It has been almost a month, we are still waiting on insurance paperwork to be filed. I have called multiple times and can not get anyone at Gayla to answer or return my call. The one time that I was able to speak to someone on the phone she said that she did not know how to do the insurance paperwork. I cannot get a straight answer, we still do not have both wigs and are out 7K. I wish we had gone somewhere else!
