I went into the office on 09/11/2025 to get a chemical peel. I chose their most intense option, the Melanage peel. I followed the esthetician's instructions carefully keeping the mask on for seven hours, staying out of the sun, and following all post-care guidelines. I began peeling on the third day, but the peeling was very minimal. In fact, I've had superficial peels in the past that produced stronger results. I was advised that if I had chemical peels before, I might not peel at all or only peel lightly. For context, my last chemical peel was in February of this year, and since then I've avoided active ingredients, using only a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. Once the minimal peeling subsided (mainly on my chin, slightly on my cheeks, and none on my forehead), I noticed no glow, and my hyperpigmentation remained. In fact, my forehead appeared darker. The peel literally did nothing for my skin except worsen some areas. This peel was NOT worth my money, let alone $1,600!! I'm sure the clinic would argue that I need to use the take-home kit for at least a month to see results. If that's the case, it would be far more cost-effective to see a dermatologist for a prescription skin-brightening cream or simply visit Sephora. I would like to add that the esthetician, Erica, was wonderful. This review is not a reflection of her work but rather of the product itself and the price charged for something that produced no results/making skin condition worse. I would also like to add that I broke out and was excessively red, even red a week after, so I had to stop using the take-home products. I do not recommend! read more

I went to see Dr. Cash about a year ago while hunkering down in Houston from Los Angeles. I've been holding out on the review because I wanted to wait until I had my lipo with her. Unfortunately, the way my life is set up, I won't be able to get out that way for enough time to get it done. I loved my consultation. She was warm, informative, laid back and took her time as she went through several options that I had to remove my muffin top. I was sold! Her staff was great. The lady who came in to give me the quotes spent an equal amount of time answering all of my questions. I had her type me up 3 options/quotes. Being that this was my first time I did my research and felt comfortable with my decision in using Dr. Camille for this procedure and I'm so glad I did! I recently had my 2nd baby and was tired of looking tired all the time. I came in to get a hydrafacial and fillers with Marty. It was my first time getting both done. Waited three months for a $250 consultation with Dr. Cash. Was told she only consults on Wednesday. Asked to get off work early that day way in advance. Day before consultation they reminded me to complete all intake paperwork. Day of appointment at 5:00 pm was informed that she had a mandatory zoom meeting. Asked if I could come in at 1:30, 2:30 , or 4:30. When I called and said if I could maybe make it at 4:30 I spoke with Elise (I believe her name) . I told her if I got there at 4:30 and had to change into gown that would only give me less than 30 minutes to discuss major breast removal, breast lift , tummy tuck from c- section, lipo..... her response was 30 minutes is enough and usually people don't have a lot of questions!!!!! MAJOR RED FLAG! Do not go here. I was very impressed with Dr . Cash's before and after work. If she doesn't value my consultation then I would never trust her with a scalpel. I can't say enough how wonderful Dr. Cashs' practice is. Dr. Cash is an amazing doctor. I had a breast lift and augmentation about 4 months ago. I love Dr Cash and every one in her office. She is an excellent surgeon for tummy tuck, breast lift and implants. All of which I had done July 2018 and am very happy with the results. However I would not recommend her for facial surgery. I had many thing done neck lift, upper eye lift, lower eye lift, brow lift and lower face lift. I my personal opinion the upper eye lift came out excellent!. The lower eye lift not so much and I believe it looks worse than it did before. My left eye had a much more noticeable bag than before and my right eye has what I can only describe as a dent under it. My neck looks a little better, but I believe more skin could have been lifted! perhaps I did not explain what I wanted well enough and should have had a full neck lift. My Face is thinner which is good, but my Jowls are not as defined as I would like, but maybe that is all she could do. I know that is a difficult place to fix. The jury is still out on my Brow lift. My end conclusion is it just was not worth the 25,000.00 I paid for it! read more

Dr. Cash is an AMAZING DOCTOR and she is wonderful but her office staff not so much. I purchased a set of blue peels 2 years ago. She did not perform them herself only her staff and the peels left me with permanent black rings around my mouth. I did not know it was the peels doing it and the staff who performed the procedure did not tell me either and she proceeded with a second peel. I should have known something was wrong when she would no longer speak to me. I had to go to an esthetician for a year to soften them but the remnants of the procedure are still showing in my face. If you need a cosmetic procedure, by all means Dr. Cash is the best, but if anyone other than her is performing it then run don't walk. read more

Well my journey continues with great results. I recently experienced the mini melanage for the first time. Kristin (aesthetician) made sure before photo's were taken so I can view my progress along the way. She walked me through the process and reviewed all post-op steps and products. Currently it's day 6 and the major peeling is just very minimal. I experienced no side effects, but I would strongly recommend scheduling this procedure on a Thursday, so the major peeling happens over the weekend. My skin has shown great results and visible progress with reduction in hyperpigmentation. I'll keep my yelp family posted. read more

My sister just recnetly went in to the dermatologist at Cammille CAsh office and she has not stopped talking about how she cant believe this is the first time shes went there. She previously had gone to another Dr.s office who prescribed her "face pills" and told her the medicine to clear up her face would be around 50 without insurance, when she went to fill her prescription they told her the prescrciption was actually 850 dollars! She left embarrassed and upset the previous place had lied to her. I got to know about Camille Cash by word of mouth. I'm of African descent so was very mindful and skeptical about the treatment options out there for my skin type - there weren't a lot of positive or encouraging reviews for dark skin. I got an excellent consultation from the outset and didn't feel rushed into anything. I also found the prices reasonable and competitive for the treatment and products. The staff at Camille Cash MD are all very friendly and helped me get through my first (painful) medical spa treatment easily - I had the fraxel dual treatment. My Aesthetician, Kristin, is super! I'm now having follow-up skin treatments that are suited to my skin colour, tone and texture and I'm also benefitting from my new found knowledge regarding skin care that I gained from Camille Cash. My skin has gone through a remarkable improvement to the point that I can leave home without make-up - something I haven't been able to do in a long time. The only regret I have is not doing this earlier.
