My experience with this office is less than perfect. The doctor seems to be very nice, my complaint is how the front office or the RN handled my situation So I happen to drove by this office on my way to get Starbucks, my initial impression was the office is clean and quiet. Talk to the front office Sheida, I originally inquired about the weight loss injections and lipo mic. So after talking to her I have decided to go ahead buy a package of micro pen and microdermabrasion which is about $500 for the package of 5. While waiting for the doctor to come in, we started the micro pen procedure lasted about 20-25 mins. Once we finished, waited for the doctor for a consult on the weight loss injection, while waiting for some more (which I didn't mind @ that time), I decided to get lipo mic (Sheida, offered it to me as a complimentary). The doctor walked in about additional 25 more mins, he ordered Sheida to do the scan and finally met the doctor, he went over with my results, my body fat and everything, he said that the weight loss injection will not help me with my excess skin in my belly, that I would need a procedure to remove that excess skin on my lower belly (after a c-section), which I understood, he explained it thoroughly and said if I still want to try the injection but he cannot guarantee, so I decided not to do it, let their office after that. - The issue came about 2 week later, after I showed up for my appt, remember I bought a package of 5. I walked in, checked in for my appt and then she asked me for $300 payment, so I was confused and I said, well I already paid for my treatments then she said no it's going to be $300 for today. Decided to cancel since that was a surprised and never expected to pay again. So I left! - 2 days later, I called and spoke to Sheida, I asked for a refund minus the service that was already rendered which is $100-$150, so all I was asking was the difference of $350-$400. Then she claimed that she called me right after I left to apologized that she made mistake that she forgot that I paid for the package (are they keeping charts for patients??). I told her that I never received a phone call from her or from the office and I just want my refund back. Then she said you know what... I can give you additional micropen and microdermabrasion treatment if you come back. I told her I don't need any additional services, all I need is transparency and no surprises. Since I will be on bed rest for 10 days for my back procedure, I will not be able to come back. And that was it. - 1 month later, I called 4x and nobody answers their phone. I went online to their website to schedule an appt with the doctor, received a text from Sheida that she canceled my appt since she is in Florida, out of town and will not be able to see me. So I responded okay, to schedule me for the following week and she said she will follow up with me. - Fast forward, 2 weeks later, have not heard back from her, so I called again 2x and no answer so I sent her a text message when I can schedule, she responded back tomorrow at 11 AM, so I said okay.... the next day come, drove by the office and nobody was in the office. Finally I had enough and took off. - 2 days ago, I sent her a text to please send me my money back since I have been so unsuccessful getting hold of someone or even scheduling my appts. Spoke to Sheida to inform her that I seriously want my money back since I already found another office that I am happy with. She said she will speak with the doctor since he will not be in the office till 4 PM. ** I hate to give bad reviews or less than 5 stars, I have given this office a chance to make it right but somehow Sheida does not want to make it right. read more

Today was my first time at marvelous clinic and I loved it. I would definitely be coming back

This is the second time I've had a treatment at this medspa. I called this morning, made an appointment. I typically use another clinic, but it was last minute and I needed an appointment today. I arrived 2 minutes late, but the doctor wasn't even there. He arrived about 25 minutes later. Walked through the front door and didn't even wash his hands. I heard the door open and then heard his footsteps without pause, so I know he didn't stop to wash his hands. He did use gloves, but gross!! He asked the front desk lady who was standing at the door how many units I received last time and she told him that the last person did not write it down. This should have been in my file. Instead of talking to me about how much he thought I would need, He started injecting and when he stopped, he told her I needed a whopping 56 units of botox! I normally hover around 35 units. I have NEVER had this much because I go every three months. My bill was $728!!!! Definitely WON'T be returning. I checked my credit card statement from the last time I was here and I was charged $395.64 for botox, so he clearly used way too much! Do not waste your money here! What a rip-off! read more

Dr. Mohammed and his team are unlike other conventional doctors, instead of looking at only the symptoms, he listens to the patient and tries to understand the root cause of the problem. After understanding the patient's issue, he focuses on educating the patient then draws a roadmap for the healing and wellness steps to be taken. Once you feel you understand your health problems and the causes you buy in to his unique road map which does not only involves drugs (which he tried to minimize ) but involves the whole life style from sleep, physical activity and diet. Coming out of the office I felt like I have a plan to follow which will benefit me for long term and gain my control over my health back. I received 3 gift certificates for complimentary services. I won these in a raffle about a month ago at a dance competition my team was attending. I set an appointment yesterday for 11am today. I live an hour away but decided since I am on spring break I should go ahead and get my complimentary service. I drove all the way here, and got here about 15 minutes before my appointment time and the location is literally locked up. I decided to wait thinking maybe they will come right at appointment time. It is 10 minutes past and they are still not here even though the hours on their door state that they open at 10am. I called again, no answer. The phone just kept ringing. I didn't lose any money thankfully but the fact that I had to drive an hour and not receive a phone call of cancellation is very unprofessional. I am not sure what kind of business y'all are running, but I'll be sure not to recommend anyone that I know who lives near this area to this business. read more
