Three weeks post op and truly a 100 out of 10 experience…read more I had the BEST experience at Ciaravino Total Beauty. After going to at least six consults over the years and doing so much research, I chose Dr. Mohan and it was the best decision I could have made. The office is gorgeous but the people are what truly made it special. Dr. Mohan was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable. I was so nervous for my pre op, literally shaking, and she and Amara made me feel calm and cared for. I cannot rave enough about McKenzie, Gretchen, Madalyn, and everyone else who helped me through this process. We were so well taken care of from start to finish. Melanie was amazing too. I got a peel and my skin looks incredible. I wish they were located in Scottsdale because I would be a regular. And the results. I am overwhelmed with happiness. The sizing is perfect, completely perfect for my body, and exactly what I hoped for but did not know how to explain. Dr. Mohan understood my vision and delivered it better than I could have imagined. She also made the incisions incredibly fine and precise. They are already healing beautifully and look so delicate that I know they will be barely noticeable. This place is the BEST. I will never go anywhere else for my boobs. **Photos to come

I went to Dr. Madjidi because after losing over 40 pounds, I had some sagging parts. Lol Three months later, I can tell you without a doubt that Dr. Madjidi is a phenomenal surgeon. Not only was my recovery physically remarkable but the emotional support from the Dr and her office person, Nora, was wonderful. Whenever I had a question, Dr. Madjidi was available. The picture of just me is literally 14 days after surgery. The picture of my husband and I is 1 month after tummy tuck and breast augmentation. So the most amazing part of my results is a credit to Dr. Madjidi's approach. She continually told me to "listen to your body. If it hurts, don't do it. But if you feel OK, then you can." That mindset, coupled with the image I see when I look in the mirror, means that I have a whole new level of confidence. Not because of how random people look at me but because I learned to trust my body again. And while I was worried about cutting through stomach muscles, my abs are now (3 months post surgery), stronger than they ever have been because of how she sewed me up. I could not recommend this doctor more highly.

It has been a complete NIGHTMARE!!…read more I just turned 42 years old, and it seemed like I had been defeated by this medical anomaly and reminded of it daily--Gynecomastia. As I sat back in my office three days after my birthday, I decided that was it; it was time to put an end to the frustration, the self-consciousness and barrier to a better quality of life. I had done the hard work, 4am workouts, plant-based diet, no booze or smoke; all it did was make the problem more pronounced. On that Monday I continued previous research for the surgeon that would best fit me. I found two: one of them Dr. Vitenas; the other, well that doesn't matter now. In inquired online. That morning, I got a call from the heavens, it seems; it was Javier. After telling him my story, he empathized and asked for some photos so that he could consult with Dr. Vitenas. I did and he did, because he asked me to come in that afternoon for a consultation with Dr. Vitenas. I had vacation planned and that fell through so the timing was perfect; as if the seas had opened up-- but it gets better. I arrive at the state-of-the-art facility which houses Dr. Vitenas operating room (OR) (let me tell you that OR is top notch!). The details matter, especially with any medical procedure where sharp objects are involved. The details are evident as I was greeted (first my Melanie on the 1st fl. Beauty Boutique) by Gary, who knew who I was and what I was there for. I finally met Javier in person and he seemed just as excited for me as I was to potentially get this procedure done. He informed me that some magic might have been a brewing because a cancellation had just come in. I met with Dr. Vitenas and without words, he seemed to already know the struggle I was living with and how he could help make this a turning point in my life. I was all-in. I discussed details with Javier and he revealed the opportunity of a lifetime; I could have the surgery the next day if I decided to proceed. And you bet I did. Next came the nurse consult with pre and post-op instructions. I met with Courtney who was also excited for me. She appeared youthful, but you could tell she could do this in her sleep, so the trust carried through to the staff I met that day. This is crucial because I must believe that I will be able to get back to work in a timely manner-- no work no pay in my profession. Fast forward-- I followed the instructions, got the surgery and I was back at work 2 days later and full tilt at the gym 3 weeks after. I left the tape on for that long and wore compression all day and night, I rested, ate well and I could not be more satisfied with the results. Dr. V is a pro. He cares about his product, and he most certainly delivers. If you're looking for surgeon who treats your results as a reflection of his work and passion, Dr Vitenas is your guy.

Every individual on staff is highly competent and offers great conversation and a welcoming personality. Dr. McNamara provides exceptional care. He is always on time, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and kind. One of the many things that has impressed me is that Dr. McNamara has never tried to promote anything unnecessary or costly. In fact quite the opposite is true, he has steered both my husband and I to less expensive treatments when there were options, and has reduced or waived additional fees when I've come in for a check in appointment. When presented with a suggestion for a service, I was provided information to consider and the rest was up to me. No pressure. I also want to take time to applaud each of the amazing men I've had the pleasure of meeting in their various capacities (Dr. McNamara, Walter, and Jose), for each being dynamic, and highly skilled in their respective roles, and for also sharing the ethical and attractive quality of never fishing for insecurity in a person in order to push product or services. That quality can be far too rare in this industry. I really believe this to be a business that is an exception to that rule. It is a practice where elective services are client lead and based on the professionals truly wanting the best outcomes for their patients. These are just a few of the countless reasons that I feel blessed to have found them and I will keep coming back. The glowing reviews are absolutely accurate and exceedingly well deserved!

If you're going to pay a fee anywhere, make sure it's here. Pro tip: Save Dr. Linville for last after you do all your free consults. They apply the One hundred and fifty to your actual procedure! I did 5 total consults but I started with Dr. Cain Linville, near the beginning of the Stay at home order, so my consult was virtual. *embarrassing* He came highly recommended by 2 friends. Then I had a chat with a girlfriend who had a full makeover through another office, she said in retrospect her only regret was not getting other consults. I went and had 4 additional consults, some virtual and some in office but all FREE. From day one, when Kat was in on my virtual visit, she has been in constant contact with me. She was aware I was scoping out the competition and was not in the slightest resentful. Even when I was taking her own time with my additional questions after the fact. I made a last minute request from wanting to do this procedure in December to STAT. Kat made miracles happen as everyone was telling me they were booked until the end of June. Dr. Linville worked his own miracles on my body. He took his time with me on our virtual visit, on our in office pre-op visit, plus the time right before surgery marking me up, and answering any last minute questions I might have. I am ecstatic with my results and I still have a few more weeks of swelling. Post-op I have had great care, two additional visits to his office. His entire staff is pleasant buy Mayra has reassured me in all my post-op emergencies. Given great advice and taken great care of me. I am ready to move on some additional procedures, and I won't use anyone but Dr. Linville's office. Now on the orders of Dr. Linville's staff member Kat, I'm off to have a great day with my fabulous body!

I'm so glad I ended up hunting down Dr. Iero. I wasn't referred to him by my regular dentist…read morebecause my regular dentist wanted to do the extraction but I wasn't comfortable with that so I started looking for an oral surgeon specifically. I was diagnosed with a cracked tooth which caused an infection and extraction of the tooth was going to be the best option. During my consult the office did a really cool scan/xray thing and actually ended up being diagnosed without anyone ever even looking in my mouth which I thought was super cool. The office is also nice and clean which got huge bonus points from me since I can be really sensitive to smells. The extraction took like 20 minutes total and I'm not going to say it was a walk in the park because- someone ripped my tooth out of my face but it actually was painless. Even the shots were so magically well done. One of the nurses/assistants (IDK what they are) told me at the start that she was going to put numbing agent where he would do the shots and just never came back so he did the shots without them and I literally couldn't feel them. I had just had a filling the week before and it felt like the dentist was shooting acid in my face so for Dr. Iero to be able to give me a shot IN THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH without any real discomfort was pretty impressive to me. He also walked me through what he was doing and explained what might happen. When my cap broke off I didn't panic because the doc had given me a heads up. And at the end they gave me a care package of things that I didn't even think to need. If I can give any advice to anyone seeing Dr. Iero though it would be- absolutely do not be late. On the day of the procedure Houston got some heavy rain and drivers were freaking out as they do so while I allowed myself 20 minutes of travel time for the 10 minute drive, I ended up being late and the doc was SUPER obvious about his annoyance. He wasn't angry as much as like disappointed parent mode and he mentioned it not once but twice. I also hate people who are late and I hate being late so I totally understood the annoyance but just allow yourself the extra time. I would still recommend him 10 out of 10 times because of how well he did. If you're that skilled you can be particular- those are the rules lol all in all this was a very positive experience given that i lost a tooth. I'll see him again in a few months for the rest of the process and if (god forbid) I have to get another extraction I will 100% come back to Bellaire facial, oral, and dental implant surgery.
