I should have known this was a horrible idea. There was no one in the waiting room. I had plenty of time to read his "specials" on a dry erase board. He is NOT a physician! Let's start with that. I had severe bruising that lasted for almost 2 weeks. Took vacation because my face looked like a prizefighter that lost. No amount of makeup would cover the deep purple and black bruises. My injections were excruciating! The pain was so bad that I sobbed. I have had Botox for years and never had anything remotely that painful. Played college sports and coed soccer with serious injuries that never caused me to cry out in pain. I kept telling him it was horrible pain. He insisted that it was just me. I called multiple times after to talk to him. No one returned my calls. I had to see a real doctor. He told me to wait because there was nothing that could fix it. Months later my eyebrows are still crooked and my lip lines look worse than before. I looked permanently surprised at first. Now I just look quizzical, but at least my forehead is able to move. This is going to be lengthy so I suggest you grab a snack. lol. I read many reviews and everyone talks about how they love their service or they don't but they don't go into to any details of their experience and that I believe is something that SERIOUSLY needs to be addressed here. I told myself I would hold off or a solid week before posting a review, due to my wave of emotions I have experienced in regards to my services, I am also trying to be fair... with that said I waited an entire 13 weeks! First off I have had Botox a half a dozen times, this isn't my first rodeo. I have had great experiences and some not so great. I have moved a lot as well that's why I change locations (in case you're wondering) But, I have NEVER done Juvederm in my lips, and I was incredibly nervous. I have had friends do it before, I have seen the results but over all I really didn't know what to expect and I was really hoping to have a thorough walk through, a detailed explanation of the whole process including after care, swelling expectations etc. If you haven't had our lips done, well you're in for a real treat of "shock and awe" post procedure. I found New Heights Med Spa on Groupon, I though $589 for Juvederm Ultra and 20 units of Botox was a steal! So I purchased it, called to make an appointment and Adam had asked if I already bought my Groupon because they would just honor the prices if I hadn't, I hadn't yet but I knew I was still going to purchase online anyways JUST in case, thank god I did. So anyways fast forward to Black Friday (11/25) the day of my appt, I was the first one there I tried to get there early but I got lost so I got there right at 10. The receptionist wasn't there, it was his son who didn't know what he was doing but I understand he was just trying to help; I checked in and said I had a Groupon. He told Adam this and Adam immediately was super annoyed I had purchased online telling me Groupon takes half their money yadda yadda.... I don't care, you're on there for a reason, don't cut out the middle man! I rushed through all the paperwork so we could get this going. He took me into another room, very poorly lit with one large light over a bed, like a dentist office kind of. I repeatedly told him I was nervous, It was my first time I showed him a few pictures, told him I wanted my natural shape but SYMMETRICAL and fuller, I want my lips evenly plump I don't like when the bottom is much bigger aka Kylie.... He immediately told me to upgrade to Juvederm plus ($40 more) he said its smoother, so I agreed. Feeling apprehensive, and about him, the service, and this place. He isn't explaining ANYTHING to me. Just reassuring me I'll be okay.. I don't know how it works. He constantly said, you'll be fine, don't worry. Etc... okay. He put some blueish clear numbing cream all over my lips, and left and let me sit for about 5-10 min. Came back, and started poking my lips. He gave me a mirror to watch the whole thing but I couldn't, it hurt. Like a bee sting, not terrible but maybe a 5 out of 10, and once it was really painful, like a 7 or 8. So I would look at them directly after and I just didn't know what to look for, I trust he is doing what I told him right?! So the whole thing takes like 7-10 min. towards the end, he struck the top left hand side of my lip and it hurt fucking bad, and I looked at it and it was huge, it was immediately bigger and I asked um why is it uneven?? He said its swelling and it will go away.. NO NO NO! There was like 5% of my syringe left.. I am staring at myself like... hmm this isn't right!! I tried to act calm, took a deep breath and let him move along to my forehead for Botox So I know exactly what I DO NOT want with Botox, that is droopy eyebrows/lids. I also JUST had Botox 4 months prior, I really didn't need much like 10 units would have worked but 20 was the only option for Groupon. Mind you, I have NEVER EVER had over 20 units, and I usually go 9 months in between sessions. Adam proceeds to tell me I need 32 units in my forehead. HAHAHA! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME! My forehead hardly even moved prior... he also said they were 4 unit injection points... okay I remember my last place using 2 and 3 unit placements, AND mapping it all out on a chart to show me exactly where the injections were going etc. I could praise them for days on here but that's beside the point. I told him I am in no way putting more than 20 in my forehead; he once again acted annoyed with me that he couldn't upsale me. He then went ahead stuck my forehead 5 times, it was the most painful Botox I have ever had; I usually don't even feel the needles. I had a bruise within seconds on the middle of my forehead. I was furious at this moment, I told him that he did that so unevenly and he argued that he didn't. I mean shit, no going back now... he was rushing. I got up gathered my things to check out. I had a terrible outcome to Botox w/this doctor. I had the injections on 6/3/16 and w/in five days, I could not close my eyes completely, therefore they teared constantly and especially at night. Also this caused my vision to blur, and my brows to sag. Initially this was alarming so I contacted my eye doctor. Furthermore, I've been getting Botox treatments since 2000, and never had a doctor NOT ask for permission and/or explain the use of a larger dose than previously used or purchased. I had bought a 20 unit Groupon, because I only needed a touch up, and I specifically indicated two areas only, above brows and at the side, "crows feet". This doctor injected 52 units in these areas, yet also within my orbital bone (too close to the eyes). Fortunately it's been 11 days now, and the problem is no longer as severe. I just can't 'wink' and have a strange wrinkle pattern on my forehead. My ophthalmologist said luckily it will wear off in time. Ultimately, I believe him to be inexperienced, and his withholding was unethical; the office in general came across as financially desperate. read more

I have always had stubborn fat around my knees, and nothing has helped get rid of it, until now. I can both see and feel a difference. I've had Botox administered for TMJ and it was successful and gave my masseter muscle group a well needed rest and my jaw slimmed a bit I've also taken my mother for Botox from a mid eyebrow crease and it disappeared and made her quite happy. Then I noticed that IT COSTS LESS IF YOU PAY IN CASH!! Super sketchy. Then I got back to the room for botox. I've been getting Botox for years, at a variety of places from med spas to plastic surgeons. Was just trying to save some money and try someplace closer. Anyways, it's a sketchy room. Then he goes on for an hour of talking... normally, Botox takes me 10 minutes. This was an hour long appointment! Most of that was due to him rolling his eyes at me and trying to tell me I needed 32 units on my forehead when I asked for 10. Never have I had a someone sit there for 30 minutes trying to tell me how wrong every other place I've been to.. including two plastic surgeons... how wrong they were this whole time and I needed 32. I've been pleased with my results with 10 for years now... I know what I want. I almost walked out on multiple occasions. I knew I should run but I decided to stick it out. Anyways, don't go here.
