If I could give more then 5 stars, I would! From the moment we walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful. My son (18) was in to check his wisdom teeth to see if they needed to be removed and they did, but Dr. Darling explained in detail what he was going to do and why. He put my son and I at ease. We didn't expect to get it handled the same day as the consultation but in and out quickly. Would recommend his office to anyone! read more

Billing nightmare, still trying to get things sorted out - but resulting to leaving a review of this very annoying experience to perhaps make them take this more seriously? My wife and I visited back in March 2021 - and my wife had some work done. She ultimately paid close to $450 out of pocket combined between her two visits. We have good insurance and I found this surprising, and sure enough I saw where we were charged for some items that should have been covered. After talking between insurance and the dentist himself, we found that some items had not been filed under the correct codes - in fact some things were originally filed under an "unspecified" code, so of course they weren't going to be covered. Insurance ultimately had them correct this, and we were finally sent an updated explanation of benefits showing that in total we should have only paid ~ $99 out of pocket in total. This has been going on for months and Darling Dental in essence has been giving us the run around to get things taken care of. On more than 3 occasions I was told I would receive a call back from "someone in the office" and that didn't happen. Furthermore, I had the insurance company reach out to Darling Dental them-self to discuss this. It has been communicated to me that Darling Dental has been pulling the same runaround situation with insurance, causing further delay in getting this taken care of. Given the many favorable reviews of Darling Dental I am honestly surprised that this has been such a hassle to get taken care of. I wouldn't recommend Darling Dental and won't be returning. read more

Update: just had my filling done yesterday and I was terrified of getting a shot in the mouth. The Dr. did such a good job I SWEAR I couldn't even fill it. Cannot praise him enough. Best experience! Just left my first visit and I am very impressed with their office. The doctor is amazing! Very kind and explains things in detail so that you can make the best decision with him. The front office was really kind as well. Office itself was clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended! Also: the doctor is a veteran! Happy to support a local veterans business! read more

Nobody really likes going to the dentist however he really makes you feel at home! I just started going there and have had multiple cleanings which were very thorough and got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted which they called to check up on me the next day which seemed very nice read more

Summary: My best experience with a medical institution ever. I have been using services of another dentist for many years and was quite happy other than every year setting up an appointment was more and more difficult due to long wait. I have read good reviews about Dr. Darlington and decided to try. I am glad I did. Dr. Darlington is much more than just an ordinary dentist. He really cares about helping YOU. He is also very passionate about his job and explains everything he plans to be doing putting you at ease with the procedure. One day I called his office on the holiday as I had pain that was getting worse. Dr. Darlington followed up on the same day and his staff accommodated me late in the day, working after hours to help me. I had a root canal and a crown done there - highly professional. Dr. Darlington so far is the only dentist who makes me not feel hurt and relaxed during the treatment! He is awesome! I have my four wisdom teeth pulled out at once, my faces didn't get swollen and everything got back normal the day after the treatment except I ate the soft food for about two weeks. read more

Feel bad admitting this, but I hadnt been to the dentist in 6-8 years because of my fear and anxiety of doctors, but my very impacted wisdom teeth were killing me. My boyfriend recommended Darling Dental, since thats where he got his check up. So, I decided to give them a try! I had a million and a half questions, most that should be common sense, and not one staff member made me feel silly or like I was annoying them, in fact, they encouraged me to ask more! I was terrified of getting my wisdom teeth pulled but Dr. Darlington made it his mission to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Even cracked jokes to make me laugh and ensure I was having a good time. From the consultation to the surgery, Dr. Darlington and his wonderful staff were patient, informative, and efficient. My only regret is not remembering their names, or else i would thank them all individually! Will definately be coming back for check ups and would recommend to anyone read more

Did my kiddos 6 month cleaning today and will say I'm a bit disappointed after the first impression appointment I had last time. The first appointment I felt was thorough and my kiddos came out with a great cleaning. Today's cleaning was 10 mins per child....why schedule an one hour appointment (30 mins per child), when you are out of there in less than half the time. I felt like the hygienist rushed through the kids cleaning. I know the assistant came in to ask to have us move rooms so they can clean the room up for someone else. The hygienist kept us in the same room saying that the other patient was going to take longer...so I assume she hurried my kids cleaning to get to the next patient. Additionally, typically the dentist comes in after the cleaning to check the work (maybe that's why the cleaning was extra short for the first?!) but for my first kiddo, he checked his teeth before the cleaning was done and for my second, it was checked after the cleaning. The cleaning process should be the same in both cases. read more

So normally, I cannot stand going to the dentist. We thought we would try Darling Dental out because it is close to our house. I've had a great experience there. Both of my little ones have gone, and Dr Darlington is great with my kids. I also just went in for a filling replacement and it was the fastest and best experience. Normally I don't get enough Novocaine, my bite is too high, etc. Also - best music playlist in town as well. Also - when I was charged with something that the insurance said would be covered, but then was not when they submitted the claim, the office was nice enough to take it off my bill anyway.
