I made a pretty big lifestyle change by committing to an intense 20 week muscle building workout plan after years of sitting in a chair working long hours in finance. I was about eight weeks into the program and going from a totally inactive lifestyle to hard and heavy weight lifting had my body screaming at me to get professional help. My dad knew of Kim and recommended I try talking with her. Kim listened and asked questions about everything going on in my life and with my body. She then prepared me ahead of time and let me know that some of what she did would involve heavy pressure and I might feel soreness for a couple days afterward. She worked on my whole body and even helped stretch out my hamstrings, hips, chest, etc. I felt sore for about three days after the massage but when I stopped feeling sore, the aches in my back were far less noticeable. It was clear that she was highly knowledgeable and was passionate about her work. She did a great job. In addition to the very helpful body work, she offered to put me in contact with one of her friends that was a powerlifting coach at a large university to see if he could be helpful to me. Thanks Kim! read more

Kim is simply outstanding. She listens carefully, and her skill set with massage is unmatched in my experience. I drive an hour one way to have a 60 or 90 minute session that helps me relax and improves my sleep. Appointments are easy on the website, or you can schedule with Kim. read more

Kim is a healer. Her massages are completely therapeutic -- you get all the benefits of deep relaxation that a good massage gives you, but there is so much more. She is genuinely curious what you are dealing with and makes excellent suggestions for ongoing self-care. I recommend her to everyone who says the word "massage" in my presence. read more

I have had many massages where the therapist seems to be working through a rote. I was happy with Kim because she discussed my issues and then seemed to address them with better moves than I usually see. read more

One of the best massages in Houston. I prefer deep tissue and her massages are high quality. I'm planning on getting them more often because of their impact in reducing my lower back pain. read more

I wasn't impressed with my massage. Kim was very nice, and asked the appropriate questions regarding type of massage, pressure, etc. However, that didn't translate into the massage I received. She came highly recommended by my wife, as well as some friends of ours, so I was disappointed, but sometimes one person's med-deep pressure is another person's light-med. Other than that, the office was clean and well kept, and the appointment started on time. read more

This was my first visit to Kim. My friend is a longtime current client of hers and he did not disappoint with his recommendation. Professional, very knowledgeable, and very courteous! Kim listened well and addressed my issues accordingly. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere at her facility. Her website and online booking system are outstanding! I'll be returning! read more

I visited Kim last month because I was having experience with a lot of hip and leg pain that came on pretty suddenly. I was unable to get a timely appointment with my physician and Kim was using a new myofascial release system so I thought I would go ahead and try it while I waited for my doctors appointment. I had three sessions with her over 5 days. I can't tell you how well I felt by the time I was able to finally get into my doctors office that next week to be diagnosed with bursitis. I'll be going on a regular basis going forward to prevent any more onset of severe symptoms like I had at that point. I would highly recommend her for this service as well as other massage services to help you feel better and take to get better care of yourself. read more

This was one of the best massages I have gotten. I got the regular 60mins + 15mins of fascia blast - and I highly recommend that. Kim was professional. Making an appointment was easy - I had the option to pay upfront when booking or after the massage. At the massage place, Kim sat me down and asked me about my body - any issues or sensititives. And was very informative about the different pains. And then it was 75mins of deep massage that allowed my muscles to ultimately relax. I was very emotional at the end given how my body was feeling. I'll be going to Kim again soon. read more

Strong, professional, knowledgeable, and shows it. Excellent communication, clearly telling you what things she can immediately address and what things she can't. To get rid of that ache or misalignment, you may have to do some work yourself! She'll give you all the help you need to make that happen though. I've come in for everything from residual aching from a broken back to muscle numbness from MS, and she's given me the best results I could ask for every time. read more

If you haven't had a massage from Kim you are really missing out! She is wonderful! I've had neck and shoulder issues for years and I always feel like a million dollars when I walk out of her office. I've had good massages and bad, pleasant and painful, some that even felt nonexistent (where I've left thinking... did I just pay for that?). NEVER have I had body work done that so quickly and astutely addressed the physical discomforts that I walked in with. (Perhaps I didn't even think it was possible?) I had been deali ng with lower back pain for MONTHS that Kim worked out for me in less than an HOUR. I should mention that she was also highly understanding and flexible with regard to my miscommunications beforehand - bless you for that. Honestly, I'm struggling right now with similar pain that has come about during the COVID-19 crisis, and I'm just waiting for this whole thing to be over so I can go back and see her again! Thanks so much, Kim... you are a somatic magician! read more

This was the first massage I've ever received. I'm a 30s, male. I was recommended to Kim by my physical therapist when I inquired about professional massages. Since this was my first time I had no idea what to expect. Kim was quick with response by email to my questions as to what to expect and wear. I felt comfortable around Kim and things went well. I did feel an improvement with my ailments after leaving and she gave me suggestions on stretches to do at home to help. Good experience. read more

This was hands down the best massage I've ever had in my life. It was a pretty massage, and I was having terrible with my back and hips. I've had a lot of massages, and I only book them when I have a problem that needs to be fixed. Kim was perfect. Thank you! read more

You can get a number of different types of massage from Kim. I get knots in my muscles from stress and everyday life, so I always get a deep tissue massage and it's always great. Kim is amazing! Not only can you go for a relaxing massage but if you have any type of back problems she can help with that. I have a pinched nerve that acts up every once in a while and every time it does I scheduled a massage with Kim. She's very thorough and knows about the body, knows what will help and what will hurt. If I could, I'd get a massage by Kim every week! I was referred to her by a friend who has back problems as well as others from falling off a horse a few years back. If it wasn't for her I'd still be trying different coupon deals to get in on massage after massage. I can't tell you how much better you'll feel with someone you can consistently go to that knows how your body is being affected. Scheduling is so easy too, I like to be able to book a massage with just a few clicks instead of having to "request" that time only to have to wait to know if you'll get a massage or not. I could go on and on about how great Kim is but you have to experience to really understand what I'm talking about. read more

Kim is the best massage therapist that I have encountered. I see her personally, and I refer clients to her professionally.

I can't say enough good things about Kim. She's smart, professional, effective, and just as nice as can be. I had a neck and back pain that would not go away and she was able to work it out through massage. She also gave me advice on what to change in my life to avoid aggravating my condition. I really like her process. She listens, assesses what is going on with my body, addresses that, then lays out a follow up plan. Fantastic! read more
