First time…read morean esthetician rebooked me without asking me for an earlier appointment that I couldn't make it to & obviously didn't book for. Then I tried to call the office but no response to see what happened , I was getting ready and all and knew I couldn't make it that early, so I rebooked to my original time slot & 20 mins before my appt someone else reaches out saying if I want to rebook for another day or any other esthetician available today.. well I booked any other available ( I was ready to head out ) ... well they messaged back saying no one is available and to pick another day... so well they cancelled me... I do not like my time being wasted, let alone all of the prep done before making my way to the appointment.

Today I got Courtnay and my experience with her inspired me to come give this location a review. Courtnay was extremely pleasant front the start and she cared enough to take her time as well as be friendly during the process. Courtnay talked me through the minor pain and made the whole experience really awesome! This was my first time with Courtnay and I will definitely be requesting to have all my future appointments with her. Great job and awesome service!!
