‼DONT GO HERE‼ I went to a lady named Lauren and I asked for 2 inches off my hair and my front hairs framed around my face. She recommended that I should get it layered since my hair is wavy. I told her I did not want it layered because my hair would be too short. she proceeded to accept what I wanted. after she washed and conditioned my hair she moved on to cutting it. she stopped and told me "let's try something" she brushed all my hair to the front and started cutting INCHES off of it making it exactly what I told her I DID NOT want. I was extremely upset about the fact she didn't care about what I wanted she went with what she thought would look good. I DO NOT recommend her she is very unprofessional. read more

She's tamed my husband's 3 crazy cowlicks AND worked wonders for my son's half asian/caucasian stubborn hair. I finally made time to get my hair cut yesterday. She's wonderful to work with: easy to talk to, she listens, and she did a great job cutting and styling my hair. And... she worked her magic on my tricky asian hair too! I went in to get my hair evened out because I cut it myself. I showed her a reference picture of what I wanted and tried to explain (I said v cut with layers), but she cut me off every time I spoke and barely glanced at the reference picture. I came in with long blended layered hair (I just wanted it evened out) and came out with short BLUNT choppy hair :( Wasn't even close to what I told her. She gave me thick blunt tips when I asked for the opposite (feathered out v-cut). Plus, the actual layers within the body of the hair made a square shape at the ends aka, super choppy unblended layers. It's clear they've gotten used to giving horrible sloppy cuts, then blow drying it with a round brush to temporarily make it look good and hide all the choppiness. I had a special event I was excited to look good for, now i have to find a way to fix my hair if I want to go without crying from embarrassment. For my girlies whose hair means a lot to them, run far away from his place. read more

Went in for a trim because we have family pictures coming up next weekend. Asked Anthony not to blow dry my hair because it was raining outside. When I finally styled my hair the ends were completely uneven and choppy. A $35 trim plus tip and it to look like this. The first and last time I'll be going there. I will not be back. read more

Michelle did a great job with my requests, but when she was asked if I would like it curled, she failed to tell me it would be an additional cost of $10. I called days prior to discuss pricing and was told it would be $47 for a wash, cut and style. When I called again, I verified the price, but when I was done I was quoted "$67" at the desk. I asked "for what specifically because when I called I was quoted $47" it was the wash, cut, style, ($47) curl ($10) and your length ($10). I'm most upset because if someone is calling, inquiring about pricing I would hope that the girls at the desk would be inquisitive enough to ask the length of my hair so I am prepared to pay for an extra fee. I also wish my stylist told me it would be an additional $10 for a curl so I could have declined. Although I am happy with Michelle's work, I am rating a three because the girls at the desk are not doing well at supporting the work of their stylists by being more inquisitive during the booking process. With the prices I've shared, I understand how $20 may seem minor but with my current position, I am on a tight budget and this has placed me in a difficult spot for the upcoming week. I don't appreciate feeling taken advantage of with unexpected pricing at checkout.. I will be considering other places before going back. read more

Noel disregard my requests on how to do my mixed hair and gave me the worst haircut of my life, when I went in the next day to express my concerns she said there was nothing she could do except hack off the other front side of my hair to match the hack job she did on the right. She cut entirely too much hair for a simple fringe to frame my face and i've never been so upset. She also showed no remorse or even apologized for the horrible job she did, she told me she didn't even charge me for that haircut because she "knew I wouldn't like it" aka she knew she f'd up. I've cried every night about the horrible haircut she gave me and advise anyone with curly/ natural hair to find somewhere else to go. read more

So I trust Noone with with my hair. My last stylist moved away and I've been stuck with the same nest for 4 months. I finally broke down and decided to find a new stylist. A bit about my hair, it's super thick, super wavy and if you cut it wrong, it's a hot mess, I look like cousin it with a poof. So I showed up with my poof and just asked for a haircut an trim. The lady, I believe it's Chandra, I know it's close, she gave me a card which I've misplaced. Short hair with some fancy colors in her hair worked on me. I informed her of my many bad past experiences and that I know my hair will look amazing when I leave but what will it look like the next day?! Well it's been 2 days later and I have to say, thank you, I'll be back. My hair was thinned out properly, no frizz, no poofs, and the right length. She did a good job explaining what she did. I can't repeat it because I don't know much about haircutting, I just know when it's a good cut and a bad cut. Based on this experience, I'll be back for the same person. I saw a few men in there with several kids getting haircuts, everyone looked happy. If you're in the neighborhood, I'd give it a try. Glad I can now cut my hair closer to home. Whew! Walk-In. It was nice to be able to walk in for a shampoo and trim and not have to wait long. Trim is perfect and shampoo felt amazing; a little head massage and scrub! My stylist was so sweet; I told her I've only been in TX for 2 weeks so she shared some great places to go kayaking and bar hopping etc. :-) I thought that was cool. I have always been a Visible Changes person since I was in the middle of Houston and all the hustle and bustle and since I've moved out to the woodlands I saw this place and have been here about three times. I get my haircut from Emily and she is awesome! I love how she takes care of my head by giving me a head massage as I'm getting a shampoo and conditioner! I love our conversations and how she knows what I want at times without even telling her. Please don't get me wrong I do let her know what I want and she does it and then she gives me a suggestion and I agree and she goes at it with my hair. Emily is a great hair stylist! Be aware before you book an appointment. Not all of them has an experience and professional hairstylist. Please ask the receptionist first if it's your first time. I went there yesterday to got my hair done without knowing any of them since this was my first time so I just got to who ever available by booking an appointment through the phone. The result turn out pretty bad. I got a hair color plus trimming my hair. Once I got home and I noticed that my hair is uneven and the color of my hair isn't look like. I was so disappointed it and I have to come back to get it done with another lady name Emily. I gave 3 stars because for Emily otherwise I would do only 1 star. Don't want to get drama but they need to make sure everyone has more experience because this is not the school salon that everyone can get a practice. read more

Love one stylist here- awesome. Made the mistake of going to someone else since my regular guy was booked. Worst haircut I've gotten in decades unfortunately. And I'm not picky either. Uneven weird choppy layers and cut off about 3 more inches than I asked for. He also thinned out my hair unevenly in the back. Never mind this looks zero like what I asked for- not even close. This will take months (6) to grow out (ugh). Going to another salon tomorrow to see how much of my hair can be salvaged. Also frustrated as I told the receptionist that I absolutely did not want an inexperienced stylist. But an inexperienced stylist is what I got. Talk about regret! For the full year I have been going to this location I have had excellent services. Never have I had to wait in line and if I had to wait it hasn't been more then a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every stylist I have cut my hair by is well experienced. The salon is well kept and cleaned. Love that after a hair cut, they'll shampoo my hair. Before they opened I used to go to hair clips of Rayford due to the convenience and I never really liked the way my hair was cut there. As every girl, I trust no one with my hair. It's super long and thick. If it's cut the wrong way, it's horrible to maintain. I haven't had a cut in over 2 years since I have only ever had 1 stylist... However, I had a formal event to attend to and I desperately needed a haircut.
