Wow that was so awesome now let me say it was not too easy getting a appointment for me because I don't ever book in advance but I had heard how good she was and had to keep trying. Wow! I feel like I was lost but now I have been found. For starters I've been extremely stressed out physically as well as mentally. Between starting & running my General Contracting company to moving to a different house to getting out of a "negative" relationship that lasted all of 2020 into 2021 I really felt I needed a massage and in my mind I just wanted some one who was licensed (LMT) That's when I found 'Ascended Therapy' I saw they do reiki and energy work but I was really just wanting physical relief at the time. I scheduled a 90 minute heart blend massage. Let me say this without a shadow of a doubt it was the best massage I've ever had. She massaged me as if every muscle was interconnected with the next almost like it was purely fluid. She knows the body, she knew my body better than I knew my body. Based on how I was feeling both mentally & physically during this 'heart-blend massage' I had to ask her about other services she offers. That's when we spoke about a 'Celestún session' she mentioned it would be good for me and it would come with a massage as well so the following week I scheduled that. Another 90 minutes but this time it will be part massage and part energy work. It's hard to explain but the energy work + massage had me feeling lighter, clearer, more motivated and in a absolute state of zen. It's hard for me to even talk after these sessions, Not because I can't come up with words because I'm in such a state of peace I don't want to disrupt it. Sabra is magical. I arrived for an hour long massage experiencing tension and anxiety. Her presence is so soothing that she put me at ease immediately. I briefly told her where I carry stress in my body, but I think she would've known instinctively even if I hadn't.
