Anthony did a great job at cutting my long hair in the type of layers I requested. I showed him a picture and he replicated it very well. He was friendly, easy to talk with, and helped me feel comfortable. I'm very happy with my new hair cut. Thanks Anthony! Only wish it would have been a little cheaper. I paid $65. Took my son to Supercuts for his Graduation haircut and I thought I had made his appointment online (which you must do) correctly but apparently it didn't go through. Luckily enough there was enough time in between cuts where the young lady had time to cut his hair. There is no seating in the waiting area so if you are expecting to wait you'll have to wait outside in your car or stand outside the door. These ladies do not make up the rules but during these times we have to try to adhere to anything out of the ordinary. Like wearing masks while getting a haircut or holding it at least. The young lady who cut my sons hair was very polite and did a good job cutting his hair. Just remember to make sure your appointment goes through by calling them to make the appointment that way they can double check that it went through. read more

I'm giving 2 stars for the friendliness of the staff. Other than that I can't say much else that's positive. I went in for the managers special, and wanted my hair blow dried. I asked how much for that and was told $35. I asked $35 all together she must of misunderstood me or didn't hear me and said yes. I also wanted a brow wax. The shape was fine, but my eye is still red where she waxed it yesterday, and I had to go back and clean it up. The hair cut is fine I guess, but it isn't the v cut I wanted. I came in with over 2 and half feet of hair for her to work with and photos showing the shape I wanted. It looks alright and I'll have it reshaped by someone else later on. Now let's talk about the $35 blow dry. She fumbled around with blow dryers. My hair got caught in the brushes multiple times. I had 2 employees tugging and pulling out my hair rushing through it was after closing when they were drying it. I spent $70 for sub par quality hair service. I will never go back. read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel this was sort of important. I came in 30 minutes before closing, which was an inconvenience to staff on my part, but I only wanted a trim- which took all of 5 minutes. I asked for it to be thin on the bottom, not expecting or wanting a choppy haircut, but that's what I got. I just wanted to get out of there and not inconvenience the staff further. Fortunately I was able to correct it myself, but after spending $20 on just a trim, I don't want to have to go home and correct it. read more

Awful awful experience at eldon square branch. My neck and scalp were left sore and scratched and my hair didnt look too awful when she showed me... boy was I wrong it was just how she had styled it. Brushing it out I find out its totally uneven and bits everywhere, then there is the total lack of feathering and layering so the full thing looks choppy. AVOID. read more

I hadn't read any reviews on here prior to my visit, but my husband had gotten a haircut by James months ago and had no complaints, so after some not so happy experiences at a few other places, I ran in to give it a try, and am so happy and pleased I will be only getting my hair cut here from now on! I explained my previous experiences with Julya and what my goal was for my hair. I immediately felt confident in her abilities and was open to any suggestions she had. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! I'm so happy with my hair cut, it feels lighter, healthier, and is on the way to getting closer to my preferred style! I was at this location the other day and I described my haircut that I wanted and he completely botched my hair and I had no time at the moment to ask him to fix it nor would I want him to fix it he was just mess it up more and then more I had to get a different barber to cut my hair just so that way I am somewhat presentable for a job read more

The rule in Harris County is 10 & under don't need to wear masks. We were refused service, after sitting 15 minutes in the waiting area, bc my barely turned 2 year old won't wear a mask. I was wearing one. Two year olds won't keep a mask on. The man was very rude & said my son would get him sick. My two year old is not sick nor did he have any symptoms. read more

Went yesterday for the first time to the SuperCuts at 27676 Tomball Parkway. Being new to the area I was a little apprehensive as to how my hair would come out. My stylist was a young lady named Alexis. She was very professional and made sure to follow all Covid19 precautions. She also made sure she understood what I wanted done with my hair. Went to Supercuts because by and large I have had reasonably decent experiences with the chain. Lisa was the hairstylist I drew in the gamble of the new place new hairdresser roulette. I didn't have an appt so after watching a person in front of me opt out on her and choose someone else, I thought after sitting there for over an hour that I had hit the JACKPOT! Now... let me set the stage for you. I wear a short pixie haircut that had grown out by about two inches. I sat in the chair and let Lisa go to work. I told her short and tight and bright in the back (I don't care for the "wispy thingys" most women like). After about 25 minutes she was done annnnnndddd she never offered me a mirror to look at the back. I was in a hurry so I paid and tipped her and ran out the door to meet my appointment. I got home, got busy with my animals and went into the bathroom. Now, mind you, I knew she had cut the right side a bit short... it was sticking straight up! I told myself I could easily manage it with about a quart of gel and some hairspray. Then I pulled out my makeup mirror and turned around.... OH THE HORROR!!!! It looked as if Helen Keller herself had trimmed my noggin....Not only had she left a huge gap in my hair on the left side of my head right next to the back of my head, she had also cut several LARGE gaps in the back of my head that are so freaking bad YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No hiding those babies with all the gel and hairspray in the world...Now let's talk about the base of my hairline in the back. Uneven, chopped and even a gap right in the middle of it as well. Now I was the other yelp reviews about this particular establishment and thought I'd take them with a grain of salt... they cannot all be bad, right???? WRONG! Here's to heading out tomorrow to find a decent hairdresser that can only fix my hair by making me look like Sinead O'Conner, god rest her soul. AWFUL!!! They can not cut African American natural hair. There were 3 stylist, all of them butchered my hair. They had the nerve to ask me to go home, blow dry my hair and come back.......Really. I would have been better off going on YouTube and letting my daughter cut it. read more
