All the staff were friendly and helpful. It felt nice to not be followed around while you shop like some of the other beauty supply stores. They even have a rewards system which is nice read more

Just walked into the store and was disappointed by the total lack of greeting from both the owners and the clerk, Ashanti. When Sharon worked here, the environment was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Regrettably, due to the poor customer service today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Huge inventory, great for those last minute needs. Staff is helpful too. I know I can count on finding what I neer here.

I want to start off by saying that I've been coming to this beauty supply for years. I was shopping and noticed they had perfumes. I start smelling the testers and accidentally dropped one. Well, it broke and they made me pay full price for it. I understand if it were a perfume that wasn't set as a tester but this was used for customers to sample it. It wasn't even full. I still had to pay full price. Thought it was a bit odd. I work in customer service and have never made a customer pay for an item if they made a mistake on. Nor has any other beauty stores done that. I will not be bringing my business here ever again. The prices are marked up and you can find better customer service and policies elsewhere where. read more

One stop shop for everything beauty related. Very convenient for those who live on this side of town. They recently expanded and I'm excited because so many more goodies to spend the money I don't have LOL. They recently started a rewards program for customers to keep them coming back which is great because who doesn't like to be rewarded for their loyalty to a company!? If you're in the area and need something last minute from make up to hair products, come here! read more

You know how it is.. you need one more bag of hair and no one has what you need. I called and spoke to one of the workers. She so kindly confirmed she had the specific curly free tress Bohemian braid hair color I needed. She confirmed they had enough for me to come the next morning at 9:00 am. I arrived the next morning and she spoke when I walked in. Even showed me, NO walked with me to the specific location of the freetress braid hair and made sure I was comfortable and knew what I was looking for. I definitely do not mind driving and supporting this establishment. Thanks so much for making sure I had my last bag of hair to complete my hairstyle. read more

Okay first off I'm not even from around here so I was in a bind and needed lashes. If you do your makeup and wear lashes you know your look will never feel / look complete without a pair of false lashes. They have a giant selection of lashes! A whole row! I wish I snapped a picture but I was too busy looking at all of them to remember. So I included photos of lashes I bought and wore lol. read more

0/10 recommend. I just left this beauty supply a little under 10 minutes ago. After being addressed by "Cadezah" while at the register making a second purchase getting things situated for my little sisters prom to later be told "she knew what i was doing". To be accused of stealing after spending money is insane & down right disrespectful especially after having to prove ourselves! Just stick to sally's if you want to be watched & wrongly accused! read more

Came to this store for the second time after i told MYSELF NEVER AGAIN. And HIGHLY regret it !!!!! The customer service is horrible. No one greets you, asks to help, or have any manners as well as the owner . Please spend your money elsewhere to another beauty supply that has RESPECT for paying customers read more

Kina was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! Exceptional friendly customer service!!! She was extremely patient with me and made great recommendations !! I'm extremely happy with my products!! read more

I really love coming to this beauty supply store just because of the fun and close nit environment they have. They give really great customer service and have extensive knowledge on all the products they sell. The owner are very involved with their business which I love and they come through when you need them in a quickness. Also they leave room to build a relationship with their customers and helping them save on the things they purchase. With building a relationship with their customers they gain knowledge on what us as the customers need and they provide it. They make you want o come back and shop again! I love their rewards program and I go there so much and forget that I have all these points racking up. read more

Please watch your receipt, they DOUBLE CHARGE items. Caught them 3 times already, so they must do it a lot. Buyer beware.

I'm a frequent shopper at this beauty supply and I must say the owners of the store are much friendlier, helpful and courteous than the two females that opened the store this morning. Absolutely no greeting and if they tell you the aisles the item you are looking for be ready to search for it. read more

I went in there looking for a topper. I was concerned about matching my hair. A sales person helped me and found a pony tail that she claimed was a good match. When I was home, I tried it on and it did not match. I went back to the store to exchange it two days later. I was first told there was a no return policy. This was not displayed in the store on on the receipt. Then I was told it was because I had taken it out of the box and tried it on. It still had a tag on it. I had not worn it. Just beware. read more

I have been shopping at this beauty supply store for over 12 years. I've never had a bad experience with customer service. Today was the first day and it was with a white woman that has recently started working there. I was standing in line waiting for my product that I purchased and she rudely asked me and my children to move to the side so she could check out the next people. The problem is we were not finished with our transaction I hadn't received the way that I purchased the receipt it wasn't in the bag or anything. She was just downright rude.! However the three black young ladies that were working in the store did an exceptional job assisting me with finding what I was looking for thumbs up to them! Good job ladies! Signed loyal customer SV. read more

YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! they sell machines that don't work! and when you are going to return them, they tell you that they have no return! and they don't tell you in advance! They cheat you and then tell you that the receipt says "no returns or exchanges" Be very careful when buying something in this store because you will lose your money read more

Knowledge and price here is great! I bought some extensions needed for my daughter for prom and it loved them. I asked the questions and they had the answers. The place is not very easy to get to according to google so be aware. Other than that I plan on returning for more clip one since they are easy to use !! Thank you guys for being a great local business. read more

Nice spot, great variety of hair products! I would recommend this beauty supply store.

Friendly and good customer service. Conveniently located on South side of 2920 just west I45 in same Plaza as the Uhaul store. Not sure why address shows another street but owner says GPS will still bring you to the correct location... Anyhow, they have what I'm looking for 99% of the time. This location beats dealing with traffic on 1960 and there is always parking, never too crowded. Inventory prices are competitive in comparison with surrounding stores in area. read more

Cleanly place, everything is stocked. People are kind and willing to help if you have any questions. Prices are like a typical beauty supply. Was in and out within 10-15 minutes and that's only because I had trouble picking from the many options of lashes. Checkout took seconds. Great place will go back for sure! read more

The employees are always very helpful. I love just walking in to look at their lashes selection. It's never a let down & it's very organized. 10/10. read more

I'm amazed at some of the reviews of H Beauty Supply. This place has a lot of supplies if that is what you are looking for. But as far as selection of hair and extensions if fails. On my visit for hair for weaving I was not able to find what I was looking for, Que by Milky Way brand, nor was there any other line of hair for a substitute, not even in a wig. As I was there for quite a while and several other ladies came in and also found nothing to there liking. They have a lot of hair, old and dated, but a great deal of products which is what I ended up purchasing since I drove a distance to get there. read more

Hands down the best selection around. I have visited four times in as many months, and I am always greeted with a smile and knowledgeable, friendly staff. The busy days are handled well by the staff, with no sense of being rushed. The selection is amazing as well, so plan on staying a bit longer than you plan. Prices are lower than similar establishments in the surrounding area. Cynthia is very patient with my Daughter every time we go, and Kina is always ready with a smile and expert guidance with both men's and women's products. A win-win. read more

I have been coming here for 3 years and the staff is always super friendly and helpful! No, they aren't a really big store like some of the other Houston beauty supply stores but they usually have a decent amount of inventory. They are located in a convenient spot off 45. Will continue to come here read more

Closest place to go when looking for products that Sally's don't sell. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I love this asian beauty supply. The owners are the sweetest couple you would ever want to meet. The selection of whatever you need are right at your fingertips. The young ladies that they employ are very nice and helpful as well. Im a huge NYX cosmetics fan and they always seem to have what I need or won't hesitate to order it for me. Stop by... Happy with this beauty supply store. Ladies we're nice and helped me with what I was looking for. Very pleased.

Once I entered the store, there was 3 ladies sitting at the counter and not one of them spoke. I was browsing and came to get 6 packs of braiding hair. Before I made it over to the braiding hair, I saw a pair of earrings, a bonnet, and a scarf that I asked to put on the counter(mind you I was the only customer in the store) one of the ladies behind the counter said "don't pile up too much on the counter" but I was confused because I only had 3 items on the counter, none the less....IM NOT A CHILD and I found that statement to be rude. I mean who wouldn't want me to pile up items on the counter because that clearly means your establishment is making money from me......right?? I ask where the braiding hair is and come back to the counter to pay and notice my 3 items were in a basket in front of the counter on the floor. Again I was confused and by this time I was ready to walk out and leave and not give them my business. I stated that out loud and the same rude chick shrugged her shoulders and stated "I don't care" I would give this business 0 stars but you can't. Save your time and money and go somewhere else please. And people always question why they don't get support from others......smhhhhh read more
