Both of them have helped me with education and worked to make my treatment affordable and honestly (almost) enjoyable. Sharae especially is a blessing. She is so knowledgeable, she makes time for me every visit, to check in, answer all my questions. The front staff are so sweet. I saw Dr. Williams & when I tell you he was so very nice, & gentle let me tell you he saved my front tooth. I have Lupus and a million other ailments I've been on chemotherapy medication since 2018 & well my teeth are a hot mess. My orthodontist told me there was unnecessary work on my treatment plan. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with disrespect. The front desk wouldn't even speak to me. Scarlet, the office manager, was pleasant over the phone but completely different in person. My first visit had been great, but this second one was upsetting. I felt like I was being punished just for wanting another perspective. The second dentist I saw at the same location agreed with the original plan which is fine I just wanted to confirm the recommendation. Dr. Anthony Nguyen, the original dentist, refused to speak to me at all, even though this was a scheduled appointment when he found out I was there for a second opinion. If you are in the Katy or Richmond area, I recommend going somewhere that treats patients with respect and values open communication.

Avoid this facility, specifically Dr. Belivand. My experience here has been deeply unprofessional…read moreand hostile since day one due to her condescending attitude. During our appointment, a major hygiene failure occurred. The dental assistant put a hairnet over my son's hair, which had product in it, and then immediately attempted to work inside his mouth with those same gloves. While the assistant was polite and receptive when I corrected the cross-contamination risk, Dr. Belivand defensively interjected to challenge me. Once I stated the facts about the hair particles, she went silent, but then immediately retaliated by power-tripping over a "no phone" policy that was perfectly fine on our previous visit. When I requested a transfer to the male dentist at this location, the office chose to protect Dr. Belivand's ego over accommodating a patient. Today they called to cancel our upcoming Thursday appointment under the guise of a delayed flight and tried to push us out of the practice entirely. They would rather deny a child care and fabricate logistical excuses than hold an unprofessional doctor accountable for standard hygiene violations. I am glad they handled it this way because it saves me the trouble of ever returning to this dysfunctional office. Thank God there are several other dental offices in the Katy area that actually respect parents and prioritize basic patient care.
