I was waiting for the owner to address the concerns from the feedback I left after my service- since that did not happen- here is my review. I recently had a consultation with Sabrina, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the start, her demeanor came across as unprofessional, and she consistently displayed passive-aggressive behavior from the moment I walked in the room. Rather than engaging in a productive and respectful conversation, she was condescending and patronizing throughout the session, making me feel dismissed and kept repeating the answer for the question she asked me MULTIPLE times. I had hoped for a constructive dialogue, but her attitude and tone made it difficult to have a meaningful exchange. This experience left me feeling frustrated and regretting my decision to book here which after researching seemed to be a reputable place. I have been to this location twice now and both visits were great. I honestly can't see myself going anywhere else at this point. Daisy, the front desk staff is always extremely helpful and accommodating, even with last minute squeeze-ins, if available. Prior to my first visit, the scheduling and pre-paperwork process was super easy. I am new to getting injections of any kind, but have extremely bad TMJ pain that causes my jaw to lock up and constantly click. It also causes migraines as well. Melanie was my Practitioner. She was amazing and did a thorough evaluation before making any recommendations. I did not feel pressured to get anything that I was not comfortable with like some places try doing to get you to spend more. Melanie educated me on the procedure and what I can expect. I was a bit hesitant at first, since there is always bad stigma when it comes to getting any kind of "work" done. However, I was assured that this would not change my appearance, but will definitely help with the pain by relaxing my masseter muscles and temples. The pain level was very minimal and no downtime afterwards. The entire process took less than 30-min. They also carry my favorite skincare line, SkinMedica, so I was able to pick up some moisturizers (for no more than I'd typically pay) after my visit instead of ordering it online. As a walk in customer the front desk representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to get me in this afternoon for a special facial. Amanda Lara was very knowledgeable in specializing my care since I have cancer, have had chemotherapy, hair lose, hair regrown, and sensitive skin. She did a low level diamond serum treatment, with top level cleansing and moisturizers. I mentioned the peach fuzzy hair regrowing on my face, she recommended a derma hair and surface removal. My first visit and what a nice experience! One of the main draws here is they have licensed aesthetic Nurse Practitioners performing the treatments (safer). Mine was Tosin Eyikogbe, FNP who was very experienced in all the lasers & injectables. I had full face BBL - she used a quick numbing cream and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, checking to see if I felt heat or pain (it wasn't bad).
