Being it my first cosmetic procedure, I was nervous going into it. I've never done surgery or something close to it. I've thought long and hard about lipo and breast augmentation that after a lot of research and weighing the pros and cons, I decided to do airsculpt. Initially I was looking at safer alternatives to lipo. I did cool sculpting and other laser lipos which did nothing. I was considering fat transfer to breasts and found this to be the safest and most natural way. I didn't find much information on realself.com which is where I find most of my research. But I did find one and went on a google spiraling spree from there. I found that they were on YouTube and tv shows. And that it was the new big thing that I had no idea about. I loved the results from my research so I decided to go through with it. The location wasn't too hard to find. They have a parking garage but I think they only validate on surgery day. After that it's like $5 or $7. The first time I did Lyft. It was a bit difficult for me because I have lupus and had to get a medical clearance. Please make sure to get a medical clearance BEFORE scheduling a surgery date, even if you are unsure about your medical interference. They are pretty strict. For finances, they offer a couple pamphlets like carecredit and other loan companies. I think the only downside for me was that they are extremely pricey. This location is actually the least pricey compared to other airsculpt places. I already inquired with Beverly Hills and Dallas. They just weren't in my budget. However, if I had the money, this location in Houston would be the first place I would go for future airsculpting needs. They are really great at trying to work with you. Scheduling was hard on my end but they made it work. And I was able to see Dr. Blome- I don't think I'd have it any other way. As nervous as I was, Dr Blome put all my nerves at ease. He's very straight forward and is helpful and friendly about everything. He definitely made the hard part of it as seamless as possible. During surgery, he played music of my choosing and was very attentive to how I was feeling. He understood that I wanted as much fat out and I would say he did an amazing job! I don't think either of us were expecting the amount of fat that came out, but I remember him saying, "Don't worry, I'm gonna take out as much that is safe as possible." It was nice that I didn't even have to mention it-he just knew. After surgery, I was a bit out of it so make sure to prepare to take it easy in the coming days and definitely book a ride. You have to wear a compression suit and arm sleeves for a month or two so be prepared because I wasn't. Also no working out for two months but definitely need to walk. I did my arm and my stomach and did a fat to breast transfer. It's been two weeks and I love my results so far! I truly had high hopes for the inner thigh Lipo, now I am almost a year after my procedure and wish I could go back in time. The procedure left my thighs disformed and indents at the inflection points. I have not put shorts on since then. {TL/DR: Love my results, but ended with my surgeon fat-shaming me when I sought a second procedure (BBL) and being completely disrespectful and rude.} I would recommend Elite Body Sculpture because they did good work for my lipo for my neck, HOWEVER, I had an extremely upsetting appointment with my surgeon to discuss a BBL, and I left a review on Facebook. I stated that I would like to come back but I would like to work with a different surgeon for reasons written below, but due to the fact that the company has not contacted me to apologize for this behavior, I don't think I'll be giving any more of my money to this company. I had been contemplating a Brazilian butt lift for about 4 years, but due to my BMI, many other plastic surgeons have told me it can't be done at their facilities. It's too dangerous. Fine, I totally understand that. Well then I found Elite Body Sculpture, and I scheduled a phone call with them because there was something on the website that made it sound like they would be able to do it. During the phone consult, I asked, "Does it matter what I weigh to have the Brazilian butt lift? Most other places say I have to weigh 200 at my height for my BMI to qualify." They said NO, it does not matter because most surgeons are concerned with weight due to the fact that most facilities put you under anesthesia during the procedure. Since Elite Body Sculpture does not put you under and you're awake the entire appointment they could do the procedure for me. She told me though "this is a body sculpting procedure, not a weight loss procedure." I told her my goal was not to do this to lose weight. If I want to lose weight I will go on a diet. My goal was to look more proportional. I carry a lot of weight in my stomach and have small hips/behind. I just wanted the fat to be repositioned to the new area. She told me "Ok, great, it sounds like you have a healthy realistic goal, and you sound like a perfect candidate then!" I was also interested in liposuction on my double chin. As the appointment got closer and closer my mom convinced me just to do the double chin and see how I like working with the company. Then if I was happy go back for the Brazilian Butt Lift...especially with covid we didn't know what my finances were going to look like in the upcoming months. I did my chin and was so happy. I was thrilled with the work done. I told all my friends, and people kept coming to me for the recommendation. I couldn't speak highly enough about the company. Then I came back for my 6-month update to look at my chin. I also set it up as my consultation for my Brazilian Butt Lift. The nurse came in and brought me the robe for me to wear so the doctor could look at what we needed to do. We talked and I excitedly told her how much I was looking forward to doing it and I couldn't wait. I felt so happy with my chin I knew I was going to be 1000x more in love with my new butt. The doctor came in and looked at my neck and asked if I had any questions. I told him, yes, and I started asking him questions about the BBL. He told me "So with things like the BBL most people lose weight and then do the BBL because this is not a procedure for weight loss, and you're trying to put the cart before the horse and doing it backward and trying to use it to lose weight. This is not a weight-loss procedure." I looked at him and told him "I know, I'm not doing this for weight loss. I'm doing this to adjust where the weight on my body is, not lose it. Your person who did the phone consultation told me there was no prerequisite for bodyweight for this procedure." He continued to ignore me and told me "It's not going to look the way you want. You're not going to look like the girls who typically get it done." I told him "I am aware of that. I don't want to look like that. I can still weigh what I do but I want the fat to be moved from my stomach to my bottom and hips. I know I won't look the exact same as someone who weighs 200 pounds. I'm okay with that." I even noted how even after the liposuction on my chin didn't give me a chiseled jawline. I still have a bit of a double chin but I'm okay with that because I am bigger, so it looks normal, but I also look significantly better than before and am happy. He said, "Yeah but if you lost weight your chin would tighten up too." The entire experience felt demeaning and embarrassing. I held back tears as he spoke to me as if he just wanted me to drop it so he could move on to his next appointment. I cried the entire 2-hour drive home. He said nothing about it being medically dangerous for me to undergo the surgery. If he had that would be a different story. He just refused to do it because he thought it would look better if I lost weight first. read more

I have always considered having a procedure done, but I've been hesitant for over 10 years due to my fright of going under and the drain situation. I found out just this year about no drain tummy tucks and was considering that, but then I came across Elite. I did research and read everything about and thought this is for me. The fact that I went in did my procedure on a Thursday and was back to work Monday was exactly why I was looking for. I also have a 2 year old at home and besides my first night, I was able to resume my life a normal. Decent but not worth the price. I had my arms, entire abdomen, and inner/outer thighs done. My arms turned out the best however they're now lumpy and you can see lines from the lipo, my abdomen and legs are still the exact same size as before however my legs are now lumpy as well. I eat clean and exercise regularly so now having all of these botched lines and lumps is quite disappointing. Don't let the good reviews fool you. I was lied to be several employees at Elite Body Sculpture during my consultation as well as after my procedure. I went into see if I was a candidate for air sculpt lipo. The Dr. I was there with did not by any means tell me that my procedure was going to be more painful than a csection die to the amount of fat to be taken! The whole Time Rosie and Dr Said i would be down for 2 day's ...LIE. I was down for over two weeks. I was awake and alert for the entire horrific procedure. The Dr did not tell me that i truly needed a mini tummy tuck in order to achieve my goals. I tried to cancel and was told they would "throw in the back bra roll area for free" if I continued with the procedure which was a 3,500 value. The day of my procedure I was very nervous and this Dr was very rude. He was not able to control my pain and so the back bra roll area was not done... Hello I was awake and alert !!! They absolutely refused to refund any of the money for that because they said they would do it for "free". Elite Body Sculpture is only out to make a dime, and the lady who gets you to do the paperwork is in the room during consult so the dr cannot tell you what you really need done. They cannot do the tummy tuck there because you are not put to sleep! You are awake the whole time and can feel them pulling and prodding your body. Just FYI they told me I would be "out of it " NOPE not me! I had a lawyer send a letter and they did give back 2,500 (I only got 1,500) but would not even speak to me until I got a lawyer. I would go anywhere else. I NOW have to pay for another lipo and mini tummy tuck to fix what they completely screwed up, I am completely out of Proportion and have divots where they took more fat than others. Oh and don't ever expect Victoria to call you back, after there is an issue that will not happen! I truly feel like they should have refunded me more than 2,500 for pain and suffering and being lied to. My total was 9k for the whole thing.
