**10/23/25**** For clarification: the child reported as being abused was not a patient of this practice. The child is the sibling of the patient and accompanied us to all appointments. I'm including this detail because the owner has since emailed me demanding that I clarify it. According to the owner, no video was provided to CPS. However, the CPS officer shared information that contradicts this. This is my experience, and I have every right to share it. Because my child was not a patient, the provider had no access to the medical history or diagnosis. Their decision to report was influenced not only by a parking lot video, but also by prior judgments about the child's emotional behavior during visits over several months despite lacking any clinical context. The child's behavior is part of our daily reality, not unique to this office. A simple conversation could have clarified everything. As a parent already managing complex circumstances, I expect compassion and communication before escalation. If I receive further demands to alter or remove my review, I will post the CPS dismissal letter related to this incident. read more

I would not recommend it to anyone. One of the worst experience of our life. They recommended a skin cream for my wife and it created rashes on my wife's skin. All they care about their copay charges. Once they received the money then you are on your own. Office staff is least helpful. read more

After several attempts to contact the office to make an appointment, I finally got a hold of someone. After she asked me what insurance I had and what I would be seen for, she told me they were not accepting new patients. Then why ask a bunch of questions? If you are not accepting new patients, then just say it! It seems shady, to say the least. read more

Perpetually late for appointments but they have the nerve to charge YOU a fee when you are late. I have been here 4x and they are 20+ minutes late each time. Today I have the first appointment slot, have been here almost 40 minutes, and ten people who arrived after me are already back, but they are "short staffed." Do not use this dermatologist. Their office staff is not helpful and they will not work with you if you have to cancel an appointment. There are more respectful dermatologists in Katy that you can go to. read more

Considering reporting these people to my insurance company. I've been a patient for a while, I'm finally done with this place. What a scam. Doctor didn't even look at my skin or even attempt any sort of exam and tried to sell me their own line of skin care products. I was told by nurse that I am only allowed one or two questions/issues for the doctor at a time. Additional questions require a second appointment. I was told the ONLY non surgical solution to neck wrinkles is their line of creams. Provider was in room 14 minutes. I wonder what they billed to my insurance for those 14 minutes. read more

Stumbling across Dr. Kelly Conner & Cinco Ranch Dermatology while strolling around La Centerra in Katy several years ago was a truly lucky break for us. In the years my husband and I have been her patients (first at that La Centerra office and now at her beautiful, expanded building on the Westheimer Parkway) we have been consistently impressed by the exceedingly high level of service she provides. She's always punctual, never makes us sit and wait for an hour as some doctors do, and is very careful and comprehensive in her exams. She never rushes through our sessions and spends as much time as she needs to examine our skin closely. It is because of her scrutiny to detail and carefulness that she discovered a tiny, tiny "pimple" on my husband's back two years ago that proved to be a melanoma! In addition to correctly diagnosing it, she aided us in finding a surgeon to remove it as well as answering our many questions and providing excellent aftercare. I've availed myself of "the beauty side" of her business as well and she and the technicians who provide these services are every bit as thorough as they are on "the medical side." I think it's important to add that Dr. Conner is as charming as she is intelligent, capable and professional. She often makes us laugh which is such a nice relief when dealing with often difficult matters. Oh, and she runs a tight ship! Everyone from the reception staff to the technicians/aestheticians, to the billing staff are unfailingly courteous and good at what they do. We feel truly valued st Cinco Ranch Dermatology and we highly recommend the wonderful Dr. Conner and her terrific staff wholeheartedly! read more

I've seen the same dermatologist since 2015, and after one visit at Cinco on a whim, my adult acne is on its way to being cured. Being heard by the considerate staff and Dr. Tillman, I know that me and my family are in the best hands! The facility is beautiful and the staff is so warmly comforting. I've used this practice before for my other son. Since the PA left a few years ago we've had a few bad experiences. Most recently, I went in today with my 16 year old son after he requested to see a doctor about his acne. I could only get an appointment with a visiting doctor because they don't have enough doctors on staff. I took the appointment so we didn't have to wait months. The visiting doctor spent 3 minutes with my son and I giving rapid instructions. He asked if we had questions. Since it was so fast and no conversation, i couldn't think of any but asked for the instructions in writing. He said yes and left the room. The medical assistant said I can go check out. I again asked for written instructions. She proceeded to tell me that they don't do that but then grabbed a piece of paper and halfway wrote some stuff down. After handed it to me, I asked a few more questions to write down the exact instructions. Her repeated response to my 3 questions was that it will be on the box from the pharmacy. We left the room and headed to check out only to see the doctor and other medical assistants chatting it up and scrolling on their phones the whole 5 minutes we were in line to checkout. It's sad that my son felt like it was a waste of time and nobody wanted to help us. read more

I came in here the other day for a 2pm appt. I had most of my paperwork printed out previous to coming in. The waiting room was full of people. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes when being told I'd be seen shortly and in that time frame they only called one person back. Once finally being called back, I was worried how long it would take because I had to get back to work. I was asked questions about my visit in my room and waited another 15 minutes. Decided to leave because I was on a schedule. I understand having a wait at a Doctors office but waiting an hour before even seeing a doctor is ridiculous. People have schedules. Disappointed because I heard good things about this office. read more

Good skincare and friendly doctors. But don't expect to see your doctor on time. I never see the dermatologist until 30-60 minutes after my scheduled appointment time which is aggravating because I have to take time off from work to see them. I updated this to a 4 rating because of their kind response and explanation. I will only be booking with them in the am or at 1 pm after lunch. read more

I really liked Dr Connors but I did not feel like her office staff was great! My husband needed follow up care and it took over a month to get the prescription sent where it needed to go. Getting everything scheduled has taken months. They seem to be difficult to work with. I am hoping it gets better since we liked her a lot. read more

They are very Anti handicapped here. On my first visit, I stood at the front desk waiting to be checked in for over 10 minutes. I had a walker I can't walk or stand without it and a 5-minute standing limit at the time per my disability. I was about to fall so I Asked, can I leave my card and information here and go sit down because I'm going to fall at any moment. About 15 minutes later another office lady started screaming at me, asking if I was in pain because she said you just walked away and left your information somethings not right with you. They still hadn't checked me in, it was 30 minutes before they did so, so they expected a handicapped person with a 5-minute standing limit to wait all that time and blamed their slowness on me rather than themselves. On my next appointment when I went to check out it was the same situation of having to stand over 20 minutes - it was long enough for the doctor to see another patient because it was only when the doctor walked out with that patient that the office lady told the person on the phone that she needed to check some people in. It was so that patient a teenager wouldn't have to wait. Handicapped people who can't stand can wait all day, standing until they fall, that seems to be their take on that. Both the old location and the new have rows of chairs in the waiting area so close that you cannot make it through with a walker or wheelchair. This is the only doctor's office where I run into this problem. As I was leaving a lady with a stroller and a baby was offered help but I with my walker was not. The nurse, who brought me to the room for the exam was very rude. She asked if I wanted to put my purse in the basket I attached to my walker instead of having it dangling. I had it hanging from the arm of the walker. I don't know why it bothered her, it was not touching the ground. I told her no the purse was where I wanted it. She asked why I wanted to see the doctor I told her to get rosacea medicine, I showed her what my previous doctor under different insurance prescribed. And I wanted it to get checked out for skin cancer and she kept asking why. I told her I am 64 have a history of severe sunburns not just regular ones and both my parents have had several cases of skin cancer that wasn't enough for her to tell the doctor. I would not be allowed to see the doctor until I told her more. I called her out on it and said, "I don't know why you can't tell the doctor that. Why does the doctor need to know more to see me?" She responded to that with, "Oh." and still just stared at me. This nonsense lasted 30 minutes. Finally, she left the doctor agreed to see me. What kind of dermatologist doesn't think rosacea and the request of an exam for early detection of skin cancer when their parents have had several cases, their 64, and have had several severe sunburns including actual green and yellow cracked skin that took a long time to heal and had me looking like Frankenstein. The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends early professional skin exams, along with monthly skin self-examinations. You are at high risk if you have a history of skin cancer yourself or in your family, sunburns, or regular increased sun exposure). The greater your risk of skin cancer, the more important regular skin checks are. Older adults are particularly vulnerable since a lifetime of sun exposure can significantly up your odds. I never had one. So I was requesting one. I am high risk, I fit all risk criteria. I had to tell the doctor that no I hadn't seen anything that made me think I had skin cancer but I knew a woman who died in the night and it turned out it was because she had skin cancer with the mole on her neck in a place she could not see. And I recently had surgery canceled because just before they were going to roll me in they saw a rash near the incision point and canceled it. Until that moment I hadn't known I had that rash. She knew this because she had treated that rash the first time I saw her. This is the only doctor's office of any kind I've run into that is anti-handicap. read more

Absolutely no complaints. I was able to get an appointment on short notice with the P.A. Chandni Bhakta. I loved her. The place is in the back of La Centerra, which is still quiet and not super busy. Chandni listened to what I said, made appropriate recommendations, and gave me the most professional and comfortable body check I've ever recieved. She's great. I recommend her, and the nurses were super chill, which I appreciated. The only problem was, I had some issues booking the appointment online via ZocDoc, so I had to call and set it up after trying to figure out ZocDoc for 30 minutes. Oh well. read more

I saw Dr. Obayan about an ongoing rash on my face after having it get worse from the medication another dermatologist prescribed. As you can imagine, having it on my face and then get worse made me quite skeptical about seeing a second doctor. I felt completely at ease as soon as Dr. Obayan walked in. She greeted me with a handshake a huge smile! Once I explained the situation, she asked a few questions, gave me her diagnosis and explained the two prescriptions she wanted me to get. She even gave me samples of one and a coupon for the other. I left and immediately went and had them filled. It's been one week of the four weeks that I'm supposed to apply the topical creams and my face is already about 80% clear!!! I can hardly believe how fast it's working. I can't tell you how happy I am that I went to Cinco Ranch Dermatology and I can promise you, I'll never go anywhere else. read more

Dr. Obayan seemed very insulting. She repeated several times that I had a lot of moles as if I hadn't been aware during the past 32 years I've been alive. There were 3 people in the room during my exam witch made me even more uncomfortable as it was crowded with all 4 of us in a tiny room. I was made to feel very self conscious with the entire experience. I won't go back. I'm an RN so I understand having a scribe. However, telling me I have a lot of moles over and over isn't exactly medical terminology or something you would write over and over in your notes. Most people only call out irregularities for documentation. I don't see the need for a "runner" in the clinical room while the patient is sitting in a chair naked wearing nothing but a flimsy gown. It's just uncomfortable. My gynecologist doesn't have people in and out of the room while I'm on display. However, I will take your advice and speak up in the future. read more

I tried to get an appointment for my daughter to have a small procedure done before school. I was quickly schooled on how busy she was and how I could not be accommodated. I told them I was a nurse practitioner and I'd take them off my referral list. The receptionist said that was a great idea!! Good luck expanding your exclusive snotty practice. Dr. Tillman is great! I'm a local physician who uses her personally and also refers her for patients and friends. The staff is doing incredible following COVID precautions. ****EDIT READ BOTTOM OF POST**** I absolutely love the staff and doctors here. I saw the physicians assistant to seek acne treatment, she was extremely nice and took the time to explain my treatment and my 3 prescriptions. I would give this place 5 stars, but they have poor choice in pharmacies. 2 years ago, I went and had awesome service from the main doctor. They electronically sent my prescription to a pharmacy, which could only be contacted by phone. I called multiple times, and each time they wouldn't answer, or I would be put on hold for 45+ minutes each time. So I eventually gave up. I recently went back 2 years later (now) and still had amazing service, and explained my issues with the last pharmacy. So she sent my new prescription to PCS Pharmacy in katy. It was supposed to be filled day of, but it wasn't and they said they would send it out first thing the next morning. I didn't hear anything, so I called PCS again and they said they would be filling it immediately and would call me by the end of the day and have it delivered to me. No call. And still no prescription. If I don't get it by 12 tomorrow, I plan on calling and asking to speak to the PA again to see what I can do. *edit: Dr. Connor called the pharmacy this morning, after reading this review before I even had a chance to call. Which is amazing. So glad this staff is receptive! Thank you so much! read more

Maybe the reviews from the past are spot on but not in 2017. If Dr. Connor is more concerned with the time and leaving me with unanswered questions, I will gladly go to another dermatologist. How are reviews claiming good bedside manner, when I was out of the office within 10 minutes and felt rushed out the door. read more

I called requesting an appointment as a new patient; my hematologist recommended I see a dermatologist soon if I found any concerning spots, as I'm high risk for melanoma. I found one yesterday, and I explained all of this to the receptionist, and the soonest she offered was the end of July. That's almost a month from now - if your website and my doctor both say early detection is important, it's probably also important to see patients that have something potentially concerning. This is the best doctors office experience I've ever had. Typically you go into an appointment and don't actually get seen until 30-45 minutes later, but not here! I walked in at 10:25 for my 10:30 appointment, and they took me straight to the back with no wait. I sat in my room for all of 2 minutes before the doctor came in to see me. I was out by 10:45. Besides being very time accountable and helpful, everyone there is so friendly! I also got an appointment very easily at late notice which was nice. read more

I went in with a severe rash on my arms and legs. I was told that I had 'wisdom' patches (old lady skin). It continued to get worse, so I went to a different dermatologist and found out that I am severely allergic to tree and plant pollen on my skin. I had been digging in the yard about a week previously, and got this all over my arms and legs. I'm glad I went somewhere else. read more

I saw the P.A. Chandni because I couldn't get in fast enough to see Dr. Conner. I will now be requesting Chandni all the time- she was fabulous!! I have never had such an upbeat and patient physician. She was not rushed and explained what she was looking for and next steps of treatment thoroughly. She was so friendly and made me feel 100% comfortable standing there in my skivvies looking at me head to toe, literally ;-) She wrote everything down step by step, which is always nice. The office was so nice and calming and made me feel like I was being pampered just by walking in. I can see how parking would be a pain at certain hours, but during the day it is far enough back to not get too much heavy traffic. This was actually just a substitute visit because my normal dermatologist wasn't available for more than a month, but I will be transferring here from now on. Highly recommend. read more

Dr. Tillman is amazing. I had gone to another doctor for 5 months with no results. Finally switched after a friend's recommendation and within a few treatments she had my issues fixed. She is so passionate and caring. Really appreciated how she not only addressed my dermatology issues but also cared about my lifestyle and what was going on with my life. I am having some skin issues, and went to see Dr. Conner. My appointment was at 1pm, and I couldn't find the location. I kept calling but no one answered the phone. They do not have on-call service during lunch break. Then I waited another 30 minutes, and I was told I have dermatitis, but no skin test was performed. Whatever treatment was recommended worsen my condition. I didn't see Dr. Conner more than 10 minutes for my first appointment. I was also recommended to use sunscreen lotion, which I purchased from the office. When I came home, I noticed the tinted sunscreen was for Caucasian person, not for tan. Dr. Conner did have good bedside manners, was friendly and nice. Currently, I feel helpless. Overall, I supposedly found one of the best dermatologist in the town, and didn't get the best or right treatment. I personally think I have Keratosis Papillaris. We live in America and have the access to best technology and medicine, ironically, doctors don't have time for you. read more

My wife has been coming here for a while, and I just started last year as well. They never keep me waiting very long and I don't feel rushed. I am able to come here on my lunch break, because I know I wont be stuck here all day, which isn't the case for a lot of other doctors. Also, some other people here were complaining about the doctor coming in with an "entourage." This is how doctors learn, and for whatever reason it is way more common with dermatologists. If you don't like it they wont be offended if you ask the doctor for them to leave. read more

I took my daughter here and the appointment went well. I experienced a recurrence of her issue over the holiday weekend and called right after the holiday to ask the doctor a question and potentially make a follow up appointment. I called multiple times and left messages with the nurse over the course of two-three days. I finally received a call back three days later. The nurse (I assume?) asked how she could help me with no explanation for the delayed response (perhaps that they had attempted to call and I did not pick up, perhaps the office was closed, any kind acknowledgement would have been appreciated) but by that point I had already made an appointment to see someone else. I told the person who called me that I would see someone else and they responded "okay." It is possible that the doctor is great, but a three day turn around does not reflect great customer service in my opinion. read more

This is one of the best dermatology offices i have been to. My son has eczema and we have seen the PA Chandni Bhakta several times as well as Dr Conner for a second opinion. They both exceeded my expectations. I think my son has a crush on Chandni because he always asks to go see her when we are at LaCenterra. She has a very calming personality and is great with kids! The office is extremely clean, has some kids activities, and very professional. They even gave a good amount of samples. Also we have never waited for our appt, most of the time they are early! I called in for an emergency visit and was able to be seen by P.A. Chandni Bhakta same day. Doctor was also out until June 1st so I didn't have much of a choice. They are in the far back of La Centerra, parking wasn't terrible, I went at 1 pm with a baby and stroller, I had no complaints. They registered me super quickly and were very patient and informative both on the phone and in person (they walked me through how to find their place...I was running 3 minutes late and couldn't find them). I loved the nurse that assisted and Chandni is AMAZING! Such a gentle hand and her bedside manner is stellar. I'll be sure to come every year for my full body checkup now. Told my husband and he's coming back too! Let's just hope the lab isn't too costly for my biopsy, Segis is the lab's name. I'll post an update. Also, prices are comparable I suppose to other locations, paid my $35 deductible and $88 for the biopsy plus whatever the lab will charge. For great service I don't gripe AT ALL at the biopsy rate! read more
