I'm including this detail because the owner has since emailed me demanding that I clarify it. According to the owner, no video was provided to CPS. However, the CPS officer shared information that contradicts this. This is my experience, and I have every right to share it. Because my child was not a patient, the provider had no access to the medical history or diagnosis. Their decision to report was influenced not only by a parking lot video, but also by prior judgments about the child's emotional behavior during visits over several months despite lacking any clinical context. The child's behavior is part of our daily reality, not unique to this office. A simple conversation could have clarified everything. As a parent already managing complex circumstances, I expect compassion and communication before escalation. If I receive further demands to alter or remove my review, I will post the CPS dismissal letter related to this incident.

Doctor Bridges show me the injury on the X-rays and explained clearly my treatment options. We made an appointment for surgery between Christmas and New Year at Memorial Herman Surgery Center on Kingsland. Amanda, her surgery coordinator even found me an appointment in an urgent care facility to get a surgery clearance since my doctor office was closed for the holidays and many medical facilities overbooked with people seeking Covid testing for holiday travel. Doctor Bridges operated on me on December 28th. She came to see me before surgery to explain everything and gave me reinsurance. She is so sweet and comforting. Few days after surgery I had some nerve pain. She had given me her cellular phone number so I was able to contact her easily. She send quickly a prescription to my pharmacy. During the follow up visits to change the dressing, the nurses were friendly, caring and gentle. They took X-rays at every visit to assess the healing process. The doctor explained thoroughly what to expect, gave a time frame on expected progress and answered all my questions. I am now waddling in my walking boot and mending well. This doctor is going above and beyond for her patients. I am very thankful for her outstanding care! My tip: Do not go anywhere else!

And more treatments are recommended to me than necessary including lots of optional pill work, which to me is a last option. Also the nurses always seem tired and unpleasant. I wait 40 minutes! for doctor to step into my consulting room. 10-20 before and 40 for him just to come in to talk to me. At that point, I'm just ready to get my consultation over with. The last annoyance was when I sprained my foot and wanted to get it check out by family doctor. I was told that "we don't do that". Ok, no problem! There's a next level urgent care across the street and they charge similar prices and have great staff there.
