My orthodontist told me there was unnecessary work on my treatment plan. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with disrespect. The front desk wouldn't even speak to me. Scarlet, the office manager, was pleasant over the phone but completely different in person. My first visit had been great, but this second one was upsetting. I felt like I was being punished just for wanting another perspective. The second dentist I saw at the same location agreed with the original plan which is fine I just wanted to confirm the recommendation. Dr. Anthony Nguyen, the original dentist, refused to speak to me at all, even though this was a scheduled appointment when he found out I was there for a second opinion.
