Ascended Therapy is truly extraordinary. Sabra, who runs this practice, has one of the most open, loving hearts I've ever encountered. She's genuinely gifted in energy healing -- deeply intuitive, peaceful, and grounded. Just being in her presence brings a sense of calm and clarity. Through her de-armoring sessions, I've experienced tremendous spiritual, emotional, and physical growth. Her work is powerful yet gentle, and it's clear she's doing this from pure intention and service. Sabra's skill in quantum hypnosis is equally remarkable -- she has a natural ability to guide profound transformation and insight. Her prices are very fair, she's deeply invested in her clients, and always easy to reach. You can feel how much she truly cares about helping others evolve and heal. I would confidently say Sabra is one of the very best in her field here in Houston. It's an absolute privilege to know her and to work with Ascended Therapy -- a rare combination of wisdom, compassion, and genuine mastery. read more

Sabra is an amazing healing practitioner. She is professional, kind, very knowledgable and humble. Over the years, I have experienced many forms of spiritual healings and ceremonies. I will say that in only two dearmouring sessions with Sabra, I was not only awakened to a major blind spot that had been causing pain and suffering, but also equipped with the strength to change. I would encourage anyone who is seeking true healing and clarity to book a session. Thank you Sabra! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Sabra! I recommend her therapy 100%. My husband crossed over into the next dimension 2 months ago and I went to Sabra for Beyond Quantum Healing. The hypnosis allow me to connect with my husband and travel to multiple dimensions. I am from out of town and found Ascended Therapy online. Amazing!! Highly recommend body work by Sabra. Wish I could go weekly.

Sabra's bodywork and energy work are truly sent from heaven. I have received both reiki and massage from her. Her massages gave the perfect pressure and the combination of Thai and traditional techniques lull me into meditation while also loosening up deeply held tension. Her reiki is powerful and she received interesting insights about me that resonate with who I am and who I envision myself becoming. Her innerdance sessions are also extremely transformative. I released energetic and emotional baggage that I know I had held on to for a long time. Even since my innerdance session with her, I've channeled my creativity and passion in a much deeper way and feel more in tune with myself. Working with her will catalyze you into a greater version of you. read more

First time visiting for Reiki session. Before we began I was heard and not rushed to be able to set an intention. The safe was extremely safe and like always transformative. The experience was amazing and I highly recommend. I really enjoy having physical touch, it's small and delicate and they feel very warm. I always enjoy and intend to return again. read more

I legit don't understand how she is real life. She is so special, the best massage ever plus the best spiritual stuff ever too! Her energy is extremely calming and safe. I had a session with Sabra, a couple of weeks ago and it being my very first Reiki session, I wasn't sure what to expect. She is such a kind and gentle person and took the time to ask questions and ensure I would get out of the session what I was hoping for. I left my session incredibly relaxed and looking forward to my next appointment to continue my healing work. read more

I attended the Kundalini Activation Innerdance event. It was a brand new experience for me and I have tried many things. The gathering space felt warm, safe and welcoming. Group energy with individual attention. I fluctuated between a sensation of my body dancing (even though I was laying down), waves of emotions and moments of euphoria. Difficult to describe with words, but feeling grateful-so grateful. Looking forward to doing this again. Thank you Sabra~ read more

Sabra is a very gifted energy worker! She has helped to open me up spiritually and I can feel personal growth with every visit!

I visited Sabra today for a massage and Reiki session. I have to say everything was fantastic. She gave clear instructions on how to get to her studio and there was plenty of parking on the street. Her studio is warm, inviting, very clean and peaceful. Sabra had a very peaceful and kind aura about her. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The therapy room is so calm and inviting. The massage was fantastic and Sabra really listens to your needs and concerns. The Reiki session was grounding and healing! I would highly, highly recommend Sabra!! read more

Sabra was wonderful. I've had many massages but she not only was considerate of the areas I mentioned, but could tell what was wrong with other areas and recommended ways to go about healing. The reiki afterwords was equally amazing. Thank you !! read more

Sabra is amazing! The way that she connects with you makes all the sessions with her amazing. I've done with her Reiki, Breathwork, Quantum Healing, body massage, Reiki training. Her selection of music is right on point and she is very powerful moving energy and connecting with your emotions. I used her services while I was going through a heartbreak that I was feeling kind of entering into a depression and she shifted my energy! I also used her distance reiki services for healing after surgery and I felt that it helped me so much :) Everytime I'm feeling odd energetically or physically I user her services as my lifesavers read more

I went to Sabra for an energetic womb clearing and massage. I had worked with her once before and had been a reiki student of hers so I trusted her intuition and guidance. Her intuitive massages are not of this world. Her hands really are powerful and healing. The energy she was able to move in and out of my body was very strong. I felt things in my body I had never felt before! I have been feeling cleansed and more energetically aligned since my appointment with her. She is the real deal! Her space is quaint and inviting and she makes you feel so comfortable! I will definitely be seeing her for another appointment. read more

As a light worker and energy healer myself I have worked with many energy healers and therapists and I have to say Sabra is by far the most talented and connected person to do this type of work. Her massages are divine and the way she is able to move energy and connect with spirit during the sessions is impressive. I cherish my time with her. read more

I went to see Sabra for Reiki/energy healing. I've been to some people that it just felt like they weren't doing much, but just Sabra's space and presence feels elevated. From the moment we started the session, I felt something powerful. I also would say I experienced an "energetic breakthrough" in spaces that felt blocked and emotional "raw". Leaving, I felt so much lighter and connected. I would highly recommend this to anyone open to the work. Sabra has a true gift! read more

I met Sabra in 2018 for my first massage & reiki session with her. I immediately felt comfortable, safe, and I have to say this was the best massage I've ever had, by far. Her Reiki hands are quite spectacular and very healing as well. She moves around you with such love and grace, and I look forward to seeing her every time. I used to be a massage therapist and I am currently a Reiki practitioner. So I am very particular on who I sit with. She is my favorite, if you're looking for a relaxing massage and healing hands, she is your girl. If I could give her more stars, I would. Thank you Sabra for shining your light so bright. read more

Wow that was so awesome now let me say it was not too easy getting a appointment for me because I don't ever book in advance but I had heard how good she was and had to keep trying. Definitely glad I did it's been a while and I hope to see her again only did an hour the last time because that's all she can fit me in for I definitely hope the next time to do at least 90 minutes. I will point out that she is more expensive than your normal massage place but this is done in the privacy of a house and She is extra skilled making it worth every penny. Definitely recommended and I hope to get back in soon! read more

I've had numerous massages over the years, but Sabra's are by far the best. She's very thorough in making sure to hit all spots equally, and she intuitively knows exactly which spots need extra work. Her reiki sessions are great too. I can't recommend her enough! read more

Today was my first time trying distance healing. I have to say this was one of the most powerful sessions I've ever had with Sabra. I could feel the flow of energy flowing through my body beyond anything I've experienced before. I've done many in-person sessions before but this time it was a out of this world experience. I been going through some tough times in the past few months and had been questioning my spiritual beliefs. Today session filled me up with lots of LOVING energy and gave me a renewed sense of purpose. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Sabra for sharing your special gifts with us read more

I had a beautiful experience during my session with Sabra. She helped me to connect with inner self and my intuition in a deep and meaningful way. Every detail from the delicious tea, to guiding me through setting my intention, and inviting me to move my body to prep me for the powerful energy that was about to arise was in beautiful alignment with my initial intention. It truly is special to be held in a safe container as Sabra is working her magic to allow for this beautiful experience to unfold. I was able to tap into my divine feminine potential in mind, body, and soul. I am in deep gratitude to my soul family who made this experience happen for me and to Sabra for being an amazing energy worker and Reiki master. Wow! I feel like I was lost but now I have been found. For starters I've been extremely stressed out physically as well as mentally. Between starting & running my General Contracting company to moving to a different house to getting out of a "negative" relationship that lasted all of 2020 into 2021 I really felt I needed a massage and in my mind I just wanted some one who was licensed (LMT) That's when I found 'Ascended Therapy' I saw they do reiki and energy work but I was really just wanting physical relief at the time. I scheduled a 90 minute heart blend massage. Let me say this without a shadow of a doubt it was the best massage I've ever had. She massaged me as if every muscle was interconnected with the next almost like it was purely fluid. She knows the body, she knew my body better than I knew my body. Based on how I was feeling both mentally & physically during this 'heart-blend massage' I had to ask her about other services she offers. That's when we spoke about a 'Celestún session' she mentioned it would be good for me and it would come with a massage as well so the following week I scheduled that. Another 90 minutes but this time it will be part massage and part energy work. It's hard to explain but the energy work + massage had me feeling lighter, clearer, more motivated and in a absolute state of zen. It's hard for me to even talk after these sessions, Not because I can't come up with words because I'm in such a state of peace I don't want to disrupt it. I feel like every time I have left Ascended therapy I've been healthier and happier. I'm not the best at reviews and I could ramble on about this all day. I just Know Ascended therapy and Sabra deserve every single positive review. I will never get a massage from anywhere other than Ascended Therapy. read more

Sabra is incredible. I went to see Sabra after several months of mounting stress and tension from selling a house and moving across the country. From the very beginning of the massage, I could feel my body start to relax under Sabra's healing hands - she just knew exactly what areas needed work. During the reiki session, I felt different areas of tension shift and release as she worked, and eventually, I found myself sobbing as Sabra held so much caring space for the pain I was in. Thank you, Sabra, you're a gift!! read more

I have been working with Sabra for over a year getting massages and doing energy work. She has been such a blessing in my life! I had been searching for a massage therapist who would use firm pressure to find the root of my tension and release it. Sabra seems to do this intuitively. I had done some energy work before, but never to the extent and with the results I have had with Sabra. It is a great compliment to a massage, or on its own. In our sessions, we have worked through areas of energetic tension in my life, and I feel stronger, happier, and more confident in my body and soul. I highly recommend trying a session with Sabra. For me, it has been magical:) read more

Sabra is amazing! I booked a quantum healing session with her having no idea how well it would work. I had received reiki elsewhere and felt little shifts, but felt so much better after working with Sabra. To me, this is the ultimate self care! I reached out to Sabra for a reiki session. This was right as things were starting to shut down due to Covid19 and I was concerned we wouldn't get able to make the appointment. She allowed me to come in and I am sure glad she did. She did such an amazing job! I really felt connected to her & her work. Having had energy work literally, in many places around the world, I think it says something when someone "wows" me with their connection. I am glad I found her and will continue to see her! I recommend anyone looking to try reiki come to visit. I just booked my massage this month and I expect nothing but the same great experience! read more

Sabra is magical. I arrived for an hour long massage experiencing tension and anxiety. Her presence is so soothing that she put me at ease immediately. I briefly told her where I carry stress in my body, but I think she would've known instinctively even if I hadn't. She's very intuitive and has a distinctive way of applying powerful pressure without resulting in pain. She thoroughly kneaded out all of the knots in my shoulders and left enough time to attend to the rest of my body. I ended the session feeling like a colossal weight had been lifted. The sensation was so strong I worried that Sabra would be drained after working so laboriously, but she was pleasant as ever. I've already recommended Sabra to friends in need of a restorative massage. She's a truly gifted healer. read more

I had a really magical experience with Sabra. It was clear from the moment I walked into the ascended space that it was a healing space and that continued for my whole session.
