I just wanted to share my experience with Shannon at Texan Tan. I went in about 2 weeks ago for my first spray tan. First off, it was a last minute decision for a wedding I was in and Shannon fit me right in. I went to her house for the appointment, a little nervous about baring it all at a strangers house but trust me when I say, Shannon is more than professional. She has an entire room set up for tanning and she makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and lets you know everything she is doing while she is doing it. I think I was in and out within 15 minutes, tops! My tan came out a GORGEOUS brown and I got so many compliments at the wedding. I waiting to give the review so that I could give an accurate assessment as to how long it lasted. It was a week and a half before the color started to come off, that may have been because I bought the body wash and lotion to extend the tan (both I would recommend for silky smooth skin). I absolutely adore this service!! I was having a 50th birthday party and wanted to look extra nice and since the sun makes you look even older I decided to try the spray tan- not to mention no time to lay out and ruin my skin. It is absolutely amazing, it is so natural looking and so fast! NO splotches, no runs, no missed spots its amazing. My family could not believe how good I looked and I was amazed at how good I felt!! My daughters have been going to Texan Tan for sometime now. If you are seeking a great spray tanning experience this is the place to go. Shannon's business is out of her home and we have never felt so comfortable going to someone's home; the very first time we went, we felt like we had known her for years. She is very professional and is so accommodating. She always does her best to fit us in to her busy schedule. My daughters always look so natural; never orange. Today I had my 1st ever spray tan and I am so HAPPY with the results!!! Shannon w/ Texan Tan is so awesome! I felt so comfortable and the process was so easy! I wish I'd have found her sooner! Awesome! Courteous and friendly staff! I was a bit apprehensive of letting my daughter receive her first spray tan because of her very fair freckled complexion and receiving a potential "orangey appearance" that I have seen on some teens. Shannon was aware of my concerns and knew the perfect coloring for her skin tone. My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised how natural it looks and she can not stop smiling. Shannon was great! I love that she consulted with me on what I wanted before she sprayed me.
