My mother wanted to get mother-and-daughter facials for the kick-off of her 80th birthday. We were…read moreonly in Katy for one day so finding a reservation for two people at the last minute was impossible. So I wanted to make sure mom had hers. We booked with Norma based on available time and proximity to our hotel. I am ever so glad we picked her. We showed up at a townhouse, super cute, but I thought for sure I had the wrong place. We entered a space that was clean and calming. Norma's demeanor was professional, welcoming, and very soothing. My mother explained we were trying to do a mother-daughter day. Norma smiled and said it would be her pleasure to care for us both. We had side-by-side rooms. After a quick assessment, she recommended receiving the Signature Facial for both of us. She juggled us both without showing a sense of being juggled. I felt very calm and cared for but most importantly, I felt that Norma was taking the most excellent care of my Mother. This facial was the second one in my life and I am in awe of the difference it has truly made to my skin. It is quite obvious that she is very knowledgeable about skin and its care and that she is passionate about educating others about a continued skin care regimen. Other reviewers have said they felt like they have known Norma their entire life, and it is true; she welcomes you, cares for you, and advises you about skincare like a dear friend. My mother and I travel to Katy often and I genuinely look forward to seeing our new friend for more skincare soon. It was amazing.

But from the moment I called the office, they made me feel at ease. During my first session, I was tense, but within five minutes of those first gentle touches, I could already feel relief. As the therapist worked on the other areas, I felt even better. I was amazed! I've now seen all the therapists here, and they are all amazing, so caring and knowledgeable. Carolina is such a personable person, and the moment she talks with you, you can tell how much she cares and how well she understands post-surgery recovery. She trains her team so well, and it shows in every session. I'm in love with this place and recommend it to everyone I know!

In 2021 I did have lipo and a tummy tuck so I have had well over 10+ lymphatic drainage massages and what I received at this clinic was not it, the masseuse barely touched me. I mean ,she was literally grazing me with her finger tips like she was afraid to touch me . It was so awkward and off putting. She continued grazing me with the tips of her fingers barely touching until the end of the session and then told me to drink water ... for what . I understand it's supposed to be light pressure and gentle ,but this was terrible . Wasted my money , never again.

Initially, I came here because of a Groupon deal, the laser lipo, and ended up booking my first cool sculpting session the following weekend. Apparently, results from cool sculpting can be immediate with optimal results after a few months. That following week, I came in and the lady who helped me forgot where she exactly placed the measuring tape around my waist, so I didn't find out how many centimeters I lost around my lower abdominal area immediately. Not going to lie, I was a bit bummed. Christine rectified my experience by offering me another session at no cost to me, which was today. She didn't have to do that for me, but I do appreciate her. This time we did my upper abdominal area. I came in at 78cm and left at 77cm. I will update my review in a few months with my results - photos and all!

We were told on the phone a combo hair wash and facial would be $60 but not include deep clean like pimples . When asked about the $60 combo they told us the facial would not include pimples so we opted for the facial only for $55. For $55 we thought it would be a deeper facial but it was not what we expected . The combo was $60 and the express facial was $55. Why not just get the combo then? $55 was not worth it for the express. Something you can do at home. Was couple soaps on your face and a hot towel and a face mask. And that's it. The sign made the express facial limited only outside sign made it seem so special but it's standard facial they have on their menu. Was very disappointed and won't be coming back. I understand costs have gone up. But if you're only going to do the bare minimum then charge accordingly.

It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I was in & out in less than 20mins. Highly recommend, especially for avid waxers. ENTER FREELY, they've been Approved:)

She also offers samples and product recommendations to try, but never makes you feel pressured to buy anything. One thing that stuck with me is her more "traditional" approach to skincare, focusing on achieving the best results without compromising your skin's health. Prior to seeing Ify, my mom had been diagnosed with a condition that had made it almost impossible for her to do daily things like taking showers, picking up something from the floor, etc without excruciating pain. In her dr defense, they never bothered to run tests to see if her body was defiant in key nutrients. For the past six years, every single dr she saw would do the same thing - take out their little legal pad and prescribe a "cure" that only brought with it terrible side effects. Two IV treatments in and my mom is now able to pick things up from the floor, put on her socks and shoes, walk around without pain. She is feeling so great that she has decided to lose weight using one of BodySense Aesthetic's weight loss programs. Besides the fact that Ify is a wonderful woman, she has a beautiful spa and has returned something to my mom that she lost many years ago.
