I went to Kristi for quite a number of years. She was a very good hairstylist that for about the last year she was always pleasant. I don't know if it was something about me she didn't like it. She began getting very curt and on my last appointment, she actually yelled at me Over nothing. I guess I asked too many questions or some thing. In any case, I shouldn't have paid her but I did and I left, and I never went back. That's no way to treat your customers. If you really don't like somebody just tell them that it's not working out and they need to go somewhere else but saying things to and humiliate somebody and chastise them in front of other clients is not a responsible way to run a business read more

I went here based on the reviews. My hair was better before. The haircut looks like a horses tail and I asked her not to cur my hair like that. She does what she wants and never asks what you want. If you want brown hair with tiny blonde this is your place. I have 6 inch roots that are not my hair. She dyed it like that! I would leave the salon with 1-2 inch brown roots. I asked for color and highlights. she colors your hair between foils. I have brown spots all over my hair now. Worst color ever. I have 4 different colors and it looks trashy and a amateur. Kristi did a great job on my hair! It was over processed, dry and I could barely run my fingers through it. She made it soft and manageable again with a great cut and olaplex [sp] treatment. It feels amazing now and afterwards I kept telling my husband to "feel my hair! It doesn't even feel real.. it's so silky!" However, her expertise lies in the color. Kristi is so meticulous and a perfectionist when it comes to getting you what you want. I brought in pictures and we consulted for a while before she started the process since it was my 1st time (found her on Yelp!). She explained how blonde she could get me, how dark my roots would be and she explained that it was going to be a "reverse ombre" and not a bayalage like I thought. I think bc my hair was practically damaged blonde from excessive highlighting. No matter the terminology, she delivered exactly as promised. She was so careful applying the color/lightener where needed and blending it out with her fingers...a real artist. The results are beautiful!! Second time going last Friday. She did a wonderful job the first time I went in October last year. This time, she accidently double booked and gave me a complementary deep conditioning treatment for the mistake. She apologized several times. I have no grudges. I heard about her via Yelp and Facebook last year, and was lucky enough that she had a cancellation so she was able to see me fairly quickly. I LOVE Kristi, I have been going to her for a year now, and she's turned my hair around. It's long and healthy and looks incredible after one of her amazing dye jobs. The color doesn't fade, either.
