If I could give 0 stars I would. I have debated writing this review as I want to forget this place even exists, but after 2 years of absolutely HATING my results I thought it was time. First off, Dr Mohan clearly only cares about social media and is dying to be an influencer instead of just leaning into being a surgeon. Her priority is time in front of a camera and not with actual patients. And I've experienced it first hand. If you look at her Instagram page, this is not the same personality you get in person. I travelled across country because I fell for the social media account and thought I was going to the best, a CARING female surgeon. I did an over the phone consultation and mainly spoke to the staff, and spoke with Dr Mohan for maybe a minute. She was very rushing and cold. I thought well she's probably busy being a fantastic plastic surgeon... I was quoted over $15k for a lift with implants. Which looking back I realize this is bananas - especially for what I came out with. I had already convinced my husband to go to Houston and spend this, so I went through with it, did the deposit, travelled across country and went to the pre surgery consultation (day before surgery). Again, she was unfortunately the same as the phone call - cold and rushing. Not personable what so ever. The nurses were super friendly though and you spend most of the time with them. The anesthesiologist was the same way as Dr Mohan, rushing and cold and quite rude. There was a couple times during the pre surgery phone call where he was angry with me for not understanding him. I was going into surgery feeling like a number and not a valued patient. Post surgery I didn't have many issues. Just a lot of pain. About a year later I had a very infected areola and went to my local dr and had a stitch removed. The results..... I am so heartbroken with my results. I hate them. My implants are so low and my nipples sit way too high. 1.5" too high to be exact. I can't find a bra that supports me enough without my nipples sticking out the top. She also left a huge chunk of my OLD AREOLAS on BOTH of my breasts when doing the lift. And it is so clearly obvious when looking at me that my old areolas were left. I look botched. I made an appointment 1.5yrs later and travelled across country to address my concerns. I was very kind with addressing them and tried to be understanding that I didn't start out with the best before. She was COLD and tried to convince me they look fine, even agreeing that she missed my old areolas. I drove across country to wait in a room for over 1 hr so she could RUSH and talk to me for 2 minutes telling me they're fine and then left the room. I was clearly upset when she left, and the nurse was totally uncomfortable by the way she treated me and kept apologizing over and over. She said she would fix them but I had to pay $2500. Even though this is a mistake she made. But she has no problem giving out free surgeries to influencers online. I have now since been to multiple surgeons to get opinions and all of them cannot believe my results and that she let me leave looking like this. I'm constantly in pain from them and planning to have them fixed by someone else. If you are thinking about going here AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. She does NOT value you as a patient and you are just a cash cow, you'll pay double of any other surgeon for botched results. And I'm not the only one who feels botched by Dr Mohan. If you were like me and fell for the person online beware this is NOT who you get in person. If I can help one person avoid this place then my review has done its job. Please do not go to Dr. Mohan if you have asymmetrical breast to begin because she will do nothing to actually correct the asymmetry. I had my breast done with her twice to see if she can fix the asymmetry and when she could states we do not correct we just make your breast bigger. I spend all that money and went to a third consult so she can tell me there is nothing she can do. You are better off going to Dr. Basu or any other doctor. Do your research! Do not believe the pictures you see on IG. If you do not have the perfect anatomy she will not correct anything which is the job of a good plastic surgeon. First visit to this office for my post-surgery check up, 1 week. Skip to DR section to see what I got done! OFFICE: Walking in I immediately want to buy everything. Thankfully I am too sore to dig for my wallet and I have my body guard aka spouse by my side. Maybe next time. Bathroom is outside by the elevators, fyi. Don't be like me and have to go to the RR when you're already in da nude. Clean lobby, peaceful, inviting. So glad I left my toddler at home otherwise I would be "that" lady with the baby. STAFF: Friendly, not-intimidating, made me feel comfortable in my new skin, drain hanging from my neck and all. BTW, they are all so beautiful. Like, all of them. DR: Dr. Mohan is top of every line, every class. I scouted plastic surgeons for months and found one that met my criteria: *clean practice*makes pretty belly buttons* precise incisions * listens to me * professional * friendly * yes, in that order. I found some surgeons that met my criteria but their belly buttons looked like buttholes. Hard pass. Dr. Mohan truly has an eye and hand for what she does. The worse part of my experience was my interactions with Dr. Mohan and the anesthesiologist. The website says that Dr. Ciaravino selected Dr. Mohan because of her bedside manners but in all honesty those bedside manners must have went out of the bedside window after Dr. Ciaravino passed. When I asked about the process of the explant and if the implant would be deflated before it is removed Dr. Mohan's response was condescending and sassy with "I told you about deflation and you didn't want to do that." But that's not what I asked her. When she discussed deflation with me it was regarding the situation of having the implants replaced. But that wasn't my question to her. Even if I did ask a question that I've asked in the past and may have forgotten the answer to there's no cause for the condescending and sassy response. This is not my profession and a lot of information is thrown at you that one may forget something that has been said. Also, my husband wasn't allowed to wait in the waiting area for me due to privacy reason but when I inquired about it more there aren't any naked women that pass through the lobby since the entrance is glass and anyone who enter or exits the elevator can see into the lobby area and there are other suites on the same floor. It is a lobby/waiting room after all. On the day of my surgery the anesthesiologist had no bed side manners either. Not even a greeting from him before he stood over me with his arms crossed and drilled me with questions. After surgery, I was of course still out of it when he came and asked me if I was ready to go home. My response was, "no" seeing how I hadn't even opened my eyes and came to my senses yet. His response to me was "yes you are." I believe I passed back out after that because i don't remember what happened next. On the day of my follow up appointment Dr. Mohan had begun over an hour long surgery at the time of my appointment which was very inconsiderate. Although my photos were shown to her and she said everything was ok, I was not comfortable with just having surgery and not being seen by the doctor and I drove from out of town so I waited 1.5 hrs past my appointment to be seen by her. As I was brought back to the exam room. I saw Dr. Mohan sitting for a photo shoot and having her picture taken. It appears that she chose to do the surgery sooner so that she can attend the photo shoot at my expense. When she finally came into the exam room she rushed over to me, threw open my gown and rapidly and aggressively begin pushing on my breast with her ice cold hands. She showed no bed side manners. She didn't even say let me have a look before throwing open my gown. She didn't even give warning that she was going to touch me. I felt violated. She then stepped back and asked if I had any questions. She was nodding her head before I ever asked the questions. I felt rushed and an inconvenience to her. When leaving the exam room I saw her back at her photo shoot intentionally avoiding eye contact with me as I passed. I only chose to go to her because Dr. Ciaravino performed my original breast augmentation and he had excellent bed side manners so assumed that the successor that he chose would uphold his values and continue his legacy. But I was so wrong. I could have gone to a random surgeon in my home town and have gotten this treatment. It was not a comfortable environment to feel at ease to ask her questions. I felt violated by the way she aggressively came into the room and opened my gown and touched on me. No one deserves to be treated that way. Especially after spending $5000-$7000 dollars. I guess once they get their money they don't care how the service is. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Mohan are rude, uncaring, and too arrogant to give you their time and talk to you like a human being with compassion. The office staff was great and didn't display any ugly attributes of Dr. Mohan and they are this office's only saving grace. I truly believe that there's some stereotypical judgement happening at this office and that I was disregarded and mistreated because I didn't meet Dr. Mohan's standards of beauty because I'm not a made up image of a plastic injected blonde hair blue eyed Barbie and thats why she wasn't interested in giving me her time or respect so I was treated like trash, unimportant and not worth her time. read more

I'm just over two years post-op breast augmentation with Dr. Ciaravino. When I came in for the consultation, I had some crazy idea of the size implants I wanted. Even though I wanted to look natural and proportionate, I had no idea what size was appropriate for me. I am very petite and narrow and Dr. C measured me saying 275cc max because of my size. I went home confused and worried that these implants would be too small for me. Recovery was a breeze for me. (You'll just feel tight for a few days in your muscles). I had the best first surgery experience with the entire team at Ciaravino Total Beauty. You can read my entire experience here: First free consultation was to get a breast augmentation with Dr. Mohan and the PA, Dolores answered all of my questions and concerns about getting the surgery. I have friends who have gotten their breast augmentation done here and they highly recommended CTB. After my initial free consultation, I was absolutely sure I wanted to get it done here. Pre-op was awesome! Nadia was amazing and helped determined the size that would fit my body and get the fullness I've always wanted. I also got to meet Dr. Mohan and she took my dimensions and explained the specifics as to why this implant size was perfect for me body to get my desired appearance. My breasts were also asymmetrical and based on my chest cavity and how different it was on both sides of my chest, Dr. Mohan mentioned she could fix it during surgery and walked me through the entire process. We decided on going with 300CC on my left side (the bigger boob) and 325CC on my right side (the smaller, flatter boob). It was so fascinating to see the whole process and what my skin (based in its elasticity) could handle. Surgery day was a breeze, I spoke with the anesthesiologist a few days prior so I was already prepared for surgery. When I got there, I checked in and waited about 15mins until Sarah, RN took me in to prep me in my surgery cap and gown. At this point, my husband was able to peel off until they would call him to pick me up after I've recovered. Dr. Nguyen inserted my IV and also prepped me for my surgery. Dr. Mohan came in and also did her final touches to ensure I was ok and was ready for surgery. Once they were ready for me, they put me on the surgical bed and as Sarah helped me get comfortable, Dr. Nguyen explained the sensation I would feel on my hand as he inserts the meds into the IV and that's the last I remember. I woke up with beautiful breasts. After I've recovered from surgery and have woken up, Dr. Nguyen and Nurse Sarah was there. They kindly helped me out of bed and guided me on what to do with my arms and how to take it easy during the transport from the bed to the wheelchair and from the wheelchair to my husband's car. They ensured that my husband was aware of the post-operative plan and sent him home with a paper to reference. Post-op has been great with minimal pain. Dr. Mohan went under the muscle so there are times my chest feels tight but it's not painful. The incisions under the bandage look great and small so I'm not even worried about it scarring. I'm currently one week post-op and my husband and friends and family are surprised on how quickly I'm recovering. I'm still taking extra precaution and taking it easy but my overall recovery has been pretty great. No complaints here! The staff is really nice and for the most part I'm happy with the job Dr. Mohan did. However, I'm taking off a star because for my one and 3 month appointment I was not able to see the doctor. What's more frustrating is each time I made the appointment the staff said it was on days that she would be in the office because she would want to see the progress. By far the best Doctor for a BA. I was living in a ohio at the time I decided to get them. I traveled to LA, Miami and Houston for consultations. I chose to fly in and have Dr. C do the BA because of many factors. His results were amazing, consult was the best, super friendly and paid attention to the look I was wanting. Waited 40 years to finally have a breast augmentation, I did it after having 2 babies and breast feeding. I was very small prior and while the size is proportionate to my body the breast themselves are not . I massaged as they told me and followed everything the stated. When I returned for my three month follow up I voiced my concern and they stated that's how they were before, on smaller than the other. As plastic surgeons that is their job to correct. After looking into getting a breast augmentation and doing some research of doctors online, I spoke with and made consultations with a few of them. After reviewing Dr. Ciaravino's website many, many times lol, I called and scheduled a consultation. Dr. Ciaravino was so professional and knowledgeable, and his staff were all so welcoming and friendly. They answered all my questions and put me at total ease. Everything was laid out perfectly clearly, nothing was convoluted, skewed, or questionable. I was so pleased and confidant in Dr. Ciaravino, that I canceled all my other consultations with the other doctors and scheduled my breast augmentation for roughly a month after my consolation. I am now slightly over two weeks post op and am feeling great! Going into this surgery I had only ever had one other surgery and it wasn't optional. I flew in from NYC just to have my breast augmentation done by Dr. Ciaravino. There are plenty of surgeons in NYC, but after MANY years of research and consultations - travelling to Dr. Ciaravino was the best choice. Not only is he one of the highest rated plastic surgeons in the country, the cost to fly into Houston; stay in a hotel for 8 days; rent a vehicle; and the fee for silicone implants was comparable to just the cost of surgery in NYC alone. Plus they tell you to keep your blood pressure down the first few weeks after surgery... Anyone from NYC knows the only way to do that is to get out of NYC :-) Becca, his patient coordinator, was amazing.
