although, I still have a great deal of respect for my dermatologist and the care he provides, I have decided not to return because I don't agree with this billing policy.
